Employees are nice HOWEVER there is something very wrong with their air conditioning!!! You can see the employees covered in sweat with fans on back there, UNSAFE! I picked up my omega 3 and it was MELTED into a solid block!! NO WAY MEDICATION IS BEING STORED AT PROPER TEMPERATURE!! have also gotten gummie vitamins that were melted into a solid block, those I at least returned to customer service. Transferred to cvs because of this!!! Dont go!!

Incompetent or uneducated, it’s a toss up. Will have to switch to mail order or drive 15 minutes to the pharmacy in chandler. Really awful humans.

Overall very helpful! Ive only had good experiences with the staff. Theyre always kind and take the time to answer any questions.

I’ve always had luck with Walmart pharmacy’s and this one is again, great! I love the pickup feature, I just call and they’re out within 4 minutes. Always very very kind!

Really inefficient, employees seem untrained

After dealing with pain all day went in to pick up my meds joe the tech guy was really friendly and compassionate and understanding and provided with the best pricing I couldn’t be any happier with his great customer service and with his kindness

I have had mostly positive experiences at this Walmart. If they dont have enough of my perscription, they give me the partial then call when the rest is in, usually within a day or two. Employees always acknowledge me, but I always smile at them. This is a very busy Walmart pharmacy. Ive had to wait a few times but they have always communicated with me during my wait. Ive been in the service industry my whole life (Im in my 50s) and I understand the frustration and stress they are going through. Im just happy Im not on the other side of the counter. Kudos to you employees working at this pharmacy. You always make it through with a smile on your face, take the time to answer questions, have have the patience of saints. Just my opinion and thought I needed to share after reading reading the negative reviews. Im a regular here.

I dont understand why the employees that run the register and grab the prescriptions dont work with a sense of urgency. They look at you and say be right with you, ok every single time I need to pick up a prescription. They look at me and I look at them, waiting. Isnt the guest that is ready a priority? I dont think theyve had proper training.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for over 10 yrs and have always enjoyed the staff but just in the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019 has gotten bad everyone is nice but always seem to rush and dont want to be there and a few smile but for the most part no smile, and on hold over 5 mins.

I had to laugh when I saw the review saying their was a bunch of dirty drug addicts running the pharmacy. They are pretty quick, cordial, and have helped me find OTC things I needed. Respectable and gets you what you need!

Stood around waiting 20 minutes to take 5 seconds to drop off a prescription... then the guy picked up the phone and talked for another 5 minutes instead of helping me. I get that you have to answer the phone but I have been sitting around waiting for you and you can easily ask that customer that just called to wait the 30 seconds it takes for me to hand you my script. So over Walmart pharmacies. Terrible experiences, slow service, and incompetent employees. As someone who is in the service industry, you suck. I spelled out my address to them on multiple occasions and when I made an account online the address was completely wrong... not sure if theyre stupid or just dont care.

They can never locate a record or prescription. If they have to special order something for you they will call you and tell you that the item is in and then when you get to the pharmacy to pick it up the lock like they dont know what youre talking about and that the item was never ordered or that there was never a prescription for it. Do not trust this Pharmacy with your medications.

If I can give zero stars I would. employees here run around like chickens with their heads cut off. no one seems to know what theyre doing. even pharmacist looks like hes half asleep most of the time. disgusting service!

Clean and has positive employees

Poor Customer service at this Pharmacy today, no acknowledgement of waiting Customers and when was finally waited on info was asked for abruptly and no please or thank you.

They had put in my insurance information in the wrong format and told me I have to pay for the prenatals after going there several times I called my insurance and they explained to the pharmacy technicians they finally fixed the mistake.

Only place/Walmart in Arizona that actually has what I need...
