We had a large order of Nike shirts we needed to have embroidered with our company logo for an upcoming event. Maxwell at ThinkPro was extremely helpful to me throughout the process. We never wondered about the status of our order as any questions I had were answered within a day at most. We had more back-and-forth than the average order since we bought shirts from Nike and had to have them shipped to ThinkPro before any work could even begin, and they were nothing but kind and helpful. They made the whole thing super easy and the shirts came out PERFECT. Service was also very speedy. Highly recommend them for any screen printing or embroidery needs!

🤡 WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! This is the first time I’ve had service so horrible that it makes me go out of my way to leave a review so that others can take their time and hard earned money elsewhere. I asked for a simple cursive logo no more than 9 letters to be specific. I spoke 2 customer service representative, we’ll call them Ren and Stimpy as I’m not here to bash individuals. The first promised a 24 hour turnaround time(it’s been 2 weeks), both representatives put the blame on the designers which is fair but doesn’t help the situation. Neither attempted to do anything to assist, both telling me they would call me back the same day when the designer returned from lunch and never doing so. These aren’t major issues other than the fact that I made plans with other individuals and companies based on the time frames they gave me and now their incompetence has effected my business plans.

I cant say enough about THINKPRO. Im very blessed to have found them. Great quality printing! I couldnt run my business without them. Competitive pricing, professional, fast delivery. A truly professional print shop! I had an amazing experience, and my wedding invitations turned out better than I imagined. Andrew is very skilled and knows what hes doing. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with creative ways to do it while helping me to save money. Fantastic service, came in with just a general idea of the design I was going for, I left with a custom vector made on the spot. 5 stars all day over here! I came to the wizards at ThinkPro at 3pm on a Friday afternoon hoping to get 10 Tank Tops made before an event on Sunday. As I waited to be helped I watched one of their customers going over his order process and I realized my expectations were pretty ambitious. It was only a minute before I was helped and after explaining my request the rep did admit that it was very unlikely especially considering the time and day (they arent open Saturdays so my window was shortened to same-day). Disappointed, I thanked them and started to leave but was stopped when he insisted on giving me the information for a nearby shop that may be able to help. While he was getting the number, another rep who had overheard asked me exactly what sizes I needed and he was going to check if they happened to have anything on hand. It turns out they had almost exactly the size array I needed and he offered to rush the order for me so I could pick it up before they closed at 5. It took less than 5 minutes from then to upload the art and approve a design. I came back two hours later to 10 beautiful tanks that look and feel like they had been in production for weeks. I should mention their rates are fantastic and they will be very transparent about costs and what to expect! Thank you guys for being so helpful, I cant wait to get our next round of designs through you!

He shirts were perfect for our event. I only needed two shirts for a hike we were participating in and I thought it would cost a small fortune at the mall. Then I found the 10 dollar shirt store!! I have some experience ordering shirts for large teams so I had an idea how to design for placement etc..but I didnt really need it because the website made it easy to do. I loved that I could use some of their templates and customize them including image placement, size and colors and the ability to get a vintage look!! The shirts were available for pick up 2 days earlier than promised and the image was perfect. We even added words on the back for a little extra and total for both was less $28 with tax. As of today we no longer do business with Think pro. They used to treat customers with respect. I placed an order on Sunday and was guaranteed via email and over the phone that it would be here by Friday. Friday arrives and now they say Tuesday and thats a maybe.I asked for a call back from the manager and have not received a call back. I then called and spoke with a sales rep who was extremely rude he also raised his voice at me which really drew the line. I understand that times are hard but dont guarentee something and dont deliver. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I decided to use Think! Graphics to print 25 custom artwork T-shirts after going in person to speak with 3 different companies and going online or calling about 3 or 4 others. Their prices ended up competitive, or better, than the others and more importantly, their customer service was amazing. I may have saved a little money using an online company, but to me it wasnt worth the sacrifice in quality and service I would have to make. I didnt end up needing their design services this time, but I was impressed with the level of quality and talent they offered as well as their prices for custom artwork, or for just digitizing or tweaking what I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my T-shirts in time on a rush order and to make sure I was happy with the final product. In fact, the service I received was so great that I took the guy that helped me a thank you gift, and that is saying a LOT because I can be super picky and hard to please.
