I am so happy that I stumbled upon this place by searching for a new pro shop since I had a bad experience at Virtue. When I had arrived and told Mike my issue, measured my ball and said that the holes were 3/16th of an inch short which was causing my tendons in my fingers to be sore. And after I got to talking with Brandi, I realized that the employees knew what they were talking about and made me want to come to this place for any reason.Their selection in bowling balls is great and on display, their bathrooms are super clean, their lanes are well-maintained and their knowledge of bowling is outstanding. Give this place a try and pick their brains.
This place is great! They listen and they ask questions. A bit of a travel to get to him but well worth it! No matter if you are only getting take to buying a new ball they really do a wonderful job!

One of the greatest experiences Ive ever gone through! Mike and his wife were nothing short of awesome! Was my first time purchasing my own ball and they helped me through every step of the way. He made my experience much more fun than I expected and if youre in the Phoenix/Tempe area, I definitely recommend stopping by.
Buyer beware, the ball selection is good but beware of the ball fitting process. The shop seems more concerned with giving you what they want rather what you want. So if you are absolutely certain that the ball fitting is correct, do yourself a big favor and get a second opinion. To be 100% fair they did return my money but the customer service experience was terrible. I have never been talked down to like that. I am an experienced bowler, who knows what he wants. The attitude at this shop was not pleasant. It was like it is their way or the highway.

Can I tell you how amazing an experience this place was? Brandi and Mike are 110% invested in you and in the sport. We spent the last two days with Brandi working on physical game and understanding the lane pattern we are currently working on (2021 Storm Open). We are both leaving Arizona with more confidence, a better understanding of our a equipment and what reactions to expect, and a breakdown of why the problems we were experiencing were happening.This facility supports ALL brands of bowling. I am coming home with new equipment that fits my game better and has me better prepared to bowl. It was really awesome to see this company well versed in everything there is to offer because they dont hold an allegiance to one particular company. I never would have considered Motiv or Columbia in my bag, but I threw that Alpha Jackal and the Outlook and couldnt be happier with the choice.There are four string pin lanes that are kept cool and are very open. We had the opportunity to utilize Specto and it was very eye opening. Brandi helped explain what was happening, why a ball did or did not react a particular way because of different variables that are tracked with the program.They did not pressure us to come back, and in fact, encouraged us to not come back for a bit so we can really focus on what we learned.It makes my heart extremely happy to have a woman in the shop and coaching on the lanes. Brandi is exactly what we both needed, but it was nice to be able to relate my problems to someone who has experienced them too. Garrett was able to fill a hole in his arsenal with the help of Wesley Low, who is also a two hander. Brandi had a lot of knowledge on two handed bowling, and with Wesleys help, they were able to drill a Melee Jab that Garrett blasted pins with.I will continue to come to this facility even considering the distance from home. Never in my life have I received the type of coaching I experienced this week. My mind is blown. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe my awe and bafflement.If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend taking the trip. It is a 10.5 hour drive from Lehi, Utah (going forward, we are going to fly 😂).Brandi, there are not enough words in the dictionary to thank you. Thank you for making me love the sport again and showing me that Im not crazy.I am eternally grateful for the experience I had while visiting B3 Performance. If you want to level up, I highly recommend taking the time to visit.
Great facility, extremely knowledgeable staff. Better selection than the alley pro-shops Ive visited. I cant wait until theyre able to start 1 on 1 lessons again.
Went into B3 performance today and all I can say is WOW it’s beautiful! The trading center blew me away! Mike and his staff do amazing work! I am so glad Mike lives in Arizona so I can experience this center there is nothing like it. If you looking for a new ball or work on your shots this is the place. Mike is now my go-to guy for any new equipment. I was out of the game for 8 years and had an average around 210-215. I was referred to Bowl 300 from a close friend and Mike helped me understand what steps I should take to get back into the game. We plugged my old ball, drilled it with my new measurements and eventually got a new ball after a few weeks. Im now 21 games into my league and Im bowling the best I ever have. My ball comes off my hand cleanly, and consistently. I referred my father to Mike and hes very happy with the results as well.

Mike was a great help. Helped me pick a perfect ball for getting back into the game and one that wouldnt break the wallet. Sized me up great and 3rd game with the ball 189 after bowling with lane balls my whole life. Score is only going higher at this point. Great shop!!
One simple word to describe the entire experience with these two - Passion . They love the game, they love helping people understand it, and it doesnt matter how many people are stacked up - you NEVER feel rushed by them. Cant wait for their new facility! I stopped in to look for a new bowling ball. Ended up buying one for my girlfriend instead. The prices are great. The knowledge is way above what I expected. The service is more then 5 stars. She got her ball fitted and drilled same day. Wasnt expecting that. I will be back for another ball for myself. And most likely another for my other hand.

Mike is the absolute best. You will not find a better PSO in this city, state, or country. Hell, Id say hes the best on the entire planet.Ive had 6 balls drilled by him over the past few years, and he spends the time afterward to verify everything fits properly and feels good before he considers the job to be done. His attention to detail helps give me the confidence I need when Im on the lanes.If you even think about going somewhere else, you might as well throw your money and equipment in the trash, because you wont find anyone who does a better job than Mike.
This shop is top notch! I drive the extra distance to specifically come to this place instead of my local pro-shop because they go the extra distance here. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Im happy I came to this shop and will continue to use this place for all of my bowling needs!

I had been searching for a new pro shop after getting the run around and improper ball drilling as well of lack of knowledge from previous shops, I asked my wifes uncle for some advice on a shop and he pointed me to Bowl300, from the moment I walked in Mike was very helpful, he took the time to ask me questions and tried to narrow down a solution on putting me into a better ball with a better reaction, I had been bowling with a ball that was not drilled properly nor felt comfortable throwing it, back 12 years ago before a break I was bowling a 185-195 average after starting up again Ive been having a rough time even keeping a 130 average, well after Mike helped me pick out the right ball Im happy to say I bowled a 215 tonight with my new ebonite phenom game breaker 2, thats the first 200+ game I have had in 12-13 years, my point is, if you want cheep Service go to the other guy but if you want a shop that you can call your own go see Mike his knowledge and skill is amazing, thanks Mike your rock!!
My wife is a left handed but has always bowled right hand and Mike was great on getting her ball tp feel just right for her they great they always recommend
This place has great prices that are the same, if not cheaper than online. They also have specials for ball, bag and shoe combos for new bowlers, that are a steal. The gentleman who runs the shop is an expert when it comes to recommending balls and drilling them. I will never buy or get work done anywhere else.
Great experience all around! I needed some serious assistance in choosing the right equipment and setting the right goals to come back to bowling after 30 years of absence. Brandy(sp?) & Mike did a great job of getting me back on track and providing me with the right equipment! Totally worth the drive from Tucson many times over!!

Responsible and knowledgeable. I used to change providers often as they usually get burned out after a while. But these guys have been performing solidly for the last 5 years. I can t complain.
Always packed (and for a good reason!). One of the most knowledgeable pro shops around with on-site drilling and ball repair. Some selection of bowling balls available but balls can be brought in as well. Also a small selection of bags and other accessories in store.
Mike is fantastic. Both he and his wife are incredibly knowledgeable! They can help you with a great setup or if you are an experienced bowler, can help with an upgrade to current equipment! We will only bring our equipment (and questions) to Mike!

Got my 3rd bowl with Mike. Used it tonight for the first time. Things did not feel right---It did not feel like Mikes usual work. 1st game I bowled a 162. I was going to see Mike tomorrow but I relaxed---took a shot and adjusted myself and bowled a 223 and 268. MIKE IS THE BEST !!!!You may have to wait---You may have to come back (and Mike will wait for you--Just make a plan with him) BUT--There is no one better when you want a new bowling ball. Thanks again Mike for all you do.
After 30+ years removed from bowling, a friend of mine convinced me to join a league. That was the spark I needed to re-enter bowling after a long layoff. Bowl 300 came highly rated as a place that can provide the equipment for me to regain some form of the glory years I had in the 80s.Mike, the owner of Bowl 300, spent quite a bit of time getting me caught up on the equipment changes of the last 30 years. Mike then set me up with one ball based on the way I rolled the rock. Im not getting a second ball fitted so I can become a bit more competitive. Bowl 300 and Mike have exceeded my expectation; hes a great guy with obvious talent.

No return No exchange..Period....I got the ball shoes and bag last night from this awesome guys. Next morning went back there to get my money back or exchange for something else for stupid bag which is can carry 1 ball for 75 dollars..They did not like to take back.... No matter what..TRY THEM....if you want to..not me...
Bowl 300 opened up a new shop but it’s not just a shop it’s an entire training facility. High tech lanes, custom pin placement, tracking software and cameras make this the place to go. I was worried as a casual bowler I wouldn’t receive the same customer service I had before. Thankfully nothing had changed and they still took time to talk to me and help me pick the right ball.
Bowl 300 is absolutely the ONLY place i will go to get a ball drilled now. i have had 3 different balls, all drilled by different people, and it wasnt till i met and had a ball drilled by mike that i discovered what a difference it makes to have His level of knowledge applied to my ball. amazing.
Mike was awesome... I couldnt come in right away after dropping my ball off... he helped me set it up and get back in the game. Im gonna bring my other 3 to him and buy a bag from him... he will take the time to watch u and see exactly what u need.A+++++++

I cant say enough good stuff about this place! I have recommended several friends come here, all have been very happy/comfortable regardless of skill lvl or knowledge. Even my friend whos notoriously hard critic was thrilled with the advice and service. Im on my second ball and more to come Im sure. I learn a little bit about something each time Im in here. Everyone is very knowledgeable and honest. They have given me advice about ball weight and cores to save me from likely frustration and wasted money. The experience I have had as a first time buyer has been beyond my expectations and frequently when Im in there someone else pokes their head in just to say how great something worked out. The first time I went in was to get a decent ball so I can avoid those nasty lane balls took only 15-20 mins to done (they were busy when I got there too). Staff was great, they were nice, knowledgeable and helpful. While there, others were coming in speaking highly of this place as well. If youve ever been in a cigar shop this place had that feel of a laid back hangout atmosphere but rdy to take care of any needs. Its nice to deal with good ppl who are enjoyable to interact with and thats from someone who doesnt like most ppl(for good reason nowadays).

I was recommended to Mike by a fellow leauge team member. I could not be happier with his work. I was told he is the best guy to go see in the state. That was an extremely accurate statement. He was very helpful with helping me chose the right ball and drill pattern. My average jumped 40 pins in my fall leauge. I will not go to anyone elese other than mike and he comes highly recommended.

Terrible service had to come back multiple times to get my ball drilled and redrilled. First was drilled ok then came back multiple times due to his odd store hours and workings a few days a week. Second time coming back to shop to find guy working could not help me and came back 3rd time. No refund just a sorry. Never will return or have any friends go there.
