Decided to buy a bike from AVT. Aaron was a straight shooter. He told me where he got the bike and what he knew about it. Aaron never tried to misrepresent anything. We had a minor misunderstanding however Aaron was quick to return my call and rectify the issue. Aaron stands behind what he sells. My mechanic looked over the whole bike and said its a great bike. Also the DMV was slow playing me on my tags and blaming it on AVT. Aaron went full poppa bear on them. Got my tags 4 days later. The only thing I wish was better was my interest rate! I would do business with Aaron and AVT again

I purchased a bike with them over 90 days ago and they have still failed to register it in the state I currently reside despite taking my registration fees and all of the taxes that belong to the state I live in which they have not transferred. So Ive been sitting on a bike all summer that I cannot legally ride. Communication is sparse and like pulling teeth and made with promises that have fallen through unfortunately. Keep getting the run around. Not what I expected from a place that had a lot of good reviews. They have left me with no choice but to take legal action now. Definitely wouldnt recommend doing any out of state business with them.

Solid shop for bikes, parts/accessories. Pulled me out of a couple minor jams over the past few years.

Brought my Dyna here after it went down. Don and Aaron were great. Very professional and made the insurance process a breeze. Don took special care to make sure I was in the loop and involved in the whole process. Ben did an amazing job sourcing all the required parts and getting the bike repaired. Great shop! These guys are awesome. Anytime I have questions they are always willing to help me out. Prices on their bikes are fair, they will not rip you off like the bigger dealers. I bought my bike here, went back for repairs after an accident and my bike came back to me better than before. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I went to every dealer in Temecula and got no help. I went here not only did they stop to help me but I was very up front about the prices I wanted and they said they didn’t have anything I wanted a really cheap bike for my first Harley. That did not stop them from answering my question knowing I wasn’t buying a bike from them. Let me sit on ALL the bike and just talked with me. They told me when I got a bike bring it in so they could safety check it for FREE!!!!! Knowing I wasn’t getting a bike from them. So I did just that they said my bike was nice and I got a great deal. We’re not mad or nothing. So now I buy my parts from them and only tell people to go to them. Helping someone out goes a lot further then just Ignoring or telling someone to come back later. Ben is great I didn’t get the sales guys name I forgot it but he helped me also and had no problem with me just kicking tires.

Definitely the place for parts. Good prices on used bikes. Well established business. Ive been in Murrieta almost 28 years and I dont remember them not being there.

The folks there are nice enough had a tire changed all went well except charging 45 dollars and 3.50 is for tire disposal even though I took my tire with me . honest mistake??? My apologies to the Temecula shop my review is for the Beaumont shop
