First and foremost I was looking for patio cushions (that happened to be out of season) just three weeks ago and got two cushion chairs that were 50% off in the same area shown in the picture below.However todays shopping experience was not that pleasant. I was directed to Kory a female manager who showed a lackluster attitude and a condescending tone when I asked how come my cushions ring up full price.All Kory wanted to do was read to me the sign as if I was illiterate and could not read it my own self and tell me that the sign does not say all cushions.I quickly had to tell Kory do not talk to me like that and it was clear by her demeanor that she was there not to help but to read a sign.A sign that was very misleading when it has arrows pointing to a location.But today I am supposed to based on the signage attempt to figure out which cushions are on sale again beyond a clearance tag because the signage does is points to where the cushions are.But all Kory the manager could do was focus on the fact that the sign did not say all cushions.It amazes me how a store such as this large can employ a manager that has no empathy or experience in customer service. Not a pleasant experience dealing with Kory today at all and I let her know that I would be attempting to reach corporate or a district manager to go over the shopping experience and interaction I had with their manager Kory.What happened to customer service especially in times like these definitely not handled appropriately by Kory the manager!

Its again one of those stores which I was late to.The selection is very impressive, store has an excellent layout, lot of natural light to help you with colors, seemed to be very fairly priced.The store seemed to be a little under staffed for the size of it, but again with the pandemic they get a pass on this.

This store is fantastic! They have so much stuff and so many great deals. All the staff are super friendly. I could spend hours in here and never get bored!

Great store with so much you can purchase for any room or outdoors. They have great seasonal items especially Halloween & Christmas. Recommend!

I had a return to make but my items were passed the 30 days. They were super helpful in providing a store credit for the amount as I had my receipt. I was able to find what I was looking for. Store was super organized, clean and smelt very goodStaff were courteous and helpful.

My new favorite place. Really beats Gone Store in quality, selection, and price. Enjoy every visit!

First time visiting an At Home store and I feel in love. They have everything that you can imagine for your home and more. And the prices were amazingly lower than what I expected. Cant wait to go back!

Early morning is the best time to do here in my opinion, but very busy and you have a large store to shop. It is easy to find employees to help you out. There are large selections of specific items like pillows, outdoor cushions, rugs, and lots of small nick nacks. This place is more for decorating your home and not so much to art up your home. Like they may have a small selection of sheets but the pillows or comforters that have triple the amount of stuff to see. You should check it out.

This is a huge store. It is clean and well organized. The shopping carts have a diagram of the store layout. Knocked a star off as the store can look cluttered because there is just so much stuff.

Pretty decent home furnishings/accessories store. Prices are generally reasonable. Some inventory appeared limited, but that seems a widespread problem for all businesses these days😕.

If I could get my wife out of the store it would be great. Guess Im just complaining about my wife. Store is great. Although to meny options.

What a sad shopping experience! Went in looking for a short plant stand for an indoor plant, and what they had was Over Priced, and Cheaply made junk. Walked out empty handed as always! Wont go back! Quick look On Line, and found what we wanted, delivered in one day!!

My first time here.....LOVE THIS PLACE.The store was clean and very organized.The Christmas selection is wonderful. We got so many great ideas on decorating the holidays.The prices are very reasonable and the quality appears to good as well.We went in looking for a mini Xmas tree and went a totally different direction once we all the Christmas decorations. Pictures to follow.The employees were very friendly and helpful. We didnt see very many of them on the floor but then again it was a weekday.I recommend this store to anyone looking to decorate there homes for the holidays and everyday.

Got an email about rugs being on clearance. Picked a design out from the link to the store online. Went to store physically. Bought three of same rug, but they only honored sale price on ONE of the rugs. After weighing my options, lets just say I was very disappointed to have to spend the extra money I could have used elsewhere.

I didnt have much time to spend at At Home, but the store appears to have a good selection of certain items, however, some items you would expect a place called At Home to have were unfortunately absent. Like duvets, for example. Duvets! No duvets!? That is unacceptable. But...if youre looking for a rug, they have lots to choose from...except...solid colors! I saw very few solid colors. The other thing unfortunately absent are sales associates. I couldnt find a one to ask where the restrooms are. But... maybe restrooms are absent as well. Oh well. I do look forward to returning to At Home soon, and will update this review IF I find a sales associate. LOL

Big lots is cheaper but, at home has more high end specialized items for your home and needs. They also have a big area for area rugs and chairs, as well as patio furniture.

As always, they never hold true to their advertisements. When they send an email advertising up to 50% storewide and most things in the store is not discounted at all.

My fiancé and I went to this store for the first time and have been to the store 3 times now with in a week. We purchased over $1200 worth of things. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the perks and I did. I started to receive an email once a day about getting 10%-15%. So I took my receipts into the store and asked if I could get 10% off from what I purchased. They told me at first no and when I ask why they couldn’t give me an answer so they call a manager up and she tells me I would need to bring back all the items and rescan them in AND THEN I can get my 10% off. These items are large and will not all fit in my car. We made multiple trips to this store because it all doesn’t fit in the car at once. Why would I need to bring everything back and make it harder on myself when they can just type in the item number. I use to work multiple retail stores and this was never an issue. I kept asking what is the difference between bringing in the item compared to just typing in the item number and all the response I kept getting is “it’s our protocol”. I am more upset that they can’t give a straight answer to why it’s a protocol. I’m not asking for 50%. Simply just asking for 10%. I will not be returning to this store.

I went there with my family last night to look for Christmas decorations and patio furniture. The store itself was completely disorganized but I gather it was to make room for Christmas stuff so that’s fine, however, there were two female associates there last night that had the most unpleasant attitudes I have ever dealt with.For the lack of name tags, I couldn’t give names. Even though I do want to. But they were restocking shelves from boxes on a dolly and having a very rude and condescending conversation. Such as calling customers the equivalent of donkeys, yes that swear word I won’t write, amongst other profanity and classless words. How childish and unprofessional are you? This made an unpleasant experience for my family and I absolutely will be not coming back. You can bet I will be trying to get ahold of a representative to complain. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This store has it all! It has more than just decor, if you havent checked it out, make sure you do. I took the time to walk through every isle. It is well organized, the store smells very nice and is very clean. However, not a single employee said a word to me. I was there for about an hour. Overall this will be one of my favorite stores! I also found the perfect lamp here!Ive purchased holiday decorations, bathroom items, organization items, even sofa covers and pet beds. Theyve got a moderate sized furniture department as well.They have their own entrance with parking just outside their doors so you dont have to go through the Arizona Mills Mall entrance. This also makes it convenient to load up the car after shopping here.

One of the Best places to shop for your home, especially for the Holidays.

I went into at home store in the morning just browsing looking for pillows nobody asked me for help or anything I had one employee walk passed by a couple of times never said anything. At the end of my browsing in the store there was a older lady that was at the registers by the door she had said have a good day to the gentleman in front of me but when I walk pass by her she looked at me and turned her head was very rude and it was very uncomfortable and I don’t think I would never come to the store ever again.

I love this store, giving it a 4 because sometimes the prices seem a bit high, but they have a huge variety of things you can get for every part of your home... Also I think because of covid the store isnt as stocked as it usually is, but before they had so much more stuff

I prefer the At Home in Gilbert (better experience with asking for assistance), but this one has everything also.
