I showed up in the middle of the afternoon on as Saturday and they were closed. I had to ruin my nephews first candy shop experience!!! I mean seriously who closes in the middle of a Saturday afternoon?! I guess you must not want success! Any ways I went there around 12:30 had a sign up that said they will be back at 1. I went back in good faith around 3 pm and still nothing. The sign was still up and the place was dark. It’s just.... I mean... Wow... I would NOT recommend a place that isn’t consistent! And I’m definitely NOT coming back here and am going to advice everyone I know to do the same.

Satisfy your sweet tooth here!I guarantee any old school candy youre looking for is likely to be here! For not being a candy lover, I was impressed. They had a huge bulk selection, including fun sized candies and salt water taffy and chocolates and other old school candies. They also have theater sized candy boxes and more high-end candies. We used a free quarter pound gift card and got more candy than I expected for the weight. The store was full of all sorts of candies for all tastes. I loved the atmosphere too. It was quiet but fun. The cashier was friendly and kind, too.

This shop is not just for kids it will bring back memories of penny candy stores.The Candy Land mural and all around motif adds to the nostalgic ambience.Upon leaving, go out the back of the shop, you will find a hidden gem of shops to explore!

When you need to satisfy your sweet tooth while in Tempe you need to visit the Candy Addict. From the prime location on Mill Ave to the selection of hard to find vintage candy and novelty gag gifts and overall positive vibes. This store has it all. I come here for birthday grab bags and employee appreciation gifts. The Candy Addict is perfect for last minute gift ideas. It even has an updated MsPacman video game. This is definitely the place to come for any festive occasion.

This is really a great place. Trying to find that hard to find candy that you grew up with that you cant find in the stores? You may find it here. Trying to get stocking stuffers? You are guaranteed to find them here. This place is always fun to go to and there is usually a kind and helpful person working at the front counter.

A great candy store located on Mill Ave has a wide selection of candy. If you are looking for nostalgia, this place will surely have what you are looking for. Prices for items you can find at a convenience store are often a little higher here but the selection you can choose from is hard to beat. They also offer a candy rewards program where you buy a certain poundage of candy and youll get a half pound free. They also have a wide selection of international candy which should scratch the itch if youve been craving something that you cant normally get.

This is a nice cozy place. Tucked in a corner. They have a wonderful candy selection. But are a little pricy.

The cashier was a very quiet and almost moody person. She would not really say hello back when I said it to her, and she didnt seem very attentive to help me find anything in the store. Overall though the store has a good selection and fair price for it.

Though, most of the commercial candy can be bought elsewhere for not as much, the taffy is what you should get. The flavors are plentiful like cupcake, honey, strawberry cheesecake and maple and bacon flavors are all really good. There are like 20 or more flavors to choose from. They kept in your mouth like butter. Seriously, stop by and get some. You wont regret it.

Oh man, this place has such a broad selection of candy packed in such a small place, definitely a must if you have a sweet tooth and youre around the area. Their bags of candy by the pound are definitely bang for your buck if you know what to get!

Love this place! Has all the candies I loved as a child and candies my MOM loved as kid. Her salt water taffies in a bunch of different flavors. This place rocks.

Large selection of branded candies, also with some bulk candy. Its a bit overpriced, but I havent been to any candy shop that isnt. A staff member quickly helped me find a toblerone bar when I came in with a craving :)

First time in, today; I saw it when I was driving home, towards the 60, yesterday. Silly me, Ive lived in AZ since 1996 & never really been/hung around, downtown Tempe; Im not going to ASU & never worked down here before, soooooo....ya. I LOVE CANDY though, so gotta temp job & on my lunch today, I HAD TOOOO!!! Nice walk down to the candy shop! Inside is very open, cool inside - A/C meaning, & cool as in just fancy, too, w/ great selection at fair prices! The cashier was really nice & cool too, helping me to know about the great places to eat around Mill, since Id not hung out here, before. I took lots of pics, just while browsing, so yeah! I would SO come back, plus tell my friends & family. So happy I glanced over while driving, to confirm Id just seen a candy shop, haha!!!

Enormous selection. If you want to purchase a decent variety of taffy or really any candies, this is your place to go.
