I came to Arizona visiting family, had a turbo failure, thought I was just going to need a cover to help the original builder make warranty. Unfortunately I was not able to utilize the awesome service I was offered, by let down of the original guy. I had to purchase another turbo last minute. The service and help I was offered was amazing.

When you call you get someone on the phone that is willing to help vs. the usual Please send us an email response that never gets answered. Knowledgeable in all things turbo but also quick to say i dont know but i will find out.

I ordered a new turbine housing.which turns out I ordered it wrong.and it costed duty to cross the border into canada.I recommend selecting usps mail to avoid this.when I contacted agp they showed me which one I should of ordered.and sent it straight away.I only had to pay for shipping!I was astounded.the customer service is amazing.and there wasnt duty on the next housing.definitely going to be ordering from them anytime I need a turbo part.thanks again!cant wait to get this car ripping.

To Whom It May Concern,I noticed that you guys received the flange that was ordered and a refund was issued that as much less than I originally paid. Im glad you were able to make the much sought after profit while penalizing the consumer with your restocking fee. We understand this is your legal right so we have no choice but to accept it.However, we also have the legal right to disagree with your practice and express our dissatisfaction publicly.This is a pretty bold thing to do in this day and age of Social Media...especially for businesses like ours who have direct access to literally 1000’s of sets of eyeballs. Now compound that by simply asking to have our full written out experience shared by all in the hopes of sparing somebody else the horrible experience of dealing with your company and its practices.We hope the $12.96 you basically stole from us is worth the bad publicity and loss of sales you no doubt will receive after posting to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, and all the forums, with a review of how I was treated as a paying customer. The condescending manner I was talked to by Ben when I contacted you guys to get the proper flange shipped out and the return resolved is by far the most unprofessional to date. Ill be sure to provide all the details of the entire unpleasant experience.Frankly, I was willing to just let it all go and chalk it off as a guy having a bad day…I mean I get it, we all have them, right? But to give me this 2nd little ‘slap in the face’ by refunding me less than I paid is just something I’m not willing to overlook. Instead of working with me to find a resolution, I was met by being talked down to, told to just go to the website instead of sending me a picture of what I was buying, then trying to charge me twice to get the proper flange sent out because according to Ben, “ I just can’t have 2 of these flanges out in the mail at the same time”. That’s just not putting the customer first. Then on top of it all, Ben decided to inform me that he only makes $3 off each flange…like how much the company makes determines what kind of service is given to somebody! I made the mistake of thinking your company could help provide a solution. This proves to me that all Ben cares about is what he can get from the customer and his interests are first…it doesn’t really matter to him that we have a client build and a schedule to keep. Good looking out! It’s obvious that Ben is just a straight deuce bag and I’ll be sure to spread the word among our car circles.
