We purchased our used Steinway baby grand piano from German Piano City. Its an interesting story. Because before the purchase, we know nothing about piano, just want to purchase a piano for my daughter and start her first piano class. Mr. Huangs store is the first store we visited. He is very patient and professional to answer all our questions. And you can tell that all the used piano in his store are all in pretty good conditions. Then we learned that the owner, Mr. Huang is also a profession piano tuner, especially for Steinway. We really liked a used Steinway baby grand piano in his store, but since this was the first store we visited, so we decided to shop around to compare. Then the interesting thing happened. All the piano stores we visited (at least three stores) around, they all know and are familiar with Mr. Huang! Because Mr. Huang always helps to tune the pianos in their stores. And they all highly recommend Mr. Huangs professional services and pretty good personality. So of course we went back to German Piano City and purchased the Steinway baby grand piano we liked. The after purchase services is also excellent. He took care all the details by himself, the delivery, the tuning and gave us lots of useful suggestion and guidance on piano maintenance. We will definitely ask Mr Huang to tune our piano in the future and he will be the only piano tuner we can trust. And we will also definitely introduce his store to all our friends.

I have recently moved from San Diego to Pasadena, and my Petrof grand piano really needed to be tuned after a couple times of moving. Edison is exceptional in his knowledge about pianos, and he performed the tuning very professionally. He asked me what quality of sound I would prefer for my piano, then really took his time in tuning every key to its best range.
