Ive been wearing hearing aids for going on 5 years now and was fitted with them through another audiologist. I recently switched to Ben and after giving me a thorough hearing exam/test (which I hadnt had from the other provider since my initial fitting), Ben has fine-tuned my hearing aids so that Im hearing things Ive been missing. He gave me solid instruction on features of my hearing aids that I never realized I had. Not only does Ben know his stuff when it comes to fitting and maintaining the hearing aids, his passion for what hes doing and his care of his patients is much appreciated. Im glad I found him and highly recommend him and his office.

I appreciated this complimentary hearing screening and it was great to find out that I dont have any hearing loss yet...but now I have a baseline since Ive never had a hearing test before. I noticed that I was saying HUH a lot! But it turns out my loved ones must just be mumblers.This was a nice office, with friendly staff and a knowledgeable provider.PS It was incredible getting to see the inside of your ear on a big screen.I highly recommend taking the time to get a free screening.

Its very important to have good follow-up since getting my hearing aids because my hearing needs change frequently. Knowing that I can call at any time with concerns is of much comfort. Also, having a quarterly check-up for cleaning and adjusting is a wonderful benefit to the original purchase of the aids. Ben listens to what changes I might need and has a solution for everything! I highly recommend this business. My mom bought hearing aids in Florida. My mom had a difficult time with the hearing aids, both with the fit and the hearing correction. The office in Florida worked with her during numerous visits to make things right. However, my mom’s hearing was not corrected to her satisfaction when she moved to Arizona. She went to Sound Point in Tempe to get help. Ben was determined to help her and worked with her over the course of a dozen visits to make things right. Okay honestly these folk are incredible. Very responsive and extremely caring of your hearing situation. They take the time to listen and UNDERSTAND your frustration. I am SOOOOO HAPPY with my new Starkey Livio aids. I have worn hearing aids for about 15 years. My hearing continues to decline and I was struggling to hear. This led me to tuning out when in groups because I couldnt make out enough to participate. I know this is very unhealthy. With the help of Ben Vanderlip and my daughters encouragement I agreed to try the Livio aids with the Thrive app. My world has just opened up. I am hearing in places I used to avoid or leave because I couldnt understand. Even friends have noticed Im more tuned in. This is so important for a persons overall health. And, Ben, what can I say. He is THE BEST. He spent 2 hrs with me making sure I was comfortable with the aids and even sent me a text message checking up on me. He is always available and ever helpful. I trust his advice, totally.

I didnt purchase my original hearing aids from soundpoint. Ben always serviced them. My husband and I just purchased new ones. Ben was thorough in explaining every aspect of them. Ive been going to Ben for a couple years now. Being a young adult with a hearing loss is tough, however Ben does a great job for me. You can tell its not just a money grab to him, he truely wants to help. I will be a customer for life.BTW Google has their hours wrong, if it saids they are closed it might not be accurate, give them a call

Dr. Ben will always make sure that you are completely satisfied that the hearing aids are adjusted to you and that your hearing has improved through his tests in both ears.He studies your chart on the computer to see where and what level works for you. Thanks Dr, Ben for your help as always.
