I accidentally ordered the wrong laptop charger for my Aorus, and they fully refunded my purchase. They also helped me figure out what the correct charger would be, which works perfectly.Yes, the website could really use an overhaul, as well as a spelling/grammar check. In this case, looks are deceiving.

This is the greatest place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff helped me sorting out different charger models to find the right one for my needs. Even though most business is online it is also possible to walk in which I did. The car charger I got there is perfect and works as it should. Highly recommendable!!

Awful customer service experience. 9 months after purchase the charger began malfunctioning. Informed Priscilla at eBuyBatteries, reminded them of their 1 year 100% refund warranty promise (as published on website). My requests for full refund were ignored and I was offered 15%. I declined but voluntarily offered to waive the postage refund their warranty promised and to accept a refund just for the charger cost. They still refused my request. When they paid me the 15% refund via paypal without my agreement I sent it back to them. Awful experience.
