Went there for the first time in the last month to purchase a smaller rotary blade. For being a small store, it had a quite a few selections. This store is much more modern looking than the other stores. The lighting is bright. Very organized and designed well. I notices that they had some really good prices on used machines. Like 75 percent off. Its pretty impressive. If I ever upgraded, I do plan to purchase it from this store. :)

So helpful, so friendly, great family owned business!! I purchased a Janome 550E this week and am so very happy with the customer service, and machine!! I would recommend Mulqueen’s to anyone considering purchasing a sewing machine. I also had my other machines serviced by them about 2 years ago, again superb service. They serviced my 20 year old machines and did not try and sell me an upgrade, just did what I needed, which brought me back this time, because i knew I could trust the company I was choosing. They also have a great selection of fabric and notions!! I will keep going back for all my future sewing needs. Thank You!!!

First I had my ancient Kenmore repaired. Price was right, service was timely and the machine works like new.Then my granddaughter wanted a sewing machine; kind sales person helped me decide what she needed over the phone. My husband was able to stop by and pick up the machine. No upselling, store is clean and staff is helpful. We tried the recommended machine the same afternoon, it is perfect for a beginner.

Stopped by looking for a very specific print and I found it!!! Even though I arrived during a power outage, the staff was super friendly, very helpful, and still allowed me to get what I needed. I will be back to look around when they have power. Lol. Thank you!!!

I wanted to like and support Mulqueen sewing so much. Theyre a family business, locally owned. The circumstances in which business are operating during the COVID-19 pandemic is challenging at best. Theres never a reason for poor customer service, though. I was really disappointed with their lack of communication after placing my order and their attitude when issues arose. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude - it was completely unwarranted given the fact we were just trying to get a status update.

Love this store, wish it was opened for in-store shopping. Nothing compares to looking at the fabric colors in person. Hopefully soon!

Not nearly as friendly as the shop in Mesa and wouldnt let us use the restroom facilities. Probably wont go back.

Newly remodeled quilting and fabric store holds a wide selection of materials and supplies. Store is very neatly organized. Long arm embroidery machines are present and classes are offered.

Absolutely love this store! So glad that they have opened a location closer to Ahwatukee!! Batik fabric prices are wonderful, and I am hooked. Great customer service, and open, airy, invitingly beautiful store!!

If I could give a negative star I would! After I had my fabric cut I was at the checkout counter. The only one in line and employees were on the floor with other customers. Not one of them said a word to me. Finally the guy working came to ring up a customer, still said nothing to me but continuedd with his customer then asked another employee if someone was available and he tilts his head at me! What! Not someone will be here to help you or sorry about the wait. When the girl finally came to take my money she said not a word to me except the price and cash or charge.Poor customer service. I dont think any of the employees like their job. I will not come back here. This is my 6th time here and they do not appreciate theeir customers.

Wow! Love this shop, great for everyone from Beginner to advanced quilters. Staff is VERY friendly and eager to assist. They are knowledgeable and offer fabulous suggestions. I took a class today on the Accuquilt cutting systems, and it was awesome! Mulqueens has a huge assortment of dies and cutting systems to choose from. Its most impressive! Great fabric selections, and wonderful machine selections! Teacher/Staff onsite to help with these fancy computerized machines, too. I live in PV, and it is well worth the drive down the 101 to Tempe. Amazing shop! Thank you!
