Good machines

Really enjoyed the scenery and had a great time exploring the machines that they have in stock. There always seems to be new items coming in so I am excited to learn about it. Jason in sales was specifically an adept machine expert, great time!

The technicians never show up for scheduled service on the day they say they will. They do not send updates when appointments are missed. When the technician does randomly show up he spends most of his time in his van talking on his cell phone (personal calls). If I could give them a zero I would.

Took a visit as an ASU student and was glad to see the kindness in the staff there. I am fascinated with the machines that they have on display.

I am new to cnc programming and machining but an opportunity openened up at work and eve though Im 52, im interested and accepted the chllenge. So I signed up for the free training and was impressed by both the facilities and the instructor. It was an excellent but overwhelming for someone who was unfamiliar with g-code.Now that im further along, I can call a technician who is more than willing to help solve any problems I may run into. They have even offered to send a technician to spend part of the day with me.5 stars isnt enough
