Corporate customer service is trash. Insurance is a joke.

Totally incompetent for shipping to Asia.I have tried twice in the last year to send items to Asia and both times agents could not get their computer to find the address. Latest visit was particularly appalling...sending to Hong Kong...what country is it in....Im glad to answer, but thats basic geography. Cant find it under Communist China (Peoples Republic)...So then Im asked what city is it in...it is a city...so how are you to answer that? Not sure if its the computer thats impossibly programmed or the staff is incompetent or both...but in either case if youre shipping to Asia go somewhere else like USPS where they have competent professionals.

Preferred it when it was just Kinkos with all good locations.

Adam at this location is awesome . I had some craziness happen with usps and Adam was glad to help me print a label( that was a USPS label btw) and then he also packed a box for me and handed it to me all ready to go. I felt so relieved by his service and his going above and beyond to be helpful and see to it that I had a good experience . WAY TO GO ADAM! You are part of the good name at FEDEX !!!!!

One employee working the whole store. He could care less. Erik hung up the phone on me (issues with phone according to him when I arrived to store) and when I walked in store did not even acknowledge me. Phone was ringing he could care less. Could not hear it and would not pick up. Email was down. Might as well close up shop.Finally got my documents printed by completely disregarded instructions to print legal sized documents on legal paper.

Stopped in 4 a simple print job & couldnt get the print job 2 email due 2 a technical problem on my phone. I tried many times 2 fix the problem & I couldnt, frustrated I explained my problem 2 Adam the rep assisting me & he offered 2 take a look at my phone n effort 2 fix & BAM he fixed it & got the print job done. Excellent customer service here

This was a fantastic experience, I sent them my resume via email, and it was printed out nicely for a good price very quickly. On my way out, they stopped me to say they wanted to do a better job and printed me another set. I recommend this location!

Both counter agents were rude. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other locations.

Manager of a nearby business and use this fedex to ship. Never had an issue with the employees being anything other than friendly and helpful. Not open on the weekends, which isn’t super convenient, but during the week they are my go to spot!

I really wouldnt bother with this business unless I had no other alternatives/options. The requirements for shipping returns back to the manufacturer (for some car parts I ordered by mistake) stipulate that it has to be FedEx. This office is closed all weekend long--no hours on Saturday or Sunday. Even the Post Office is open on Saturdays. The Kings of the shipping business, eh? I wont be returning to this place anytime soon.

I love this Fedx store. Ive been going there for 10yrs, they are always friendly and Helpfu. I ship to Alaska all the time and they always arrive on time

This store has absolutely no compassion or customer service. I arrived after 40 minutes of traffic at exactly 4:44pm and was told to come back tomorrow. For ONE page letter I needed overnight due to a personal family emergency. I can understand that they were closing in one minute but its just unfortunate they wouldnt at least accept a customer who arrived DURING their business hours.

Love this place 530 pickup for Express packages on weekdays. Usually busy but the people staffing the store know what to do when dropping a package with a label off.

The employees went above and beyond to meet the needs for my business. When I went to ship my package, they answered all my questions and helped me package my electronics securely.The next day, I realized I had made a mistake. I called in, and they politely worked on a my problem until it was solved. Top notch. 10/10

They cant even print documents for you if you bring in a thumb drive. By comparison, the UPS Store on Elliot and Kyrene just took it, went in the back and plugged it into their own computer and printed them. It doesnt exactly take a lot of effort or expense to set up the ability to print stuff.

Paid $85 for small overnight package, paid extra 20 for morning delivery and this idiot didnt tell me that because it was Friday, I needed to pay $16 more for Saturday delivery. I clearly told him the package needed to get there the next morning. OH and yes, he made me put it in one of their boxes.

Lady works there is rude.. like she hates her job or something. I dont feel comfortable there when dropping off packages

What retail location closes on the quarter hour? Most will be on the hour or half hour. I had redirect a delivery to the Hardy location yet Fedex in its infinite wisdon redirected it here, 6 miles out of my way. By the time I go there it was 5:46PM and they were closed. And there were another guy there that the same thing happened too yet all the people inside did was laugh at us and went into the backroom. Now if they had stayed out front they would have seen the other 3 people who also expected them to be open until 6pm. Now have to take time off work to go and pick up a package, 6 miles out of my way, I should have been able to do with a simple stop on the way home.

Horrible experience here. Took in a return package from an online order and was instructed by the online shop to use the same box for returning. This fedex location would not ship my package unless I bought a $10 box from them. Whats more is that the employee would not budge at all, even after I explained the situation and that the original order shipped in the same box. Took my package to the fedex location about 5 miles away and it was accepted without question...

Location closes earlier than posted hours. Fought my way through traffic to try and pick up my package, only to find the door locked and no one in sight at 5:40 (sign and text message claimed they were open until 5:45).

This place is a joke! They do everything they can to reject your packages so that they can get you to use their outrageous packing services.

Went in to use the fax machine, the girl that was there was only helping if I had questions and it felt like I was a bother, the machine wasnt working so I would have to wait in between her helping other people, it wasnt busy in there at all, even when there was nobody in there I was asking her whats going on with the machine, after 10 min eventually she came over to help me and said the machine was broken

Needed to print something off a USB and they did it, no questions asked.

They should call this a do it yourself center.
