I was referred to D&D from a buddy of mine who had his Goldwing serviced there many times. From the 1st time I spoke on the telephone to Eric, I found him to be very courteous and professional. Their pricing is reasonable and they are extremely service oriented. Sean (pictured) worked on my bike. He was also very professional and extremely courteous. Sometimes you might encounter attitude when you go some places like this, but not here. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend D&D! 👍👍

I feel taken advantage of. They charged me full price for work they couldn’t perform. I’m a first time bike owner and I wanted to get some things installed on my bike. They gave me a quote and said they could install my out of market parts for me. 3 days later they said they could only do part of the installation because the blinkers were incompatible with the bike. They charged me full price for the work even though they installed non working blinkers on my bike and claimed it took them several hours more than they expected. I get that, but if that’s the case don’t give me a quote for time and labor in the first place. They said they “worked” all day on it, but that’s still not an excuse. I asked them if they were willing to meet me halfway or give me a discount. Charges were over $500 for a tire install, pegs, and broken blinkers and two other things that didn’t even get installed. They were unwilling to make a comprise with a new customer and did not communicate the issues ahead of time and took a risk that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I do not recommend.

Excellent service, both customer and bike. My bike had been sitting nearly 5 years, and they brought it back to life and it runs amazing!

My 2003 Honda Goldwing was in need of a new clutch and I didnt feel like doing it myself again this time. D&D replaced the clutch and all the necessary parts, including one that dealers often dont check! I even added checking the valves and replacing the tires to the list after I got to their shop! Mark and the D&D crew are awesome! Their customer service is second to none! They get the job done quickly, correctly, and for less than I had expected! Now my bike runs smooth as glass! Brought my 09 Harley Fat Bob in to put bags on and mount tires. Scheduling appointment was easy and service was prompt. I was happy enough to bring in my bike to mount new pipes and other gear.This place is more than a repair shop. Mark (the owner) has a nice showroom with riding gear, helmets, lubricants/cleaners, and other accessories well laid out in a nice clean environment. Hes happy to discuss the pros and cons of motorcycles and the gear. His shop rate is less than others and has many years of experience at the same location. That says a lot! Hell even make some fresh coffee while you wait on your bike.I feel I found a place I can trust to service my ride. Thanks Mark!

First visit to D&D was yesterday and that was to change out my rear tire due to a screw getting lodged inside. I mainly came here because HeadKace had went under and needed to get somewhere nearby and QUICK. Sure enough D&D was literally a couple buildings down and Im glad I came because the customer service was outstanding by both the owner and the younger man at the front counter. I was expecting my bike later on the following day, but then i got a call as soon as they opened and my bike was already done. Thanks a lot D&D for getting me back on the road!!

Best bike shop in town!

Went to dandds to look for a backrest for my01 wing,,Mark had one in stock but it was on a 06wing loaded with chrome, he wouldnt sell the backrest without buying the bike.. No problem, just make me a deal on the whole bike then, very fair price, Merry Christmas to Richard from Richard. 06 had some minor issues with sticky buttons and accessory plug for iPhone, all addressed post haste, Eric handles phone and appointments and makes sure work gets funneled correctly. After this last wknd a screw in the rear tire was taken care of very fast . They never give the impression theyre doing you a favor by being there,, Thanks again

This company is amazing! We decided to purchase a trike and was referred to D&D Discount Motorcycles. Contacted Jim, who is a very knowledgeable resource and who spent a couple hours with us answering our questions about the Honda Goldwings. We purchased a trike and was loving it when we received a call from Mark, the owner, telling us of a problem with the title, with no fault of D&D. Long story short, Mark strives on keeping his customer happy, ended up refunding our money for the trike we had purchased. We will get a new trike and will always use D&D for any service because Mark is a man of his word. Our community is lucky to have such an honest run business!

Mark and the mechanics at D&D are awesome.. Bought a Kawasaki Concours 1400 and had it for about 2 weeks. it was handling weird and i needed an oil change. Mark was gone and one of the mechanics came out to talk to me ( forgot his name) asked a bunch of questions and he answered them.. mind you people were coming in and the phone was going off the hook. i got the bike there and Mark came out to look at it.. First thing mark says is you got the wrong tires on there lol. Mark had great prices on tires. Got the tires and oil change. These guys are so good i remembered them from another bike i took to them years ago. Cant beat the service, these guys are top shelf for ANY motorcycle. See ya soon!!

I have been in Arizona since Feb 2009 and have experienced horrible service from the large dealer/service center located here. I was very pleased this morning when I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and was actually taken in immediately instead of having to wait an hour. I was even more surprised when within 15 minutes my bike was sitting back out front ready to go instead of the 2 hour wait I have become accustomed to since moving here. Based on my visit today I would recommend D&D and I definitely will be returning for my maintenance and new purchase needs. Thanks Mel and team.

Just picked up 2003 Valkyrie from D&D. WOW! Great communication, insights into options right off the bat, they make sure something is really needed before tagging it on top of other items. Smoothed out my carbs, new breaks, running smooth like shaft does. Great work D&D team.

Fantastic service and great prices. Called to get tires on my Goldwing. Got in the next day at 11:00 and was riding out of the lot 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Price for tires was within $3.00 of best online prices I could find. Well worth the ride.

I wish there were 10 stars to give. i moved here 10 years ago from Ohio and being new to the area I went to the closest place to 7th street and Bell for an oil change for my 95 Goldwing which was North Valley Honda shop on Cave Creek road. I had instructed them to put synthetic oil in because that is what I used. For those that dont know, if you are using synthetic and return to conventional there is a high probability that you can damage the wet clutch. When I went to pick up the bike I noticed on the receipt that they had put conventional oil in my bike. I ask them about it and they said it wouldnt hurt. I ask them to sign a paper that stated if the clutch became damaged between now and the next oil change that they would complete the repair on their dime. They refused. Instead they pulled the bike back in and drained the oil and put synthetic in that I had ask for. Kudos for that however they had taken it for a test ride after the first oil change. They refused to take responsibility if I had any future problems. Needless to say I started searching for a new shop. A friend highly recommended D & D Discount motorcycles in Tempe. Reluctantly, because of the distance, I went to them for some repairs to included fork seals and a few other things. Lesson learned: you cannot put a price on good, honest and reliable service.That includes how far you go to get the service, (to a point) and the price, (to a point) you pay for the service. Their prices are more than reasonable. I am back to riding again after a few years off for medical reasons and will not take my bike anywhere else. As for the few low ratings I would take them with a grain of salt. Some of them gave no reason and others were answered and reconciliation offered. Please remember that none of us have nail prints in our wrists. Mistakes get made but its what happens afterward that matters. D & D has always serviced me well and have earned my business.

Bought a used bike here and was told everything had been checked and it was ready to ride. within three days of riding, the engine blew and I was stranded on the side of a busy road late at night.luckily, a police officer helped me lift my bike to the sidewalk. when i brought the bike in, D&D was everything but helpful to me. They refused to fully cover repair costs, refused to fully refund me, had me waiting for weeks for answers to simple questions. They actually sent the bike to a different shop to get repaired since they werent sure how to work on it.Turns out what they did was against the law, and since i didnt have the time to take this to court over 800$, i took a partial refund.I would not recommend buying a motorcycle here. These guys dont seem very educated on motorcycles and made no effort to make things right when they sold a faulty product to a customer. If I could give zero stars I would

A broken mirror and totally scratched saddlebag cover completely changed the look of my beautiful black Goldwing - as well as my sunny disposition. Because it was my own fault, I was all the more furious.Mark took my damaged bike in as soon as I could get it down there, and immediately began to treat it as if it were his own. Just like that, new parts ordered and the saddle bag was on its way for repair. I had options, new or used parts. I had checked prices on the internet, and D and D was comparable or cheaper.But perhaps perspective is what I really needed, and Mark surely obliged. While I was moaning about the mirror and dropping the bike in front of wife and granddaughter, Mark asked if anyone was hurt. When I responded no, he said well thats what really matters, bikes can be fixed.Amen.
