Head Quarters has been around for decades and its like an old friend you dont see all the time, there when you need them and you know youll feel comfortable there. HQ really has that old school head shop feel without just being another smoke shop, stop in and check out their stock of locally made glass.

Loved it. First timer my regular smoke shop was out of vape device i use. Which is the cube 3000 puffs summer menthol. The only place that had them. Customer service was awesome

This place has you covered on all things Vape & Smokes. There is a walk-uo and you order from the window. The staff are super cool as well. But what I liked most is their display window-you have to check it out at night! Tons of bongs, posters, all things smoke paraphernalia!! Definitely worth the drive or walk if youre local🍁🍁

Have been here twice. First trip was to get a oil reclaimer. They quoted me $89 for a reclaimer with Teflon parts and I got a similar name brand quartz reclaimer online for $16.Last night I called to see if they had a Vape tank. they did!but where charging double the price than I seen online.I asked if they could do any better because HQ is by far the most expensive, even double the price in a lot of places.I was told No, it will always be cheaper online. we charge more for the people who want it now.So, per the employee last night. its a excellent place to get gouged.

The staff seemed to be rushed out to check you out very quick specially if there is a long que behind, as they serve you threw outa window and they pick your products. The service afterward is bad. I came to this store multiple times within a month, and I spend at least $150 to $200+ on Vapes, they sell the vape for $25 and I checked online for the same product is $14, so they are overpriced. My last experience was I order vapes and specified a brand and flavor, the salesman put the items in a bag and checked me out, few days later I checked the bag one of the flavors came in a different brand, so I went back to

This is one of the most storied places in Tempe, I love Ted and the whole crew. Ive been lucky enough to be accepted as a regular customer and am greeted cheerfully whenever I drop in. The selection is phenomenal, if you dont see it, ASK, they probably have it. Theyre super helpful and deserve all the tip money you can put in that jar!!

Awesome team and a great selection. Lots of product knowledge and great suggestions. Parking is a little tight and some prices are a little high...$10 for butane is WAY over the top!! I can get 4 cans of Vector butane online for $27 or locally for $6 per can. Otherwise they are awesome!

Service was quick and efficient. They had what I went for but my problem with my vape still existed. Due to them closing within minutes, I didnt bother to interfere with the flow of last minute customers. Maybe Ill go back tomorrow to see if they can help me and Ill update my review

Where do I begin? Im honestly shocked, to say the least. Justin provided a level of service comparable to that of a concierge. Personal recommendations based on quality of use, not overstocked product.After selecting my mod kit, meaning I had already verbally committed to buying the items, Justin decided to keep sweetening the deal.-Gave me 20% of my already reasonably priced kit for having a medical marijuana card. (This discount also applies to students!)-Gave me 50% off a set of top tier batteries to accompany my kit.-Gave me personal instructions on device maintenance, based on his personal experience using it.Come to this store, give Justin a hug, buy some cool stuff.

Best smoke shop in the valley. Awesome customer service, a massive diverse selection of the whole spectrum of smoking/vaping products. They can make amazing deals so you can get a good price as well. All around best experience at a smoke shop ever in my life! Thats how Id describe it.

Ive had some bad experiences with several head shops in the Tempe and Chandler area. Yet whenever I come to HQ, I not only get what Im looking for (they very rarely have inventory shortages), I also leave feeling well-informed. All of the staff demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their products, and their warranty policy is very reasonable. The atmosphere is also laid back, which is what you might expect from a head shop, but you arent very likely to find any space cases behind the counters!

I walked in and was excited to see they had a variety pack. Left, started my drive out of Arizona to California and opened the pack to see that 2/4 pods were leaking outside of the pod and into the case before i even perforated it open. I called and encouraged them to check the other variety packs just in case there was something wrong and to prevent other people from experiencing the same problem unusable pods. He told me he wasn’t able to open it and in response to me not being able to use the ones I purchased for $20, he said “man, that sucks”. So to all future people who go in and buy, make sure to open and check before leaving!!

I purchased pods and e-salt juice for my Zorion. I was in need of these items asap! I was 45 min. from home so Google maps navigated to HQ. Mari the employee who helped me was so awesome! Overall, great customer service and great experience.

Friendly staff and student discounts. The items run on the pricey side, and you have to look from under the shelving to browse through the prices of items by yourself. The setup encourages pulling each item out one by one, so it takes longer to peruse through all of the options if youre unsure or if your budget is the main factor in your choice over style. That said, the staff is helpful and nice, so I enjoy going there.

I used to Vape and they have tons of Mods and options for the toker. You can get lots of glass, portable and home vaporizer units. They have the best of the best. Flash your Med card if you want a 10% discount. I dont use weed anymore, but they have what you need. A++ store and the staff are friendly.

Ive been coming here every 1-2 weeks for 5 months now for my vape supplies. I am so tired of being sold the wrong product after they repeat it to me what I asked until I open my bag in my vehicle. This is the 4th time. Super disappointed... I came back today after I noticed and they said they didnt have what I wanted and wouldnt give me a refund, just a trade.

SHOP WITH CAUTION! I was in this shop this weekend and while I was purchasing something I gave the cashier $220 but she only counted it as $200 and threw it in the register right away. When I told her I gave her $220 she took the cash out and looked at it then told me there’s nothing she can do about it because she can’t tell which money was mine. I mean it is a smoke shop but you think the cashiers would be a little more careful when handling money especially when I’m making a large purchase like this.

I had a very bad experience testing vape juice. I asked to test zero nicotine vape juice. I tried the first juice and it had 3mg nicotine. I said this juice contained nicotine and I said no nicotine. The second vape juice contained 6mg. I became light headed and nauseous. I asked to use the restroom, and it was not for customer use. I decided not to buy the juice; 2 times the sample vape juice made me sick. The juice is over priced. The employees are incomprehensible on vape products.

Went back in today Nov. 17th. N talked to the manger he fixed the problem with the expired vape. We were very pleased how easy n how helpful the manger was. He apolized for the situation n switched the vape flavor out to something else we were looking for. And found out they have awesome black Friday deals coming.
