Non responsive to multi phone calls regarding my consignment. Last time I spoke to Josh he stated he had no idea where my furniture wasHe has told me that Kelly will call me...she never has. I have called her but nothing. I feel that my next step should be a police report or maybe the BBB.Update October 2020. Filed complaint with BBB owner did not respond. I have never been paid for my furniture...be warned and notice most of the posts come from buyers.Update February 2021 - The issue remains unresolved. The business owner offered an unacceptable resolution that included the request that I remove my review and comments. I did NOT accept that. Seller beware is still my feeling based on my experience. If you are buying my observation is you will probably get a deal but if you are selling be extraordinarily careful. The BBB is still working on this for me. More to come.

Running a business takes a lot of work and it can be overwhelming Best for all parties to try to be clear at the outset and keep lines of communication open, phones and email accessible. Seems steps are being taken to address bumps in the road to be smoothed over to make for success and profitability for all
