It wasnt bad but I didnt see anything I liked in sneakers and didnt have what I wanted in sandals. Some shoes were over priced and too ugly . And I do have good taste in sneakers, shoes, heels and also in clothes . What happened to sneakers that were made good not the nylon type of material . Leather . Ill look online to see if they have anything better than what was in the store .

Its sad that the person helping us at Arizona Mills could not give us a small amount of discount, we bought 4 pairs of shoes the 4th we got was placed on different shelf & it didnt qualify for the bogo, he could have given us a small discont, I work also in a retail & we are empowered to give a certain amount off & Im just a sales no title at all, so disappointed

What a fantastic crew tonight. These dudes were on point. I have caveman feet from my recent new hobby of cycling and both Carlos and Trey took guest services to the next level. I walked out wearing my newly acquired shoes like a king. They now have a loyal customer and my respect for doing what they did, a fantastic job, like really solid. Thanks dudes.

The 2 women working literally followed me even though there were other people in the store. I tried on a pair of shoes and 1 clerk stood No Joke 3 feet in front of me just staring at me. Neither ever spoke 1 word to me. I handed the shoes to the clerk 3 feet in front of me, left the store, and purchased the exact shoes online.

Pretty typical famous footwear. We came in to check out a couple of pairs of sandals. No one asked us if we needed help. We got in and out without being hassled.

Wouldnt accept a shoe return for a pair Id owned for less than 24 hours. Claimed they were worn because of slight scuff marks on the sole of the shoe (shoe had white soles) that was accumulated while walking around in the store. All tags in place...everything was in new condition.Essentially was denied a return because theyre very anal and they need to mop their floors.Will stick with Zappos from now on for my shoe needs as they provide returns for 365 days after purchase and arent so stupidly strict.

Not much of a variety of sandals at all at the store in Arizona Mills. The store at Thomas and 44th has more variety.

This place is okay, they dont carry many nike or vans options but if you are in a tight budget this is the place.

I would like to express my frustration with one particular employee at this Famous Footwear Outlet. My father has never been treated so poorly by a salesperson in his entire life. Assistant manager or manager, Ashley (Associate #: 270428) demanded that he leave the store when he tried to return shoes that he had never worn (with tags and everything). She proceeded not to believe him when he said he truly had never worn these shoes before. She rudely stated that she would only let him return it this ONE time, treating him in a condescending and disrespectful manner. In response, when my father told her calmly that he would not be returning to purchase shoes at this location due to her incredibly rude service. She immediately said that she changed her mind and would not let him return the shoes. She threw the shoes and receipts at him and demanded that he leave the store. My dad did not raise his voice or do anything wrong to deserve such terrible treatment. I will be telling my friends and family never to return to this location. What terrible service. The shoe selection and prices are not so bad but please make adjustments to the way you treat your customers.

Customer service was good. They didnt have what I was looking for in the store, so they ordered me a pair and had it shipped to my house for free.

Pre paid for shoes online and have never had to wait in line before....the staff member told me I had to wait in a long line to pick up shoes I already paid for. Tempe Marketplace never makes me do that so I will not be returning to this location.
