They replaced my windshield @ the end of September did damage to my vehicle & windshield leaked. They fixed part of the damage they did (trim on top by gluing it down) & replaced the windshield again as it leaked but refused to fix the cowl that clearly their install guy damaged after saying they would fix it but then claimed the owner is refusing to & is now telling my insurance when they called them, that it was sun damage. Fast and efficient. I had a chip that was fixed earlier in the year by another company. I had noticed another recently. Serendipitously 2U contacted me (based on a windshield replacement about 5 years ago) and I responded that I needed another repair. On inspection of the 1st chip it appeared that it was failing. They recommended replacing the entire windshield and handled the insurance. I cannot more highly recommended them.

The glass technician that installed my windshield called ahead to let me know he was on his way with an eta time.He was very professional and courteous, when he was finished the glass was clean as well as my car. There were no little glass shards on the dash or carpet or any other little rubbery debris that comes after having my windshield replaced from previous competitors.The real test came a few days later when it rained, and to my expectations it didn’t leak like my last windshield installation from another company I won’t mention.Top it off with $150 dollars cash in my pocket made this guy very happy!I know I can depend on quality glass with quality installation from 2U auto glass!

This company deserves 0 stars! I got my windshield replaced & in the process my driver side window was shattered, they came 2 days later to replace that, there was glass all over my driveway that they left & there’s still glass inside of my door, you can hear rattle when you open and close the door. They came out 2 weeks later to add the window tint on it. & then they still charged full price for the windshield after all the run around & inconveniences! The manager is unprofessional & was blaming my wife for them coming out 2 weeks later for the window tint, we should have been a priority since it was their company that broke our window, they should have been out the next day replacing it & adding the window tint! We’re done using this company & so are all of our friends!
