Ive heard the Tesla Service Centers can be hit and miss, but this one in particular has been phenomenal. Weve had to use them several times and recently had an issue with the recalled spine applique on our Model X, which caused major damage to the glass also. They towed it in on a Sunday, pulled it in the shop first thing Monday morning, and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. All during a very busy week leading up to the holidays! Great team, especially Seth, who was very empathetic and communicative the entire time. Highly recommend!

Tesla doesnt disappoint, even when your car needs repair or service. The staff is all amazing, kind, prompt, and understanding to your needs, they will make sure to accommodate to your needs while your car is in their care. Mobile updates on status, quality work, reasonable wait times even with the growing family, its just another reason to go green.

Service was fast people were wonderfully personable. The cost to replace a tire seemed a bit extreme. Especially when I fully expected the service call would be a tire repair.Update windshield got a crack, got an appointment 6 days in advance. Drove an hour to get there. They didnt have the windshield. Picked up a staple a few days before the appointment, so added that to the visit. Another $321 to replace that same less than 30 day old tire. They offer no road hazard. Big O will get my next tire purchase. Safelite will get the windshield business. I really expected better from Tesla. They decided to do a recall and wanted to keep my car overnight, but didnt bother letting us know. told them they would not be doing the recall this visit as we had plans to leave town that day in the car. Ill try the Scottsdale center next time I need work.

Super helpful and friendly associate (Jacob). I had a quick appointment to help get some adhesive off my car from delivery. (Washed myself 2x and thought they might have been scratches.) He even met me a few minutes before opening so I could take a work call. 5 star service!

Super Service! Kudos to the detailing team! They gave me great tips on how to keep my Tesla looking new. Even though they use Meguiars chemicals on the commercial level they told me what I can get on the consumer-level; which is basically The Chemical Guys. I will highly recommend them more business. The staff IS easy on the eyes. Great attitude and was greeted warmly even as I was getting out of the rental. Outstanding 👌 performance kids! I expect them to continue this stellar service in the years to come....

I brought my 2014 Model S in to have the tires balanced and aligned only to find that my drive unit needed to be replaced. My service technician, Jacob, went above and beyond to get my car taken care of and got me on my way with a loaner while they completed the repairs. Highly recommend, the service is spectacular!

The Tempe service center was great! My 2020 Model3 needed a new air compressor and air condenser but the soonest available appointment was 3 weeks out. Upon receipt of my confirmation text, I sent them a video of the sound and they got me in same-day... even with a loaner model S! The entire process took only 36 hours (all under warranty) and they text me updates the whole time. I highly recommend this service center! Thank you!

Frustrating as I couldnt get into my vehicle after working out at gym, and tried all the tricks to get in to open but nothing worked. I had to get my car towed to Tesla service center but there was no way to call them and let them know. It was a Friday late afternoon and had no idea if my car made it. The only way to contact them, I eventually figured out, is to make appt online and appointments were 10 days out. But they did text that they got my appt so I could then write back my vehicle was there. Finally communication but didnt actually talk to someone on phone until Tuesday. $1500.00 dollars later, I got it back on Friday. My car had a 140 v charge when it arrived and 63 when I left and it was filthy dirty. Im used to service centers like Toyota, who give you a courtesy wash and the car looking better than when you brought it in. I found that a bit disappointing for my first experience, especially still not really understanding what went wrong with my car!

Very efficient! Tesla sent a truck to carry my car in and the issue was resolved the same day, all under warranty. All communication was through their text system and the Tesla app, where I could see progress of their work. Im very happy with Seth and the team at the Tesla Tempe Service Center!

The new parts ordering process is a joke. You can only email and they dont get back to you for 3 days if not more. Its the worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. We have been trying to get a windshield for a customer going on 7 weeks now

Brought my car in to get CPU changed for Full Self Driving .......Had an issue with rubber hanging down from the door....Gotta say... they are way understaffed and takes a while to get the appointment... I had a Tesla model S since 2014 and now onto my second one. Gotta say they changed a lot in terms of service call and scheduling. Have mixed feeling about the currently lack of staff and long waiting time to get in . However... my rep was Martin... he was great... helped me through my service and always reply back. My mobile service guy was great as well... I think many owners might have some frustration as well... but overall... its the people that we deal with and helped us that counts. Still a great company... hope they get more help soon...

I went in to buy wheel cover caps in person so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping but as it turns out, it’s $40+ more to get them at this place. It’s much cheaper to buy them online. The service person was really helpful and listened to what I was saying. He also saved me $$ by telling me about the giant price difference. Go Tesla!

This location is organized in how you drop off your car. They will also drive with you to confirm a rattle. My car was washed and vacuumed at pickup. A far better experience than the Raintree location.

The people here were friendly and whenever I call they answer the phone. They also had a volunteer who gave us some tips. The delivery experience was interesting even though I felt like they could have explained a few more things about the touch screen rather than rushing through. Overall, we had a good experience.

A very pleasant experience, especially considering it’s you know... car servicing (which doesn’t exactly scream “pleasant” inherently).Went like this:1) schedule on Tesla app (easy)2) show up, say hi, discuss issue, and get offered a free Uber. Very friendly staff3) receive communications throughout4) use another free Uber to pick up car next morning, good as new.What else can you ask for. No “ah you need a new cabin air filter” non-sense.Problem: squeaky sounds when drivingSolution: they identified part to replace and replaced it. Boom.

My Model 3 was due for its first tire rotation. I called Costco and they told me they could rotate the tires on a Model 3, even though the tires were not purchased at Costco. However, when I took my car in, the Costco service person kept asking if I had the Model S or X. I kept telling him it was a Model 3 and finally had to explain to him what it was. He told me since it wasnt in the computer, they couldnt rotate the tires for me. So I made an appointment with the Tesla Service Center in Tempe. I was sure they would know what a Model 3 was. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were greeted by the friendly Tesla employees. They got my car right in and performed the current software update. While we were waiting, we went across the street to Muncha Mania. It was delicious. We came back to the service center and a family was asking the receptionist if they could look at a Model 3. The receptionist explained that this location was only for service and delivery and was providing them with the location of a showroom. Just then, we were notified that our car was done with the service, so I introduced myself to the family and offered to show them my Model 3. They looked at it and I took them on a short ride. They seemed to really like it. I hope they decide to order one. My wife told me later that Tesla rotated the tires free of charge. I love this company.

Even less fun is when your car is brand new and someone else caused some dings and scratches while bringing your specially ordered car to you. And, when the car has other defects (minor or not) it just plain doesn’t feel good.Well, let me tell you how good I feel now. My brand new made-to-order Tesla was in the shop a lot longer than anyone expected. You’re probably asking yourself, “Howard, did you mean to leave 5 stars?” Yep! No mistake here.Martin and Natalie kept in the loop each step of the way. From day one, Martin set me up in a service vehicle with practically no hassle.Martin sent me a text message every day, even merely to say ‘hello’ and wish me a good day. When anything happened, good or bad, Martin kept me posted. As time went on and things got a little worrisome, Natalie stepped in and made sure I knew I was in good hands.John and Thai, along with Natalie, spent nearly an hour talking to me and answering all my questions. Never have I had such great customer service at an auto service center; I though the two were mutually exclusive.I’ve owned BMW and Lexus vehicles in the past. Besides Tesla making a better product, the customer service has been nothing short of astounding. I very much look forward to bringing my car here for any service needs it requires. When you are at the center they are very helpful. Problem is getting someone to answer the phone. Only reason we went to the service center is because we couldnt get anyone to answer the phone for almost 2hrs. Simple question, took the service rep 5 mins to answer.

My vehicle was towed from Yuma, AZ to the Tempe, AZ service center for a 12v battery replacement. The staff were wonderful, especially Micah and Martin. They went beyond my expectations to fix my car and replaced a chrome trim that was damaged during this incident. They also arranged a tow truck the next day and towed my vehicle back to my house in Yuma. Thank you again Micah, Martin and Tesla Service Center staff. 👍👍👍

All they do is lie and say everything is normal, poor customer service, technicians are not experienced, have my vehicle 5 differ times for same multiple issues, every time I pick my vehicle up it’s very dirty and hand prints everywhere, they don’t test drive after repairs, they called me and said said my vehicle was ready for pick up left my sunroof open outside, and only 32 miles of range left please stay away from this place Jack and Jaredhave very poor customer service skills

Tesla,My name is Gus Bilotti. I am reaching out to you in regards to my experience with your Tempe Service Center. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM today and when I arrived I was helped by a gentleman by the front. His greeting was “what’s up? What can we do for you?”. I then told him I had an appointment for my AC. He asked for my name and told me I was “all set”. His overall attitude and demeanor did not give a caring impression; I have honestly received far better service at a tire shop. I would give you his name however, he did not even introduce himself.I proceeded to ask if they had loaner vehicles or rentals which he said “no.” He also mentioned that there was a waiting list and if my vehicle took longer than 2 days he can then add me to the waiting list. He then asked for my car keys (which I did not have). The individual said the charge was going to be $20 for a new key. I refused to pay the fee because nobody gave me instructions as to what to bring to my appointment. I ended up leaving the Service Center without my AC fixed nor a new appointment.This was my second appointment without any resolution regarding my AC. It has been over a month trying to get my AC fixed! My feedback to this individual is that as a front line person, he should be equipped with the sufficient knowledge and skills to have handled my situation efficiently. I wish he would’ve offered some options, maybe sharing with me how the key was needed and that for being my first time the key fee was going to be waived. I was provided with $400 in Uber credits yet, he couldn’t waive a $20 fee? That does not make sense. In regards to Tesla, if you are trying to lead the biggest market in electric vehicles, start from the core of any business which is making the customer feel valued. I have taken multiple days off from work, losing paid time off and wages to receive such a poor service. I have owned luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Benz and Lexus and the service they provide is far superior from Tesla. After an experience like this one, I will no longer recommend Tesla to any of my family, friends or work colleagues. It is a shame to know that I will have to deal with people and experiences like this for as long as I own a Tesla. I am now exploring other electric car options and sharing my experience on social media, friends & family and any other way I can reach as many people to ensure Tesla recognizes that they have long ways to go before mastering how to provide a good customer experience.I do hope to hear back from a Tesla leader or someone that can assist me on fixing my AC. Realistically this should not take months nor for me to beg Tesla to fix a production error. This experience has damaged my view of the Tesla brand.

I recently bought my first Tesla and WOW! its amazing. From the ordering to the delivery, it was completely unlike any other car buying experience.No games, no gimmicky sales guys trying to sell me windshield rust coverage just three lines on the contract: cost of vehicle, Tax and registration.Now, 6 months later I had a few issues and a windshield that needed replaced so I made a visit to the service center in Tempe.Let me tell you, the good experience from ordering to delivery didnt end!They greeted me by name, walked me around the car listening to and offering solutions to the issues I had. They had it all done in a day and put me in a courtesy vehicle to boot, they even paid for the gas!!Jared in service is amazing! Hes everything Tesla represents in my opinion. He is bright and attentive to customers and handled everything in such a professional manner I couldnt have been more pleased.Tesla has a customer for life!

The delivery process was a little rocky...but most of that was due to issues before we went to the service center. The staff is fairly knowledgeable but you can tell its a newer company who needs to train their staff a bit more. They were very accommodating and let us charge the car all the way before the long trek home. We shall see how this center is when I have to take the car in for its first service.

A/C went out. Staff welcomed me, gave me some Uber credits since no loaner program available due to COVID. It has been a week now and little to no communication. Uber credits expired before the car was completed. If it takes that long to fix a Tesla......maybe someone should think about more than one service center in the state. Apparently they are needed. The Scottsdale location is currently undergoing expansion, and had sent all their cars to the Tempe center, which made the center look like a Tesla zoo. But the service agent was friendly, apologetic about the craziness, and handled my repair. I wouldve given them 3 stars due to it taking 2 weeks to diagnose a coolant leak (my AC had stopped working), but considering the enormous growth Tesla is going through in our area, Im not going to ding them for that. Clean, impressive service center, and air conditioned which Im grateful for (no stinky sweaty mechanics).

My family and I rolled into the Tempe service center at lunchtime on Black Friday, with a squeaking noise that seemed to be getting worse. We were over a thousand miles from home and had just sweated a snowy pass and escape from a thanksgiving storm in Northern AZ. The staff at this station were exemplary. The determined the problem, handed us the keys to a loaner model x, and we went off to the nearby mall to shop. Not for long however, as the technicians identified the problem, and fixed it within the hour. Now safe at home, we are incredibly grateful for their help and service. My service center is actually in Las Vegas, but I am down here for training. Had already scheduled a service visit for the HW 3.0 upgrade and the front CV axles. Had an issue occur making my car undrivable and had to bring it in a week early. I wasnt expecting anything given the circumstances, but Jacob was incredibly accommodating and brought my car right in. I got it back a few days later, one day before my original drop off time. Issues were resolved, and couldnt be happier.

Always getting better it seems. I wish they would better manage how long they have your vehicle before starting to work on it. I wouldn’t always mind keeping my car a little longer while they order parts or whatever depending on what’s being fixed.Also when you get a loaner, you need to be able to contact them about problems with the loaner. My tires were low and I didn’t have a way to contact them quickly except for driving back to the service center. I could have stopped somewhere but I was worried it was part of a larger problem with the loaner.

I got my Model X yesterday and I couldnt be happier. The sales process hit a few obstacles along the way but my sales guy, Zach, was outstanding. He handled everything really well, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. When I made the appointment I said there were three things that needed attention: 1) The AC needed new filters and to be cleaned. When I turned it on it smelled like old socks 2) I needed the tires rotated (I have two new tires and need to spread out the wear) 3) for over 8 months now the air pressure sensors on the tires always register the tire pressure as being low even after I put air in them. When I dropped off the car I discussed all three points again with Carlos. 20 mins after dropping off the car I received a text saying that I need $1500 of new tires even though two of the tires were less than two months old. I declined this and when I picked up the car the pressure sensors had NOT been checked and the tires had NOT been rotated. Now I have to go to a different auto service shop to get my Tesla serviced. They did only what they seemed to want to do, tried to upsell me on things I didnt need and wasted my time.

I went there July 2018 with my brother to pick up his new model 3. There were two other buyers there picking up their cars at the same time we were.The sales rep who handled my brothers delivery treated him like he was just another number. His indifference made me feel like we were there to pick up a used minivan - certainly not a new Tesla. He asked the buyers to pile into a showroom model for an orientation and proceeded to give a quick and disorganized crash course on a few features. One of the buyers was 6 10 and couldnt fit in the back seat to see what he was talking about and instead had to wait outside until it was over.This rep talked to another buyer about his final payment being in arrears right in front of us. The poor guy HAD PAID but this rep humiliated him in front of us by casting doubt on his having produced the funds. That should have been handled privately. He then did the same thing to my brother- telling him that he didnt see his balance paid in full. My bro said: I paid in cash. But let me know if you dont find it. The rep acted like he had said something in a foreign language.There was a second rep who did a great job working with one of the other buyers- which is why I wont give 1 star.Now it was time to go meet the new cars!Unbelievably, they had them parked outside in the 110 degree scorching sun. It was 135 degrees inside the car when we got to it. This is PHOENIX IN JULY people!! And here I was thinking that a tesla purchase experience involved an indoor showroom delivery. I was wrong. We needed oven mitts to close the trunks.My brother waited 18 months for this day and they treated it like a visit to Dennys.Recommendations:Greeting the buyers as a group is fine but then assign one rep to each buyer. Train that rep to treat the buyer as if they are buying a +$60k top of the line vehicle.Give a one-on-one orientation in the buyers actual car which, by the way, should be indoors and cooled down.Emboss the buyers name on their document folder. Embossing kits are cheap. The post-it note on the cover with the buyers name scribbled thereon looked so amateur.Simple customer service training would help too.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service and staff here are. I have a 2013 Model S with over 100k miles on it, so I have experienced a multitude of issues over the years. All of which have been handled in a manner that makes me proud to own a Tesla. You all rock. Much love. 👊🏼❤️

Tesla always takes care of me. They are going through some growing pains right now, but they’ll get through it. Even though they’re busy they always do a good job and provide great service. I love my Model 3 by the way :-)

The team at this service center is great! They care about their customers and the cars we drive. I love the texting service that they use to keep it touch with me while they have my car. They always get me to/from work while my car is in their care, or they provide me with a loaner vehicle. Driving the loaner cars rocks - its usually an upgrade to what we currently drive.

Very difficult to work with service center, impossible to contact, no answer from their service email address, long wait times for scheduling appointments, long in service repair times. Too bad the service centers don’t match the quality of the cars.
