I visited many websites to research under cabinet LED strip lighting. Most sites offered the same equipment, but no one came close to Inspired LED when it came to their tutorials and examples of different scenarios based on the layouts of various kitchens. My compliments to the person or persons that designed your website. I sent a diagram of my lighting plan to the design team to get their blessing before I placed my order. I just received all of the lights and accessories and I will post some pictures when my project is completed.

I had a custom-made LED pendant chandelier with low voltage lighting in it! One electrician had already screwed it up! One didnt want to touch it! But Jim and the crew at Inspired got it running great thank you very much theyre a wonderful place to do business very limited hours you should call first! Its like the best unlisted place in town!

We thought that I needed an AC transformer rather than the DC one I purchased. Inspired LED customer service offered me a full refund, regardless of whether the problem actually was the transformer.

We decided to use Inspired LED for the under and over cabinet lighting in our kitchen renovation project. First we were overwhelmed trying to figure out which lights, what connectors and how to make it all happen. We decided to use their online live chat feature and were able to have a back-and-forth discussion with one of their employees. Not only was that employee helpful, they told us about the free design service they offer. We simply emailed our kitchen design plans and cabinet layout to them told them what we were looking for as far as lighting and they did the rest. They emailed us back a complete set of plans that included every type of light fixture, wire connector, switch and component necessary to light our kitchen. The package arrived in one day and had another set of instructions just in case we lost the plans they had emailed us. Within 30 minutes I had installed every light, made every connection and had our kitchen cabinets lit up beautifully. The only criticism I have is that their website doesnt completely explain the components and connectors you need with every option or configuration. You really need to interface with a human being to understand all of that. Finally, while I really like the under-cabinet dimmer switch, it feels a little cheap and doesnt function the way typical dimmer switch functions. Its a tiny dot of a button you have to push 1-4 times to get the desired power. Its a weird switch and should be designed better.

I couldnt be happier with Inspired LEDs products and their customer service. I purchased under cabinet lighting from them 8 years ago when remodeling my kitchen. I went with the warmer glow lights and dimmable transformers and they looked awesome. I recently had my kitchen cabinets painted white and the painter damaged the light strips when removing them, so I had to replace all of them. Inspired LED was very helpful with identifying identical replacement lights to purchase and they shipped them out to me quickly. However, once connected the lights had a strobe like flickering effect if not turned on in the full brightness setting. I emailed their customer service and they mailed me two brand new dimmable transformers, all new light strips and a power supply with an open account balance to allow me to test the entire system. I ended up replacing the old transformers with the new ones and the flickering was completely gone! As long as I return the two old transformers, light strips and power supply in the postage paid box, they will zero out the open balance on my account. So they are covering the cost of the two new transformers at $75 each to ensure my lighting systems are working properly. That is awesome customer service! I would highly recommend Inspired LED for your next lighting project!!

So flash-back to 2013 and I bought a fixer-upper here in Austin. During the remodel I couldn’t find any company locally that could (or would) do under cabinets LED’s for my kitchen and toe-kick LED’s for my bathrooms. Google helped me find Inspired LED in Tempe AZ of all places. They didn’t just sell me led light strips, they really got into the detail of designing exactly what I wanted and also helped me avoid making a rookie dimmer mistake. Plus, they were almost too cheap price-wise. I was apprehensive, but lo and behold the lights arrived and my electrician installed them easily and they have worked great every day since. Fast forward to 2019 and one of the under cabinet strips stopped working. It could have been that one of us hit it with something, maybe the housekeeper cleaned it too aggressively, maybe it just failed. Who knows? But I contact Inspired LED and tell them I need to buy a new strip, but want to make sure it matches the other lights. They have me return the defective strip (which is now in two pieces due to my clumsy removal technique) and they will match it. A week later my old strip arrives fully repaired and with new stick’em tape applied and ready to install. Two minutes later it is working great and so then I look at the invoice...NO CHARGE! And after 6 years! That’s good service for ya! Anyway, I doubt I’ll ever be in Tempe, but locally or on the web, I’d recommend Inspired LED without hesitation. These guys rock!

I have the inpsired LED light tape under my cabinets, and a dimmer switch. The switch went bad a year ago and I off and on tried to fix it but and finally after a year emailed inspired LED about the failure. I fully expected to buy a new one, but they sent me a replacement. Not only are the lights amazing and hidden, the customer service is top notch!!! I would without a doube recommend and have to multiple friends using their products!!!

When my local kitchen remodel center quoted me $1500 for under cabinet and toe kick lighting I knew there had to be a better option. Luckily I found Inspired LED on Ebay and dealt directly with Grant the via email. I forwarded him my kitchen cabinet plans which he used to design my LED layout. The LEDs arrived all pre-cut wired and ready for install with transformers and dimmer switches. Complete turn key package for less than a third of the original quote from my local supplier. I have since returned to purchase lighting for my master closet toe kick and crown molding as well as for my entry wrought iron staircase casing. What a difference inexpensive LED accent lighting makes to a home. I will be adding LEDs to my garage storage cabinets next.
