The delivery was fast and the prices are good. However.. I ordered three fans with black/gold floral detailing. I received two that looked exactly like the picture and a third with a totally different pattern. It does say that the design may differ but I didnt expect it to be this different. Its like a whole different fan. Its VERY annoying since I need replacements since these are not made very well. The fans also are covered in glitter, which it doesnt say it has on the website. The glitter falls everywhere, which is just a mess. I wouldnt repurchase.

Customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund after paying for next day delivery and not receiving them. I offered to return the items. No other solution / alternate option was given other than your standard circumstances beyond our control so you as the consumer gets screwed line was given. Thanks. For nothing. Would not recommend.

100% customer satisfaction guarantee means nothing. Be very careful when ordering as the shipping through amazon defaults to the 2 day, expensive shipping, not the free standard shipping offered by Just Artifacts as anyone would reasonably expect. So the free shipping I was expecting ended up costing over $100. Just Artifacts were unwilling to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee even though this issue was caused by their vendor. Poor customer service response to a deceptive vendors practice.
