Love their Taiwanese desserts! Everyone was friendly and drinks and food was amazing. They do have limited stock at the store I went too, but it wasn’t too bad, just no winter melon. As with most boba places I would recommend getting your teas 1/2 sweetened.I went twice and there was a pretty long wait to get your food, but it was reasonable seeing as how busy they were. Overall would recommend!

Good spot, good food, staff very friendly, I personally wouldnt go back to this type of set up, but we will because my queen likes it lol, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place folks, please dont misinterpret my decision, its simply not my cup of tea to have this type of set up at a sit down restaurant, they Cook the meat right at your table and I just prefer to have it coming out ready from the kitchen and served to my table, besides that... Folks! Meat is savory, dishes placed on table are fresh and the colors of veggies, sauce, soups did make my mouth water, did I mention staff if friendly, That made my experience feel at ease, here are some images, I know this spot wont disappoint many of you, as youll soon find out they are very popular and busy, expect 30- 1hr wait times depending on the size of your party. Please give me a follow on I.G @pcfabrications to check out my work.

You can place a pick up order through their app. They deliver via food delivery apps as well. If you are at the store, its really easy to place an order using their self service kiosks or you can order with a cashier. They have a decent selection of drinks and desserts to pick from. I love their grass jelly desserts. I also like their tofu pudding. Their herbal tea is on the sweet side in my opinion.

On my last day at home in LA I was taken to this dessert shop on a Friday night. It was open until 11pm.I had heard about it but since there are so many dessert shops in the area, I put it in the back of my mind.It was a pleasurable experience.I live in San Francisco and there is not a Meet Fresh store in the area.We had mango shaved ice and it was incredible. We wanted to have the tiny egg waffles but they were ready to shut down.Have no fear. I will try it when I return next month.Ill just have to make plans to go earlier.Yay.

- The line is pretty long at night time. If you dont wanna wait too long in the line, you can use the self-order machine to order and pay by your own(on the right side of the cashier).- Meet fresh is very popular, so yes everything here is delicious. Especially their shaved ice and ice cream. (Noted: the white pudding taste weird).- plenty of tables.- Parking at this location is small and hard to find in front of store, but you can go to the parking garage.

I love Taiwanese dessert dont get me wrong. However Meet Fresh just for some reason doesnt tickle my fancy, especially this location **see my comment about customer service.I highly recommend black ball over Meet Fresh as their ingredients at Blackball taste more fresh, and all the staff is 110% more committed to your order and are nicer to you.Meet Fresh Id rate a 3/5 for the food, grass jelly is soft, but doesnt compare to black ball. The flavors isnt 100% there either, its more bland and does not taste as ethnic to Taiwanese dessert in my book. Now the customer service aspect is a 1/5 (if I can give negatives I would trust me); and clearly I am not the only one who is speaking out about the customer service aspect; or else this location wouldnt be the lowest rating location of all Meet FreshA rude greeting upon ordering is a usual expected thing for more Chinese prominent eatery, however it does not make it okay. During the COVID pandemic, ordering is replaced with either online, of the mobile kiosk on either side of the counter. When I was going to ask a question, I was ignored every time when I tried to say something or wave to get the cashiers attention. There is about 6 staff in the middle drink/dessert making station (which is shared with the cashier station), yet I made eye contact with about 5 of them just for some reason never the cashier who is taking the order. Yet nobody tells the cashier, and she just continues to look down. There is about a line out the door with 15 people waiting-- 6 feet apart -- in this long line in the sun. When I finally got the cashiers attention, I told them I was here for the healthcare worker special that isnt on the kiosk, and rudely, she then replied thats a 40 minute wait at least, are you sure you want it?. She said it as if I was going to say no and walk away not ordering. Did she not realize I just spent 40 minutes outside in the sun lining up? If this is the type of greeting she is going to say the first time she sees me just to make it less work for her if I dont order, then consider this a challenge bc ... I am ordering.I went back to my car, ready for an anticipated 40 minute wait, only to have my buzzer go off within 5 minutes. Now this cashier is either trying to get everyone not to order the healthcare frontline staff special, or she just really dont want to take orders right now. Whatever her problem is, made the whole experience awful. The wait was already bad, but each time I come here, pandemic or not, my experience isnt really wholesome.(and I been here quite a few times because its the center spot for all my friends to meet, but def not for the food or the service)There is plenty of parking via plaza parking shared with other stores.

Very tasty dessert! Same taste as the ones you can find in Mainland China. Everything is easy to order and you don’t need to have contact with people. The waiting time is not too slow but they need to have a better organization when the desserts are ready so people don’t need to wait or investigate to know it is ready. It’s very refreshing and ingredients looks fresh. I would definitely come back to this place. Please add more gels in your place. Thanks!

My friends and I visited this location on Wednesday evening around 8:30pm. When we arrived, we saw that all orders must be via mobile, which we proceeded to complete. We received the confirmation email that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, and after no notification of our order being ready, we proceeded to ask the staff inside, to which we were told itd be a few minutes as our order would be ready. We continued to wait, until we noticed that the store was beginning to clean up, to which we proceeded to ask the status of our order, to which the staff completely dumbfounded had forgotten our order. We were told by the cashier that they will process a refund. We received one apology, but no follow-up to complete our order or any other gesture of goodwill, and left severely disappointed, but also frustrated that we had wasted nearly an hour to go home empty handed.

I came here on Mothers day. It was so busy. I actually went first to the one in Santa Anita Mall and they said I had to wait like 50 mins so I decided to come to this one. They would not take my order personally and I had to order using the machine. I ordered two oolong teas, one with 2/3 sugar and the other has boba. After a long wait, I got the drinks. Both was not sweet and the tea was bitter. Honestly, for what I have gone through to get these two drinks, its not worth it.

More popular for its rice balls and taro balls. Although, their (mango/strawberry) shaved ice is good, there is a lot and could feed 3-4 people. The lines are generally long, and it takes a bit to make, hence the 4 stars. In terms of space, there is actually quite a bit of space. It had a modern, but cozy design, and it is kind of cute. The shaved ice was very good. The only thing that I have to complain is the waiting time and the weekend and during peak hours but theres not much that we can do for that. it is a pretty good serving size and you can definitely eat that with four people if you are not hungry at all but you can definitely finish it with two people. I would not recommend it taking it to go because the serving size is reduced by a lot and its just not the sameexperience if youre trying to get it during the summer I would not recommend because the ice will melt if you do not put it in a very cold place and Im pretty sure we all dont have a refrigerator in our car to keep the ice from melting. when you arrive home you have a melted mess!

First experience: great for summer nights! This Taiwanese shaved ice is unique and might take some getting used to for people who have never had it before, as topping options include sweet potato/taro balls, grass jelly, and various types of beans. It is sweet but not overwhelmingly so, clear on the tongue with some milkiness from half&half.Second experience: the mango shaved ice is a SCAM!!! Last time I came I was looking at other peoples orders of it because it honestly is a beautiful mountain of a dessert - piled high with fruit and a scoop of ice cream on top. Little did we know that the whole inside is flavorless, plain ice; the syrup and flavor is literally only on the outer layer...so for ~$12 youre paying for almost nothing! The profit margins must be enormous, man. But I guess you feel full because your stomach gets filled with ice/water.
