After seeing Dirty Dough online and looking atPhotos for WEEKS, I finally decided yesterday it was the perfect night to make my long commute, and I mean long, 40 minute drive long, just so I can try out a new cookie place! I was so very excited ready to sink my teeth into some warm cookies and even more ready to try all of the different cookies. To my surprise after traveling all the way across town the business was closed.Okay. Not so bad had the times on the store window, Yelp and maps, all of read the correct time. What makes this experience worst is as i was walking up to the store there was a girl with blue hair that looked straight at me. No Hi, no smile, just an annoyed look and kept on doing whatever it was that she was doing in the kitchen. Upon trying to open the door and standing there in utter disbelief that the place i drove 40 minutes across town for was closed, I stood at the door for a few moments hoping shed say were closed or hoping shed come to the door and open it, nope, she looked up and made eye contact yet again as she walked around doing absolutely nothing.What made the experience even worst, ANOTHER person with blue hair (guess they really like blue there), does the exact same thing. Ive never felt my business was so unwanted from a place so much.Another gentlemen who was in the parking lot working on his car (appears it was broken down), needed a refreshment, Im assuming he even had seen the experience he walked across the parking lot, and tried every single business before dirty dough and he was treated the same, it was as if we were all invisible. I have NEVER, in my years of retail acted as if i didnt see a customer just because I was closed. Highly upset and a total waste of time. Wouldnt recommend visiting here they dont want our business.

Tried the fruity crisp tonight, and it was SOO GOOD 🤤 the fruity pebble with the marshmallow cream filling was the perfect combination and made it the perfect texture. 😍🤤😋💗—Our first time here tonight, and I LOVED LOVED LOVED the cookies & cream cookie SO MUCH! The unique combination of soft, chewy, crunchy with a cookie dough texture in the center and classic cookie texture on the outside made these cookies delicious and perfect, quite possibly my favorite cookie ever in my entire life!! 😍🤤🍪❤️❤️ also, the cookies were huge and customer service was great! Disgusting. I do not get the hype. Even the regular chocolate chip cookie is weird. It tastes like cheap store brand semi sweet chocolate. Crumbl is leagues better than this place.

Placed an online order for pickup. Showed up at the scheduled time and still waited 30 minutes only to be told that both of the cookies I ordered weren’t ready and would be another 15-20 minutes so they could bake them.As other reviews have stated, they had two employees working but only one helped the customers while the other one was just in the back.I’m giving 2 stars because the cookies are good.Dirty Dough, you’ve got to get your online order in a better place because it’s incredibly frustrating to use and your customers and employees are getting burnt by it.

I love cookies. I normally bake them myself but really enjoy getting them delivered at times of laziness. These cookies are good but all of them seem to have the same batter, did not taste much difference between any of the cookies other than toppings, and they are very undercooked. I like to dip in milk and, since theyre undercooked, it doesnt absorb anything. Theyre still all right but seem like theyre just playing to fan base of people looking for cookie delivery. Im not a fan of super doughy cookies, so this is probably a one and done experience. Theres better cookie delivery for the same price.

I love the colors and the decoration, it reminded me of a few other local cookie shops. The cookies were boxed individually packed in convenient branded boxes. I chose the Biscoff. If I had of Googled ‘Dirty Dough’, I would known that it was like a cookie&dough situation. I ate mine with my coffee, but I will have to try it with some ice cream. They are super rich and not very sweet. They are cleverly decorated and are full of personality. My children absolutely loved their strawberry cheesecake and Brookie. Overall I would recommend, but I’ll have to ask to bake mine a little longer if possible.

These cookies were amazing and I definitely plan to come back. They’re not too sweet which I love and they were so enjoyable. Me and hubz loved them. Especially the ones with the marshmallow

Im only giving the place 3 stars because my order was wrong!the cookies are amazing! i ordered two cookie butter cookies and got only one which made me super sad and i got an oreo one instead. i also ordered another regular oreo cookie and that one tasted a little too much like baking soda. but other than that great cookies just wish i got another cookie butter one!

I’m not sure what anyone’s expectations are for a giant gooey cookie, but I know what mine are and this isn’t it. The girl working was really nice and answered all my questions and tried to steer me towards something I might like, hence the 2 stars. But the cookie itself was not good. I didn’t ask specifically for an ingredient list, but based on the flavor and texture it didn’t contain any butter or eggs. The flavor profile was more like raw pancake batter than anything else. There was so much flour and it was so under baked that it just tasted like at flour with a little bit of sugar and artificial flavor. I took 2 small bites ( less than a 1/4 of the cookie ) and I was done. My kids might like it for the raw cookie dough feel, but as an adult, I will never go back for myself.

Its an interesting concept, good novelty. Might not be usually but when we visited the wait times were pretty bad sure to just one person there on a very busy Friday night!

Hands down the best cookies Ive ever tasted! Much softer and thicker than the competition. The Lemon Oreo and Cinnamon Toast Crunch were delicious! And Tiffany is super nice!!

Dont order online for shipping and delivery. They take ur order and money and never ship the product refuse to respond to your emails and messages. This place will take your money and not give you anything in return.

I love this place so much better than Crumble Cookies. They cookies are a lot more doughy and often filled and arent drenched in frosting. The flavors change every week too. I go here every week to try some of their new flavors!

Pretty good cookies and some interesting flavors. I like that the dough was a little undercooked in the middle. I do think some of the other cookie places in the area are better though.

I am a doordash driver and waited 20 mins at the place for the order to be ready. They helped and served another walk-in customer before they even started preparing the doordash order. There were 2 capable workers inside but instead of utilizing each other one of them sat down and took a break. I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to know. Do better next time guys:/

This place rocked my world. I’ve never eaten a cookie like those made at Dirty Dough. So dang good. I actually liked the cookies more after they cooled instead of right out of the warmer. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a sweet treat.

My son seen this on TikTok and he made my Dad drive him here at 10 oclock at night! It was definitely worth it! Their Snickerdoodle was so good. They have different flavors all the time. My favorite is the original chocolate chip. If you love eating cookie dough youll love the chocolate chip cookie!

These cookies are very overrated. They look great, don’t get me wrong! I was desperate to try them, So after multiple fails of trying to win them from a giveaway on Instagram I decided to buy some. I ordered 4 and I was so excited. To my surprise, the last giveaway I had entered I ended up winning, so I had the 4 I ordered coming and also 4 more coming. I was stoked! Finally I got the ones I ordered a week later. I warmed them like the card said to do, and tried a little piece of all 4. The most bland cookies I have ever tasted, Absolutely no flavor what so ever. I thought maybe those were a bad batch, or since they took a week to come in they just weren’t good. But then came the ones I won from the giveaway. Same thing, So bland, no taste at all, Just nasty and dry. I will never order them again. I was so excited and looking forward to these. I wasted $24 (after shipping) for 4 bland cookies. Very disappointed.

Not gonna lie I had this place really hyped up for me and it was a bit of a let down. Don’t get me wrong the cookies are definitely high quality and everything was clean and takes care of. I will warn it was WAY too sweet for my liking. The cookies are seriously rich and I can’t imagine eating an entire one much less a whole box of four! If you enjoy super sweet cookies then sure but I will say for the regular person it very well may be too much.

The cookies here are always fantastic; however, today I was very disappointed in their service. I was out running errands all day and saw where they posted about having a new s’mores flavor. I was so excited because I love everything s’mores, so I placed an order online and went to pick them up on my way home. Once I got to the store, the girl asked me what two cookies I wanted in place of the s’mores. At first I thought that maybe they were out since it was in the afternoon and they were making more, in which I was perfectly fine waiting. After asking about it, the girl responded with, “no, we just didn’t make any.” So I ended up wasting money on cookies I really didn’t want because I had already paid online and I didn’t want to hold up the line forming behind me by asking for a refund. I just don’t understand why a store wouldn’t make any of the flavor that they were heavily advertising on all of their social media pages…. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

Dirty dough puts crumbl cookies to shame. The dough is cooked through but the inside is warm fluffy and still a little doughy. The pricing is fair and they customer service is top notch. I went into the shops me talked with the staff for 30 min about their day. I will drive farther to come get dirty dough over crumble cookie any day.

Visited Dirty Dough for the first time today. Jade helped my girlfriend and I decide on which cookies we wanted and made the most delicious cookies I’ve probably ever seen! We’ll definitely be back!

The decorative cookies have a great sweet unique taste from chocolates to cereals to candy bars they make your favorite dessert into a cookie! I ordered Dirty Dough through DoorDash Pick Up and my order was accepted. I drove half an hour to pick it up and when we got there, they said they were all sold out of cookies. There was no notification, no call, nothing to inform us that they were out of stock. When we told the team member about our situation, they didn’t offer anything or seemed like they cared. They just asked us to cancel the order rather than offering a solution, discount, or anything to meet us halfway.

Broberick helped me decide my order of cookies. He’s a nice guy and enjoys the work environment.

I love these cookies because they are different from the cookies at the other local shops. I like how the dough is more prevalent in the cookie as well as the wide assortment of flavors offered on a daily basis. I have purchased each cookie at least once and I’ve never been disappointed!

Dirty dough has a good selection that even has vegan friendly options. The Brookie was a tasty cookie but the box that it was placed in was leaking whatever drizzle they added to the cookie which was a shame as it caused a small mess.Restaurant environment seemed gloomy which is the complete opposite of the bright interior you can find at Crumbl Cookie. They are both very identical in flavor and hard to say one is better than the other.If you haven’t been to dirty dough, I would definitely recommend checking it out at least once.

I LOVED it here!! I was a regular goer of Crumbl cookies until I tried this place yesterday for the first time. They’ve got their weekly rotations, I got to try yesterday’s and this weeks new flavors, because I stopped by for the second time, today lol. I loved every flavor. Might sound exaggerating, but it calls for it - it’s all delicious. Soft chewy cookies and not overloaded with frosting. Crumbl cookies are 50/50 cookie and frosting, waaaay too sweet a lot of the time. Dirty doughs cookies also stay soft the next day, unlike crumbl cookies. I’m coming back!! I call for a location in Tucson please! Lol

How can there only be ONE worker on a Friday night. I placed an online order and when I got there the place was packed and more people kept coming in and there was only one guy the whole time. I picked ASAP 10-15 mins for my order and once I drove there, 8 mins down, I still say and waited inside for another min 15-20 mins. It was ridiculous! Have more than one worker. Poor guy!

Wow so I was just informed that my favorite worker at Dirty Dough was fired. Jade was the one that introduced me to this place and had always given not only me but everyone the best customer service ever. Now she is gone I will never return again. So sad my favorite person got fired. So uncalled for.
