I had bought a name plate necklace on line from Zales. It was discolored after one wear i was extremely disappointed. Even more so after talking to customer service. I went into the store at AZ mills in Tempe AZ. And had the best not one but two wonderful ladies help me with my return. Thank you so much Catalina and Jen. You made the my bad experience not so bad and I walked out with a smile. Take care.
I was doing a warranty today on some earrings and Rosie the story manager and another lady who went got Rosie for us were one best customer service we gotten very helpful very friendly and Rosie was amazing she made sure we were taken care of and Im highly satisfied with the help and the new earrings she help us get we highly appreciate everything and the other lady that help us getting Rosie for us we appreciate all your help and be very friendly thank you

Worst customer service weve had looking for an engagement ring. I realize that my girlfriend and myself were dressed down, but let your sales associates know not to judge people based on their appearances. We could have easily afforded any of the rings we looked at without financing. Who knew Kays best endorsement for their employees would be the incompetence of Zales?
Great selection of jewelry to choose from, I went on Friday to just window shop and it turns out everything in the store was 50% off. I found the perfect ring and purchased it. The staff was very patient with my indecisiveness lol I even left and came back to check out the ring again. The lady that helped me was so nice. When I came back the lady was on break but there was a young African American male that rang me up he respectfully informed the lady I was back and put the sale under her name. After my purchase I did a little dance and he danced with me. They made my visits there so fun and memorable. I will always be a zales shopper!!!!
Whoever Jackie is I think her name was older lady with like an ugly 80s hair style. She really needs to learn some customer service. We were looking for a simple band, my fiancé asked her to go down on the price at all she said “I don’t own the store.” We went back and forth from Zales to Kay’s. We ultimately decided to go to Kay’s the lady kept yawning checking her watch just rude. And then we left we said thank you and she didn’t say anything. If you want a good experience this is not the place trust me.
Bought a class ring at Zales. I used all of their resources to figure out my size and it still came back extremely small (I order it for my index finger, and it came back only fitting on my pinky). When I called the customer service line, I waited for over 20 minutes, just to be told that the advertised free resizing did not apply to me as my ring was engraved. They told me to call my local store to see if they would be willing to resize. The store had no problem resizing it for almost $60.... I ultimately ended up paying double for my ring. Do not buy here, it is such a hassle and their online resources are not to scale!
I came into this establishment yesterday whilst shopping for a valentines gift and had the least personable sales woman attempt to assist me. I wasnt set on what I wanted to get but had gave a few ideas of either ear rings or a bracelet. The woman there attempted to only show me one particular product that I did not find appealing whatsoever but insisted that it was the best deal. I then asked for types of ear rings and she again was only intent on showing me one particular product she wanted to push. I then inquired if maybe they had any diamond stud nose rings or chokers then she told me in a rude tone that maybe one of the mall kiosks had those and that they didnt sell those kinds of things there in such a pretentious tone. I did not want to deal with her anymore so I told her I was just going to look around at a few of the cases by myself. She then decided to glare at me for the few minutes I was looking from across the store. As I walked towards the exit she snatches her keys as if I was wasting her time. I didnt get her name but she was a taller older woman. Salespeople should definitely be more positive and helpful especially dealing in high end jewelry where sales can be high in monetary value. Sorry for even walking in and ruining your day lady. Go to any other jeweler in AZ Mills.
Worst experience ever. I returned a 600$ ring and I was suppose to receive check between 15 to 21 days, the item was returned on October 24th 2020 and today is decemver 20 and I havnt got my $ back, everytime I called costumer care I was told that the issue has to address from the store, anytime I went to the store I was told that go ahead and call the costumer care, I belive someone stole my money from the store and they never returned the item in, costumer care cant find the returned receipt, I email it to them on November 14 and I was told they are going to cut me a check, never happened. Please stop spending at this store. 🤢🤢🤢🤢
Extremely difficult to work with.
The associates here are very nice and helpful. I came in a second time with a problem, and they took the time to assist me. They used their time well in between assisting me and other customers. I also think the store has a great selection of jewelry for just about any budget, and they try to help you find what you want within your budget, rather than trying to push you to get something more expensive.

If you like to feel welcomed and treated with great costumer service, this Zales location is NOT for you. I went in for something very simple, to make a payment. The first representative I saw was Jackie and she did not greet me. The other two ladies were busy attending other clients so I waited, which was not the problem. Jackie was available to attend me and as soon as a couple walked in, she helped them instead. I have had a bad experience at this location before and let it go but the way Jackie treated me today is not okay. ALWAYS acknowledge your costumers and make them feel welcomed.
Love this Zales Outlet store at Arizona Mills...ladies are great ! Love Ms. Jackie she is absolutely the best. Just ordered my 3 granddaughters gold bracelets for their birthdays, the bracelets are so nice could not pass them by. Got another granddaughters birthday coming in August, shopping for her now. The lady who helped us here made me REALLY uncomfortable: didnt listen and began talking about financing before I even found a ring. Go to Capri Jewelers that is across the way from this store. Capri offers so much more in terms of customizing and THEY WANT TO SHARE their art and expertise. Zales felt like more of a ring-shaming experience.
Been coming here for a couple years now and Ive always been treated fairly. I also enjoy their selection, my wife has never been disappointed.
I purchased an engagement ring for my now wife, which the exact same stone has now fallen out of four times. In addition to the atrocious craftsmanship, their customer service has been horrific as well. The manager told her maybe this ring just isnt meant to be. What a heartless thing to say to someone after you sell them a defective product, especially one as important as an engagement ring. Zales also refuses to offer any refund. We are horrified by this and advise everybody to go to any other jeweler but this one.
Jenn was extremely helpful. She took the time to fix a situation with my ring purchased 13 years ago. Was able to resolve the issue and I walked out feeling very happy.
What can I say Jen and Jackie that is what the definition of customer service should be welcoming attentive, helping thank you ladies
Their jewelry repair guy is incompetent, and their customer service, even their basic courtesy, is non-existent. After failing *four times* to fix her wedding ring, the manager told my daughter-in-law that maybe her ring just wasnt meant to be. The unprofessionalism of the comment is stunning, as well as the heartlessness. No specifics to suggest that there is actually anything wrong with the ring, and no admission that failing four times to properly set a stone is rank incompetence. They failed either to send her to a competent jeweler or to refund her money. And other employees have been rude as well. Support local artisans and, whatever you do, stay away from Zales.
Um, ring is beautiful. But whoever does the resizing is horrible. Ring came back with few scratches and ring oddly shaped. Was disappointed. Wont be going back.

My son had an engagement ring repaired by Zales Tempe. They claimed to guarantee their work. The stone has now fallen out 4 times. They wont honor their warranty. They did a lousy repair, and now wont talk to us. RUN AWAY from these people!

Terrible customer service. Consistently rude, uncomfortable atmosphere, and had a ring sent out TWICE and each time came back as the wrong size. Got so fed up I just decided it was better to return it. The return never showed up on my account which meant I still owed money on a ring I didnt have anymore. Associate was not willing to help. Never coming back to this location.

Went to go pick up a ring i resized and this young guy with a pony tail was such a douch bag!... completely ignored me to take care of someone else, when i was there first and on top of that was rude because i didnt have a receipt which i was never told to bring bk when i had to lick up my ring and was just rude the whole time.
When we purchased my ring, sales associate would not apply coupon or discounts that were sent to us with our card. She then stated it would be back from being sized in 2 weeks, our fault for failing to look at our receipt and taking her word for it. Smh🤨
Special ordered rings for Christmas gifts and called zales every week for a month to see if rings arrived.Now 6 days to Christmas and found out rings was discontinued.Zales outlet was ever noticed nor myself.Greatly disappointed and will ever shop there again and will ever forget this experience.
