Only because my desktop and monitor did not make the 2100m drive from Florida.Bought a monitor at Wal-Mart. The monitor was blurry and had ghost shadows. First I thought I am getting old and glasses bad.They tried to troubleshoot overphone. I returned and quickly found it was bad monitor. Buy new monitor from them. Everything perfect.Zack and Erick are amazing. GREAT SERVICE. Good prices. My go to for my stupidity and issues for now on!I guess us Gen X and boomers need millenials!

They are amazing i drove to get a laptop for $89 so i could use it to upload medical reports for my dr. They didnt have one at the store i was at so they called another store to find one for me. Not only did they they have one but i didnt have change for it since i only had cash at the time. He covered part of the change cause none of us had change. I will definitely go back when the time comes to get another laptop or any kind of computer. These guys all had superior customer service & were happy to help & made sure the laptop i got was able to log into my account to upload my medical records. Hey ifixit team you guys rock!!!!!!

While Ive never had a computer repaired here, I bought a screen protector for my iPhone about 6 months ago. My friend gave me a hard time for spending $20 at this store instead of buying from Amazon. Money well spent. They offer a lifetime warranty. Im on my third screen protector. The guy who works there is always friendly and more than happy to help. When I went in yesterday, he gave me a computer shortcut tip that I couldnt even find on Google.

These guys did an amazing job I came in with a custom-built PC that was having some issues and they were able to diagnose and repair it immediately. Not only were they extremely fast with fixing the problem they were able to get me in and everything resolved within two days. The staff is very friendly, the store was very clean, and everything seems very professional. Thank you so much will definitely be back again if any problems come up!

I have come here for many years, even sending many people and my family here to get their computers fixed.I bought an refurbished computer for my son to use while we were on vacation. They said it was as good as new, and worked great. I bought it and we left shortly thereafter. When we started using it, we realized that the battery didnt charge at all, and that if you unplugged it, the computer just completely shuts off.I got back into the country, and dropped it off to be checked. They said that that the battery was completely dead. So they sold me a defective product to begin with, and because I was out of town working, they wont replace it. I googled it and found that the battery is 100 bucks.....so they deliberately didnt replace the battery and then sold me a defective product. Im not going back, and I already told my family not to use them. So for 100 bucks, they have lost a longtime customer. I hope it was worth it for them.

I highly recommend this place for all your electronic issues and damage repairs. I recently cracked both the front and back of my iPhone 10 X Max and did not have apple care on the phone. Brought it into Veken who works at the shop and was able to not only repair the front and back glass at a very reasonable price (much cheaper than apple), but was also able to provide me with all the helpful information. I also brought in my Apple MacBook Pro 2018 with the Touch Bar for a case repair after it sustained a major dent. Not only are they meticulous and detailed in their work, but they are also very nice and sincere people. Will definitely come here for all my electronic issues in the future.

Would not give a refund for a clear misdiagnosis of my desktop. One of their guys told me my graphics card simply needed to be replaced. Upon replacing it for $500, I continued to have the same issues. After doing some simple at home troubleshooting and research, I figured out my computers processors core temperatures were all at 100C when trying to play games it previously had no problems running. He insisted his tests didnt show that so here I am an extra 40 bucks in the hole for a misdiagnosis. Since my processorscooling system is clearly broken, Im going to now have to personally replace it. Thanks for the days of hassle and misleading me.NOTE: I also can not get a full refund on the graphics card now because the website requires the original packaging to be intact for a full refund. I was confident in their diagnosis that it was my graphics card so I wasnt paying much mind to the packaging when I got my new card.

I walked in with my son iPhone 7, and he was able to fix it the same day within a hour. My son had broken the screen and was very upset his phone would not work.Thanks to these guys my son phone will be up and running today when he comes home from school.

I took my Samsung Note 5 in to have the front screen and replaced and even bought an Otterbox defender series case to ensure my phone would be protected. Not even 3 weeks later, Ive only dropped it twice, one was from it slipping out of my jacket pocke,and each time my front screen cracked . Now I have a chunk missing from one corner and the whole top half of my screen is all spider webby. Ive never had any screen crack this soon, and NEVER with an otter box on it. I called to see if they would be able to help since it hasnt been long since I was in there, but all they offered was $20 off of a $280 bill.... the quality of their products is very questionabl and Im very unhappy and I will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would...
