Not really a big Mall by design, but theyve expanded and gentrified outdoor areas with new shops and eateries on what used to be parking lots which is good when the weather is not notoriously hot. Its one of the few malls that still functions as a traditional mall, being on a suburban bedroom community far from the big cities where malls are becoming ghost towns.
Very cool stroll! Air Conditioned enclosed mall AND an entire outdoor shopping experience with high end shops and restaurants. Its a fun way to spend an afternoon...
My family and friends love this area! Theres so much do to and the atmosphere is truly the best. If you dont like wearing masks then move to the Temecula area. Schools are top notch as well.

What a way to shop! I was picking up something for my wife in Macys and noticed that theres now a Starbucks in the store... Thats cool, so the next time my wife wants to shop at Macys, I know where I can sit and enjoy my frap while she takes her time shopping.

My grand daughter & I were actually in the Promenade Parking lot experiencing the Circus Vargas show. We had a great time & there was plenty of close parking. A day to remember!

Its always nice to go to this mall. They have a variety of shops and those shops have cool gifts and ideas. I also like going to the restaurant there. Ive never had a problem with the food. Always hot, and always tasty.

Very nice ambiance and well maintained outdoor area to look at when walking between stores. This was my first time visiting and Id say by far it was way better setup then victoria gardens

Great mall, beautiful court yard, plenty of stores to choose from. The cleaning staff could have been better about the bathroom and the tables at the food court

My first visit, went to see a movie at Regal. From what I saw it looks like the Promenade has a great selection of restaurants and shops, Id definitely like to return and explore them all for myself.
The mall is cool. Theres some good stores there. The best part is the food court.

Does anyone know of any other family restrooms in this mall other than the one in the food court? Was told last night that this restroom has looked like this for six months now. How long does it take to clean a restroom? I require a family-style restroom for my husband to assist me. If this is the only family restroom, the mall is in violation of Title 3 of the American With Disabilities Act of 1990.
Always enjoy going there with my kiddos,traffic is horrible around but its understandable. We love window shopping and shopping in a clean and specially during hot summer days fresh A.C. Theres an Arcade right next to the food court, I will need to check out on my next trip there.
It is the best thing around the Hemet/Temecula area. Some great stores in here and also just fun for walking around.

A great variety of shops, clean and safe. Plenty of parking. Walking the mall is a great way to get your steps in.
Great food but I think they changed some recipes from a year ago. The trial tip was excellent. The brisket was a little tough, the pulled pork was great. The french fries were way to spicy for me. The beans had a really runny sauce and spicy. Didnt care to much for them. Mashed potatoes were good.

Nice and clean! And Wide variety of restaurants and stores for all of anyones needs, this is my childhood mall, I have memories from middle school till now there, and will continue to come back because the atmosphere and environment is welcoming.
A couple of weeks ago was my first time going there. Like ever!!! I took my baby with me and they have a wide selection of stores to shop at. You definitely need to bring your cash or have a clear idea of what youre there for or youll be visiting every store. Any mall with a Victoria Secret and or bath and body works is a mall for me.
Really great food! Spacious, excellent service.Prices are reasonable, considering they are trying to make up for the covid resection.Good couples nite out, yet family friendly.
My girlfriend and I were in the area for dinner at The Yard house, still a beautiful area (post COVID). It was an awesome experience, met a great couple at the bar, service there was great, I recommend the Rib Eye dinner, SUPER DELICIOUS!
This place is amazing! Has everything you can think of there! And the JoAnn store is incredible! Great staff, clean store. And the manager June, was a delight! So friendly and helpful!
Love this indoor/outdoor mall. Always clean & easy parking. The food & stores are great. Two water fountains & a movie theater. Cant go wrong!

Promenade Temecula has lots of parking, indoor and outdoor shops, many restaurants and a large movie theater.The shopping area has it all in one place. I usually park in the garage near Macys. You can enter the store on the 1st and 2nd floor. The car cleaners on the 1st floor of garage do a great job making your car shine while you shop.The food court has a lot of choices. If you want a restaurant meal you have a lot to choose from in the outdoor part of the mall. The outdoor area is very relaxing to walk and shop.The movie theater has many screens and is always very clean. The entire mall is also kept very clean and is smoke free.If you want to have a fun relaxing day shopping, eating and seeing a movie go to Promenade Temecula.

Definitely provides a lot to this town, and almost eliminates the need to drive 30+ minutes elsewhere.

LENS CRAFTERS inside Promenade Mall next to JCPenney is an awesome branch with impressive personnel starting from manager Raazi, Chris, Dr Kho, et al. Quality of service is excellent, very professional, and we felt like high-end royalties on how they treat us customers. They are very communicative, transparent, respectful, and personable. You wont feel hurried or pressured, you can ask questions, and they do make eye contacts. Hats off to Raaz for her genuine care for every customer and staff. 10 STARS!!!

Brookfiled properties is turning this mall into a ghost town.Over the past several years, this mall has changed from a destination to the last resort if needed shopping experience. Many big name stores are gone. Disney store has left. Not exactly smart business to keep raising lease rent when you want people to shop in store, ergo keep the mall occupancy up.Theres nothing like going to a mall and seing sloppy empty storefronts that should be covered and not hearing any light music to encourage a positive shopping experience. No this mall was silent, exceot for the continuous wail of a toddler.A good 1/4 of the store fronts are empty, and another 1/4 are swap meet cheap stores that seem to be acting as filler but I cannot imagine adults purchasing gifts or spending any money in these places.The addition to the mall outside of Cheesecake Factory is apparently not going to happen, because that was supposed t have begun by now.Speaking of Cheesecake Factory, this one needs a dress code.Looking like you just rolled out of bed, in sweats and dirty flip flops, is not what I want to see when I go spend $75 to eat dinner.This mall should have become Temeculas version of Fashion Valley in San Diego. The potential WAS there. No longer. New executive management and/or new ownership is needed, or this mall will become like Tyler Galleria in riverside or worse, Carousel in San Bernardino.There are some stores that seem to be fine, but many look like they are hanging on just hoping Christmas spending will help them. We will see.
Ate at Yard House, which is always good but the shopping center is beautiful and clean! Nice to visit while in CA.
Absolutely Lovely!!! After many months of staying local and indoors it was so refreshing to walk outside after our Delicious Lucilles and stroll through the mall and see so many familes and people enjoying themselves in such a wonderful designed place! Come on Down!!!! Cheers and GOD Bless!

Cute, affordable & fashionable toddler clothing. My toddler had fun picking out her own pieces & I didnt have to worry about breaking the bank. Wish i would have discovered their toddler section sooner.

Its a nice mall to visit, there is a little bit of everything, for everyone.All you can buy you can find it here.Big food court and great options of restaurants surrounding the area.Its worth spending a few hours here, to shop and eat while in Temecula.Area for kids like play ground, (train and little rides) also lost of area to rest.

We parked by JC Penneys. We got a great parking spot, the mall wasnt crowded, the stores were clean and good customer service.

PROMENADE Mall is starting to get back to normal business, we ate at Red Robin we were seated promptly and it was pleasant not over crowded. I wish they would change up some of the stores more often.

Cant complain about a great collection of shops within a small area! Clean, well manicured, and an overall comforting atmosphere make this a great place to just walk around. Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn are fantastic stores, and the inner mall itself has a good amount of classic places. Love having the Promenade so close to home!

Have to go back. There was 4 of us shopping and we didnt have enough time to go to all the wonderful shops we wanted to visit, but we enjoyed our shopping.

Its a mall. Bygone shopping experience. Why do they still exist. Few shoppers throughout. My family flew in and wanted something specific to take home. They thought they might find it there. No. Some shops are pop-up shops. Theres a sock store where a pair of socks is $12! They encourage you to buy 4 so you get the 5th free. What!? In what world would you pay $48 for 5 novelty socks? Then the regular mall stores! Hot Topic Spencers etc... we bought nothing.

Always been my go to mall. Lived here since 88. When it was built it was fineTheyve added more upscale stores, thats a big plus!
