VERY BAD customer service. The employees were very impolite and not willing to help. They have no regard for the costumers waiting in line to pay for 15 plus minutes. The costumers should be their first priority, but definitely are not. I work in retail and I would never treat costumers they way they do, especially if I’m trying to make a sale. Don’t expect good costumer service or nice employees.

I went in, bought a dress, decided I needed to look at other stores for a quality dress for my middle daughters 8th grade graduation and my oldest daughters high school graduation, but leaving Windsor was a MISTAKE. I went around that giant mall 3 times and on round 4 I went back... and found the 2nd dress. I am very pleased. Thank you for having nice stuff for moms too.

They have a really great variety of clothing to choose from. You will be trying on several and its still hard to make up your mind. The service is also phenomenal. I keep going back.

Worst experience I have ever encountered at any retail store. Went into this store to look for some Jewelry for my wedding. As I approached the front counter two employees were standing there just looking at me. I saw a bracelet I liked and I tried it on as I tried it on they would not get theyre eyes off me. I started feeling really uncomfortable. I walked over to the heels section of the store and one of the employees walked up to me and told me she had to take the bracelet that I picked up from the Jewelry section because they had a store policy that jewelry wasn’t allowed past the counter. But they couldn’t tell me that when I was looking at the jewelry the employee had to chase me around the store as if I were a robber and she was a security. I gave her the bracelet and told her I didnt want it. I walked out the store furious because the minute I walked in here I was starred down as if I was going to steal something. I went back to the store to ask the employee for her name. I walked up to her and I asked her for her name (Monica) I said thank you as I turned around and walked away both of the employees laugh and they mumble something. I turn around and ask the other employee for her name for laughing and she said her name was (Amber) apparently the store manager. I have never seen a more disrespectful person in my life. She lacks professionalism. You dont laugh at customers no matter what. We had a slight argument about her laughing at me and she kept going back and fourth. I will not be back to this store ever again and I would like to be contacted to further talk about the issue I experienced here. Highly disappointed and I dont know how someone with no respect could be titled a manager. I will also let all my friends and family who shop here occasionally so they dont go back to this store either. Fix the problem or lose your customers.

This is a quick shop mall. Youll find everything you need here at good prices.

I normally shop here because the sales are wonderful. But today I had an experience that made my liking for this store rather bitter. I purchased a beautiful dress that was not my size, it was a gift for a girl I know. I got to the cash wrap, expecting to come in and come out, but the associate doubted my choice. She looked at my body size and then looked at the dress, which was a size 1. Im clearly not a size 1, she scoffed at me and asked me if I needed a different size and she also asked if I tried it on. So rude for assuming and I am not happy because I feel guilty for the way I am sized. Photo is the dress I purchased.

This store is not just for young women. I see women of all ages, shapes, size, and color shopping here for themselves. Misleading in the description of this establishment.

Good variety of styles and colors of both dresses and clothing. Prices were very fair and Im very satisfied with my outfit. The service was welcoming and kind.

Never again, the girls stare you down so freaking much. Ive never felt more uncomfortable, nobody helped me either. They seriously need to work on their customer service. I also think their 14 day policy is full of it. Never coming back.

Employees were very unfriendly and acted like they’d rather be ANYWHERE else. Not very many new stylish clothes, lots are old and out of season. Fashion square in Scottsdale is way better, I went there right after I went here and had much better service and selection.

Just be careful... they are not nice about returns.
