Wanted a couple services done at my visit. Replace my driver side window, my windshield replaced and tinting on the two front and a strip added.Well they forgot to add the strip, and when leaving I noticed air coming in from my windshield. I now have to make a second visit for them to do the strip and to seal the windshield again. My advisor Chuck never returned my call. Disappointed.

I spoke with Amy yesterday 8/3. I was a bit busy, but she was so accommodating and respectful and so kind. She understood being busy and def went above and beyond with customer service. I created a claim just as she told me and she was able to get David a tech out to my house today to replace my windshield. David was very kind and was quick and professional. He called me told me he was 18mins away. love the open communication and wonderful customer service. Ill def be recommending and coming back! Thank you so much!

This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought to AGD. I recently brought my car in for all over tint, and paint protection for my headlights to prevent future fogging. Unfortunately a few days prior I hit a parking pole. I was so upset about it, and Jason came outside to take a look. While the car was being worked on, he buffed off all the residual paint from the pole I hit. Amazing. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you AGD team!

The most incompetent business that I have come across. Paid on a Sunday for a tech to meet me on the next day (Monday) between 8am-10am to replace my windshield. 10 o’clock arrives and they don’t even call to check and see if the tech showed up. So I called them myself just for them to let me know that the tech wouldn’t show up. The reason for the tech not showing up was that I was too far out. They accepted payment from me though and took down my exact location on Sunday before I paid them. So they accepted payment from me knowing my exact location just to tell me 24 hours later that I was too far out. They said that I would have to drive another 25 miles with a shattered windshield (D.O.T. Violation) to Buckeye, AZ where I would now have to wait between 1pm-4pm to get windshield replaced. They put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the tech who was replacing my windshield. They said that I would have to arrive in Buckeye, AZ and that he would give me a call within 30 minutes of my arrival. I started to head to Buckeye but stopped because I really wanted to talk with the tech. 20 minutes later they say that there’s no tech in Buckeye and that I would now have to wait til Tuesday to get windshield replaced. I just asked for a refund, which I now have to wait 5 business days to get back into my account. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Take money first and ask questions later is how they operate. Please save yourself the time, headache, and frustration and go with another company. The other companies were cheaper anyways. Avoid the horrible/terrible choice that I made by choosing this company or you too will be writing a long review and waiting 5 business days for your money. And let’s hope that they do give me my money back, because I have a good feeling that I’m going to have to take legal actions against this company. Hopefully I went through this so that you wouldn’t have to. And after reading this, the same thing happens to you, all I can say is that I told you so.

I got my back window replaced and it came out good but the guy did not put my seat belts back and broke it. Left glass behind the seats and was making a video while replacing the window. Now I can not use one of my seat belts for my kids. I tried calling multiple times to tell them and no answer.

They are ann approved source through my insurance carrier. Progressive Advance. Gave me a fantastic deal on window tint with my windshield replacement. The tint came out amazing. This is my new go to for window tint.

Phoned in for a quote, spoke to Elise she gave me a quote, I agreed on the mobile tech coming out but they needed a $50 deposit when I called back twice to finalize the deal got run around, Elise was suppose to return my call...never did so I called again and now I am told the part is double the original quote. What kind of BS is that. Honor the quote given dont try and fleece customers to pay more than the quote you promised them.

Amazing service.I spoke to an agent and got a great deal on a windshield with them, and they were able to replace it within a timely date for me while I was at work, and I had my girlfriend handle it for me.The gentleman who came, his name was Richard and he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The work he did was amazing and very timely, and he made sure to be very communicative with me and my girlfriend before he even arrived.I did have an issue where my girlfriend unknowingly paid them $370 for a job that I was quoted $220 for. I was very livid, but respectfully called Richard, and explained to him that the lady who set up my appointment quoted me a completely different price, he told me that he understood my frustration and was very empathetic. He immediately brought it up to management and I got a phone call back within 5 minutes. Richard told me there was a communication issue on their end, and a refund for the amount overpaid was being sent to back to the account! Very professional and honest about a mistake they made. Would easily reccomend them, and Richard to anyone who needs autoglass work done!

Manny was attentive and took good care of my older car. I had to stay there to wait for the job to be finished, so he made sure my wait was comfortable. The entire company from Sammie who scheduled my appointment to Richard who did the labor was absolutely fantastic! They got me scheduled immediately and Richard was fantastic as I was running behind to met him he got everything prepared so as soon as I got there he was able to complete the install in less then 15 min and it looks fantastic and he was very nice and understanding of my situation with running late. I will absolutely use them in the future for all my repair needs related to my windows on my vehicles and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for window repair.

Second time getting our big bus windows fixed and like the first time, they got right on it and had it done in about 30 mins, my previous repair was fine and I never had the smallest issue, Diego did the repair and Jeff handled the transaction and even gave me a break on the price. These windows are not easy to get, near impossible

I had them do a full limo tint from the back to driver windows, then a windshield replacement through insurance, and added a 35% tint with a 5% sunvisor on my Cherokee and it looks righteous!!!

Let me tell you about AGD! First of all it’s a family own business which is always the best businesses. They have best customer service reps especially the one that helped me out, her name was Esther. She knew actually what I needed and setup me up in a quickness. Usually I spend like hours on the phone dealing with rude customer service reps but Esther gave me what I wanted and it was all taken care of in 15 mins. 5 stars in my book.

So grateful to have found AGD! I seem to catch a lot of windshield chips due to driving on the freeway and had just gotten a new windshield replacement, so I was pretty bummed. At first, I was disappointed when I got there and the worker told me that theyd only be able to do one of my cars due to them falling behind? (Keep in mind I have an appointment......and my thoughts? Not my problem). Then he changed his mind and said he will move the next appointment to accommodate me. The result? Great job on rectifying customer service issue, and awesome job on the auto tinting on both cars!! Will recommend.

Purchased a windshield for a vehicle, and it stress cracked. They replaced under warranty. Replacement glass-same thing. Cracked from stress, no rock hit. Made appointment for Saturday to have replaced. drove to Tempe location. Tech confirmed another stress cracked windshield. Some confusion on scheduling but a great installer, Terrance, was out the following Monday.He took his time doing the install, advised me of some issues my older F150 had and finished the job.Again the company made good on their warranty. Other than scheduling snafus this is a good place to have a windshield replaced.

The quote was presented to me in the wrong way, so I ended up paying $50 dollars more than what was quoted to initially when I paid my deposit.The point of me having a replacement was to have the tints match the rear from purchase and nope! It appears to be the same tints on the vehicle from the time of purchasing the vehicle; meaning they replaced my tint with the same tint-no difference.I am just unsatisfied with the miscommuncation about the cost and the fact that the tint isnt what I wanted and they shouldve just said what youre asking me to do we cant so well refund your deposit. But to me I feel taken advantage of and I am not happy; nor would I recommend them at this point.I explicitly said I need all of my windows to match!Bad business practices!

I scheduled my tint with Saira for my new truck. Once I explained what I wanted with my truck she promptly sent me an estimate and was very easy to work with. We use AGD at work with a fleet of 180 vehicles and have yet to be disappointed or have an issue that wasn’t quickly resolved. Usually they are able to provide next day service at my location which is a huge plus. Nelson “ the tint guy” did an excellent job on my truck. He left my truck as clean as he found it and met my desires and expectations completely. When I get my other vehicles tinted or glass replaced, AGD will be my place to go. A++

Called and the phone was answered promptly and courteously by Gilbert. He took the information, gave me a price, and scheduled a time. I was told it could be 1.5 - 2 Hours for the tint work. They called me shortly there after and let me know someone cancelled and that I could get in ASAP. We drove the car over, and they got to work. They were friendly and did not try to pressure me into any up sales -- though options were given. We got everything settled, and went to lunch. Came back and waited another 1.5 hours (total 2 hours) for the car, and it was perfect. Nice, friendly staff -- excellent service. They were fair price-wise; and while I know I could have saved $10-15 by going somewhere else; I am glad I did not. Their service and quality work is worth the small difference.I noticed that the Google Link to the Kudzu reviews is for a different company with the same name. Be sure to check the address and go to the one at the corner of Mill and Southern.

I have used AGD to tent 4 of my vehicles and replace five windshields. Every time AGD has been on time and performed their service at 100%. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to get their windows tinted or there windshield replaced. If you get your windows tinted be sure to ask for Nelson, because he’s the best. Gilbert on the customer service team did a great job in working with me and my insurance company. I would recommend asking for him when you call to make sure you get excellent service.

Living in the Mill Ave District, we drive by AGD almost daily in our commute around the valley. We decided to give them a try about a year ago to tint the front two windows of our Hyundai Equus (the backs were already tinted) and were very happy with the results! They took time to match the tint the best they could to the backs and the overall result was great. We also referred my father-in-law and he used AGD to tint all 4 windows of his Lincoln MKS with just as exceptional results. Recently, we purchased a new Tesla Model 3 and were very nervous about entrusting our new car to the care of someone to do our tinting (which is a MUST in Arizona). Since we knew we were happy with the results of the Equus, we decided to give AGD another try and Im so happy we did! There was no stock tint on the Tesla so we had all 4 windows tinted (5%) and the back half of the glass moon roof tinted (5%) and we were SO thrilled with the turn out. So thrilled in fact, that yesterday I took it back to AGD to have the windshield tinted (35%) and again, so pleased with the results. Mike and the crew are super great at communication, and providing quality work for their customers. Although in this instance, cost was no option to us since we knew we really wanted the tint, the quality of the work for the very fair price they charged was incredible. We 100% recommend AGD to all of our friends, family and colleagues and we will definitely be bringing all future tint work to AGD. Had an appointment for my windshield to be replaced at 8am, was told it would only take an hour . It’s already 10am and they haven’t even replaced it yet . Better yet, someone came in an hour after my appointment and they took care of there vehicle first. Do not recommend this place, you’ll be here all day .

You get what you pay for! I just got my windows tinted and they look fantastic! Ill come back and update it if anything goes wrong, but they also have a lifetime warranty, so I assume AGD will just fix it for me if thats the case. Morgan did an excellent job helping me through the entire process.

After my Jeep was broken into, Mike and Morgan were able to accomadate me with a same day appointment, as I was able to leave the vehicle safe at their Tempe location. This place is amazing, when I scheduled my appointment the woman on the phone was very kind and professional. Just had my appointment today and they did a really good job and it was done very fast. Inside is a nice place to sit watch tv, they also have a camera up so you can see your car while its being worked on. I definitely recommend this place

Their prices are a little steep compared to some small-time shops out there but with that comes assurance in their quality of work and the lifetime warranty that protects you from any shortcomings on their part. I had my windshield replaced and my sedan tinted and the result was quite acceptable. While theyre not exactly in my area I could confidently recommend this shop.
