They have very nice staff!Its my study spot!Though I dont whats going on with them closing early now a days around 4pm or 5pm. What Ive heard theyre short staff... seems like that everywhere.Cmon management! Treat your staff with love, support and kindness please!

I bought a cup of peach tea lemonade there and it tasted great and refreshing, especially in the heat of the summer afternoon. The workers there were really nice to me and they all had a welcoming smile on their faces! It made me felt happy to buy drinks from them!

Drinks were very delicious

If I can just give negative. I keep coming back to the same one because it’s on my way to work. But everytime I order for mobile pick up, sometimes it would take 10-15 mins still to wait at the store for my drink. When i ordered ahead of time 20min ahead. I always put LIGHT sweet cream on my cold brew. It looks like I ordered Milk, instead of coffee. I would ‘t complain because i’ve worked in retail Ans I hated people complaining But it keeps happening at least 4-5 times already. It’s really frustrating 😫

They run out of items fast and stocks up quite longer than others.

Im happy with the neighborhood Starbucks. The set hours of operation closes at 10:00pm on a Monday. I was fortunate enough to stop by at 9:45pm and able to order my drinks. This came in clutch. Thank You!

Standard Starbucks here. This has been here for a few years on the corner of Rosemead and Las Tunas. The store itself is kind of small, there is about a mix of 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor seating but there isnt much seating in general compared to some of the other locations in the area. The taste of the drinks are pretty consistent, no complaints there. Parking may get kind of dicey here with the lot being busy at times.

Very busy Starbucks, smaller than most. It had access to two poke stops and a poke gym. However, if you walk like 50 ft, there are 2 other stops and a gym accessable just on the other side of the same corner. Highly rated location for anyone playing PoGo!

I’m very disappointed into this starbucks at the moment. I ordered on mobile app on 10/05/19 for 2 trenta black tea lemonade with total of 12 pumps of sweetener. When i picked it up and got back to my work and trying to enjoy it it was very sour with absolutely no sweetener at all. I’m the type of person who hardly complains because i work at the phone industry and I understand sometimes we have those kind of mistakes so I called back and spoke to a women in charge and she said she’ll put my name down for a replacement and any time i come back she can replace any drinks of my choice, so i have her my name. Today 10/12/19 I called back asking for my replacement and she said that they was nothing in the file for that? Is that my fault or that’s your communication fault? I’ve been a loyal customer with that location for the longest time and I ordered 5x a week from there because with them making me angry like that I’m no longer going back because I don’t feel like i’m treated as a value customer.

MMMHad such things as tomatoes, broccoli, squash, Red cabbage, soft dried tomatoes, Brown rice baby peas and yummy tahini dressing. Oh did I forget the beets, AND ETC.… And coffee the way I like it!

Mobile order ready in less than 5 min. Much better than going in store to wait for drinks.

Good and pleasant service. A little annoying right outside with the waterfall from the A/C on the roof. Like that since Ive been coming here. You want bagel, order ahead or you very disappointed. Stiff competition from adjacent bakery.

Worst customer service. I tried to make a Return had the receipt the card I used to pay and it was less than 30 days. The Girl told me she only could give store credit. I call corporate office to ask for their Return policy and told me if I have the receipt and the card u used and is less than 30 days, they should issue a Refund to the form of payment used. Worst experience.

I paid $20 for a venti coffee Frappuccino today!!! I gave the cashier (she has short, curly black hair with kinda heavy make up) $20 bill, she gave me 45 cents back. I told her I gave you $20 bill, which I just withdrew from my ATM bank, she said no, it was $5 bill. I asked for store manager, guess what? After explained the situation to him, he said sorry, there is no way we can figure out if its her mistake or not. You must be kidding me? The cashier is always right? There is no way for them to count the money?? Lesson learned, its better off to use the credit card. As least, they wont treat on you!!

Its hard to mess up an espresso drink if you have a good machine to help you. But the staff at this location managed to do that, a grande size Americano should come w/ 3 shots of espresso, and should not taste so water down. The flavor is so light that is worst than the regular Pike Place Roast, its not my 1st day to order an Americano from Starbucks or from this location. But by far this locations does it consistently, may be I should order a Doppio and add water myself.

Its an okay place to study, there are middle schoolers after school so expect hordes of them lol. Wait time can be a little long, never tried restrooms, other than that, its a typical starbucks.
