Yeah ! For Trane they stink. Suppose to call when part comes to store. No call? Cant get a hold of anyone. Should of had blower motor in stock, very common part? Middle of summer and they have no blower motors. Did not want to give them 1 star. But had too.
I’ve been on the phone for over 30 mins waiting to speak to someone. Horrible wait time and still counting!
