My grandpa was recently in the hospital. Paige was beyond accommodating for us when she arrived with oxygen upon us leaving the hospital. She was very informative on how to use the equipment and was more than helpful making sure we were taken care of. This was a very new situation for my family and I’m grateful to have found such a caring company.
This location is awful! I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now, my oxygen concentrator is broken and I need it fixed! They do not answer their phones, I have sat waiting for my call to be answered for over an hour on multiple occasions. I have called many times and sat on hold for 30+ mins and can not get through. I have called other branches and have gotten through with no problems, unfortunately other branches can not assist me with my problems, they have sent a few emails on my behalf asking them to contact me, and still nothing.I needed new tubing about a month ago, took 3 days for someone to answer the phone, then she said shell get it over nighted to me. 3 days come and gone, I call to follow up and they said there was never an order placed, I gave the woman I was speaking to the womans name who placed my order, the exact time and date I called. She apologized and said that she would personally bring the package to UPS to ensure it went out for over night delivery, I did not get my package for an additional 4 days after.This location does not care that your life depending machinery is functioning properly or not, and couldnt care less if you have your supplies.
My discovery of the Lincare Tempe office was a direct result of the “not so public Philips Manufacturing announcement” concerning an equipment potential client usage hazard for my particular Systems One Respironics Bi-Pap machine. I moved from Iowa to Arizona, and was receiving all bi-pap supplies mailed from Lincare’s Florida distribution. My calls to the mail order office left me with no solutions, because as of yet Philips Respironics has no solution. I checked with other Phoenix area c-pap/bi-pap medical device distributors, and was given the advice “to see my doctor for making a decision to use or not to use my bi-pap machine as is”. Wow, a totally non-realistic situation to ask my doctor. None of the medical device distributors were able to tell me what to look for in order to determine if my bi-pap was emitting harmful particles or fumes into my lungs. The scale of this problem for Philips is so dire, that replacement Respironics machines are not available. Pretty serious stuff, I have moderate AHI, with only a tolerance for bi-pap pressures.I didn’t give up, and decided to check the Lincare location in Tempe. Office staff, Liz & Karen, are potential life savers. They too had no updated detail information from Philips. However, since I’m a Medicare client and my Respironics bi-pap machine is over 6 years old, they advised that Medicare would allow a purchase replacement. 2 years ago I had a sleep study, so Lincare Tempe requested that my Family Doctor place a physicians order for a bi-pap machine which included the pressures to reduce my sleep apnea. This process because of a week-end took 6 days. Then Lincare Tempe’s CRT, Su Barry, set up my user’s appointment for a new ResMed AirCurve 10 bi-pap appointment. Exactly 7 days after walking into the Lincare Tempe office, I walked out with a life sustaining machine. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ is an understatement for what Lincare Tempe accomplished.This is a somewhat detailed and long review, however hopefully it might be of some use to other Philips C-Pap & Bi-Pap patients. I was lucky, I fell into the accepted Medicare time frame for replacement. Am guessing that distributors may be experiencing shortages of ResMed and other non-Respironics devices. Note, I was already a Lincare mail order customer, because my medical distributor in Iowa was American Home Patient, which had been bought out by Lincare. Nevertheless, these folks were very helpful and displayed a “sense of urgency” to help me. Thank you, thank you, Lincare Tempe.
If it were possible, I would post a negative star. I do not have the time or energy to list all of the issues that I have had and am still having with Lincare. Insurance fraud. No customer service. Tried to contact a manager in Tempe, no return call. Called the corporate office 4x no return call. The only call I receive is from the supply unit wanting to send more supplies that I do not need. The BBB will be contacted.
Lincare is horrible. I did not so much care when I was there, but now they owe me for a few days pay. No one cares. so much for caring.
Everyone was top notch. Catherine greeted me immediately when I came into their office. She is very upbeat, knowledgeable and sweet. She saw to it that I was taken care of promptly by introducing me to the branch mgr Karen who, along with Katherine, walked me through how I could get set up to get a new cpap and the necessary supplies. I then went through a very informative class with Brook and Darrell. Both were extremely patient and went over everything so I could understand. Great experience. Lincare knows customer service.
8:26 am and the phones are still off. Open at 8. Need to verify my appointment time today cant get anybody since it says they are closed. Turn the phones on.
My mother needed help getting her oxygen. I called Lincare and Dianne was so kind and helpful. Thank you Dianne for getting my mother her much needed oxygen. I would definitely recommend Lincare.

My husband was recently prescribed a CPAP machine and told by the doctor that it would take a couple months to get it. Diane from Lincare called us within a week to get him on the scheduled for setup. She was so nice and made the whole process seem easy as could be...if only ALL medical professionals could be like this!!
Been with Lincare, Tempe and obviously its predecessor (same locale) going on four years; its been excellent health experience for me from day one. And Amanda, has always been responsive and most helpful tome. Shes awesome..
Janie Burnett is such a professional! Delivered my nebulizer and gave me a thorough tutorial of its usage, was never rushed and told me of many more options that are available to me and even gave me her card to contact her if I needed more instruction or advice. Thanks Janie for a thorough job!
My husband Frank Love has been a patient of Lincare in Tempe, AZ for about 7 years. Amanda Hooper has been a God Send! She has taken care of Franks supplies and scheduled CPAP fitting and adjustments and has made arrangements for oxygen and concentrator deliveries for him all over the country. This has given him the opportunity to celebrate his mothers 90th birthday in South Carolina, to help his daughter buy her first house in Norfolk, VA and to enjoy fishing at the family home in Colorado.All of this has made a big difference in Franks outlook on life. It has allowed him to stay mobile and involved in life and the things he loves most.Amanda is professional and gives attention to detail. She is thorough and willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Amanda is an excellent representative for Lincare.

Not sure who the other reviewers worked with but I have seen the absolute opposite! About a month and a half ago I worked with Lydia who provided outstanding customer care and really dedicated herself to remedy the problems I was having. She ensured that I received everything that I needed and was so very pleasant. Today, I called two ask for help with additional CPAP products and I spoke to Amanda and she was very delightful helpful and provided excellent customer care as well. I highly recommend that you contact the Lincare office in Tempe or Phoenix Area!!!

Arrived at appt. time to find tech who was to look at my leaking ResMed was not available. Amanda cheerfully stepped in, provided a replacement, made the required settings, even showed us a quicker way to return home., all with a cheerful smile. Worse service EVER! I have been trying to get CPAP supplies for over a month. 2 weeks ago one of their employees (Jesus) told me he had everything he needed from my doctor and he would send my order out in a week because he had to order my mask. 2 weeks later I called to check on it and was told by another employee that they were waiting on my sleep study. After trying to get Jesus or the office manager to call me without no successes I called the corporate office. They told me Jesus would call me shortly which he didnt. I called for the 5th time and finally got Jesus on the line. He hadnt even looked at my account. I told him he said he would mail my supplies last week and he said hold on while he looked it up. He then stated he didnt have all the info from the doctor. When I informed him he told me he had all the info 2 weeks ago he stated that he didnt really look at it then, he just assumed they got it. Cannot get the office manager to call me although I have asked 5 times. Guess customers are not important enough for her time! Still dont have my supplies after 5 weeks!!!UPDATE: Now they say I have to have a written note from a doctor I have seen in the last 6 months. What garbage! After another week of run around from Lincare I called Apria and had my supplies at my front door within 5 days. Stay away from this place!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY WORKED WITH!!! I had received new insurance in June. I have given them my new info every time I call. Different excuses everytime and everytime they say it will be changed. I call once or twice a week just to try to get my supplies. Endless excuses. Each person I talk with promises they will fix it or they promise they will check into it and call me back. Never have done either one. Other issues too but wont go into. THE STRESS AND FRUSTRATION FROM WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY IS REDICULOUS!!! I will be switching companies ASAP!

My doctor sent Lincare an order for a CPAP machine in November, I been trying for weeks to get in contact with the technician in charge of the CPAP department and every time I call I get told she is not available, or not in the office or with a patient, each time they took my name and phone number but never got a call back. This is a terrible customer service since you are not ordering a pizza, these are essential medical devises and supplies ordered by a physician because the patients need them! There is no consideration by anybody in this medical supply company
The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Constant run-around….and really bad, even at that.
Switched to LINCARE only for POU. And it was NEVER delivered.

They are not into customer service. They dont have enough people doing deliveries. They want you to drive to them to get your oxygen tanks. They deliver approximately every other delivery
