Chuck was great ! No pressure awesome low key place with good selection
Bought car from chuck treated us right ! Was recommended from friend and will be back in future straight forward no bs place
Great place to deal with an honest used car dealer. The kind of place that actually treats you like they want repeat business. I have purchased a few cars here and Chuck is always straight forward and no fairy tales told here! Sometimes even past customers just stop to visit and look at the ever changing inventory. Not a fancy place with all the costly relationship managers and crazy add ons.
Nice low key place with no pressure !Thanks Chuck !!!
Chuck and associates are the best!! I have purchased 5 vehicles from him, every purchase very straight forward and honest. Auto Dealz inventories many styles and types of vehicles, and always at good pricing. Chuck is willing to negotiate with customers to make the deal as good as possible. One has to remember, he sells USED vehicles . . .they may not be exactly perfect, but Chuck does what he can to make them right
Very good place to look for a used car. We met the owner that is very nice have a lot of patience and induced zero stress. Recommend this place to my friends.
Chuck was great to deal with when purchasing my car. Super helpful, honest, and friendly guy.
I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Chuck (the owner) one week ago and the battery (not the hybrid one) died about a week after the purchase date. Chuck said that he gives a 15 day or 500 mile buyer guarantee AND I bought his extended warranty that covers the battery (he kindly sold it to me at cost). When I reached out to him with this issue, he said, “It always started when it was on the lot” and “batteries die all the time in the heat.” I had to keep pestering him and eventually he caved and just sent me money over Venmo to cover a new battery. They were nice until something went wrong and I had to twist their arm to try to get them to keep their warranty.
I cant give them zero stars because it wont allow me to, otherwise that would be the rating. We came in and purchased a vehicle with them, initially the car looked good beside the drivers handle which was broken, Chuck stated it was an easy fix and the part would be ordered and repaired. About two days later we went back to get the door handle fixed only to be left stranded on the highway. Turned out that the alternator needed to be replaced. Following the alternator was the radio, it caved in. When we took the car back to get fixed, the dash was not placed back on properly. We had to then return to get that fixed as well. The handle took forever to come in and we got rescheduled about three times before we actually went in. When we took the car they claimed to fix the handle, however the handle did not go back in place automatically which caused the door not to close. Chuck was very rude and stated that is was no big deal, why did we expect it to be perfect? He said it only took 3 seconds to push the handle back into place and refused to fix it. The new handle was never put in as he claimed to have forgotten it at home. We thought we had found a good place with good people but they are trash. Very disrespectful and very bad service.
Chuck and Paul are super friendly and hospitable. Did a test.druve.no pressure or hassle. Did not feel I had to buy a vehicle or feel uninformed..I will be back! Thank you for being so pleasant!
Chuck is ABSOLUTELY the best there is!
We bought a car for over 6,000 dollars. We were told his mechanic had looked at it, we were told no ther details of the car. It lasted us a couple months and has about 13,000 dollars worth of repairs. We called for a buyback and never heard back. There is a reason is a 500 mile warranty. I would never buy anything from here again.
I just bought a 2008 Subaru Outback from these guys. This was hands down the best car dealer experience Ive ever had! My wife and I met them at their nondescript dealership. I was told that the reason they dont have a sign is because it is appointment only.I test drove the car right after they had gotten the power steering pump and valve cover gasket replaced on it. Right away I could see that they take good care of the cars that theyre selling. When it was time to finance the vehicle, they literally went out of their way to make sure I got the best possible rate. Chuck and his brother Elias are two of the nicest people Ive ever met. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to buy a car!
Bought a nice lexus, straight up people no bs .
So since I can’t make another review on yelp I’ll take to google! The owner is highly unprofessional. After completely missing my appointment and having me deal with a lot attendant via text and my yelp review which was “bashing his business” chuck the owner then proceeded to personally bash me about my car. Funny story is I was still able to get an M3 from another dealership after “paying twice over for my car” as someone who deals with marketing and customer service, being personally bashed after a review is just pathetic and beyond unprofessional. Originally if the owner would have apologized for even just missing my appointment I would have increased my review for providing at least a better customer service experience. Just goes to show that some people just don’t learn from experience and can’t grow from criticism
The one star is only for the vehicle I bought that my daughter was initially excited to get until the fiasco with this place. Bought a car that had several things that needed repair before we left the lot(minor things at the time until I had my mechanic look at it a couple days later and found major issues) and had an agreement with Chuck (owner)to have them repaired. He said dont worry will take care of it. Got the run arounds to go back and forth with his mechanic Jorge some items fixed others months and months of trying to get scheduled to get them fixed(Sunroof). Other items like knob to adjust driver/passenger mirror came right off in the parking let him know right away as he said at the beginning just let him know of any issues and hell take care of it(dont trust this) Different story later on was never replaced and it seemed they knew about it before hand as it appeared it was super glued on and when I told him he didnt seem surprised. The fog light cover came off just driving down the road shortly after leaving, he said no problem $10 part. It wasnt it was over $40. He put it on me basically to buy, but they all added up and you could tell they must have put some of the stuff on the car or cheaply repair items. This seemed to be a trend. Communications with Chuck were frustrating and he was very unprofessional. His mechanic doesnt have voicemail and cant usually get a hold of him to get repairs done and if you express your frustration and how time consuming and run arounds you have to Chuck he acts childish, rude and goes on tangents about himself and what he spends and this and that. Tries to make it your problem and does not go out of his way to make anything convenient for the customer. I kept most communications to messenger in which half the time he was confused on what he agreed on thank goodness got it in writing, but it didnt help. He still went back and forth on his recollections of what was going on and sometimes it seemed like I was communicating with a complete different person. The sunroof needed to be fixed since day one and was written in the repair contract and until I gave up on them actually fixing it (4 months later) it hadnt been fixed. Chuck always rudely commented that he paid so much for repairs (like money out of his pocket)to make me feel like I should be grateful and as if I should accept his behavior and not honoring what he said. I kept telling him it is not my problem what he has to pay or the going back and forth with him and his mechanic to get stuff done. I just wanted the stuff fixed and properly. It was very ridiculous.dishonest. the car temp plates were expiring issue for wanting stuff fixed and done right like you would expect from any business especially when they say they will fix whatever is needed. I guess my concern is why they dont do it before you sign. The service sucks after you buy the vehicle god forbid that there is something you need to contact Chuck for. It feels once you sign he does not seem to want to keep relationships for future business. They dont appear to inspect the vehicle before selling, (didnt clean it and left the gas basically on empty when you pick it up in which he said they forgot to fill it and would do it when I come in to have the drivers mirror replaced, then he backed out of that saying he is paying for repairs and shouldnt have to put gas in too after what he spent(he is full of it) This is not the case he is narcissist. I wasted time and gas to drive to where his mechanics and it was in a shady area, they would leave the car out and in the sun all day(it has leather seats) at the front of the road area, like it was for sale. I had to leave the car key with a food truck worker that parks in the lot. Which the whole scenario made me feel uncomfortable. His mechinic doesnt even work at the shop he repairs at he does it after hours when he is free. He was barely available and doesnt have voicemail. This place is a hot mess and Chuck is a piece of work-much more details to this ordeal not enough space.
I found Autodealz through my boyfriend who had purchased his car from them. I had very specific criteria for my vehicle, and Chuck was extremely helpful in finding me find what I wanted. In fact, everyone there was extremely low-pressure and easy going: making the entire process much less stressful than any other dealership I’ve been to. Which is saying something, as my particularity with cars has taken me to a LOT of dealerships in my lifetime. Overall, the folks at Autodealz were very upfront with the process, price and condition of all the cars I looked at: no hidden surprises or last-minute fees. They are wonderful to work with, I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely be going back when it’s time for my next car. Not that it will be anytime soon because I LOVE my car!!!
Theese people get cars from auctions clean them up and sell them. So far im happy with my car. I would suggest knowing what to look for or bring someone who knows a little bout mechanics. I drove about an hour and a half to get there. And needed to get done early but still was waiting on their time. And they only wanted to communicate through text which i did not like. All in all they have nice cars and reasonable prices
Good teamwork and customer focused. Showed up early for our appointment, but they took it in stride and took care of business.
Couldnt have been better. We only buy our cars from Chuck.
