9-20-20. I come from my mec shopbon Newpor Richey. To work on my sons car. On a complete tuneup. Associate name Mr. James. On Tuesday my son call me the car it was acting up. Come back over the weekend find out one of the parts it was defective part #9029. 9-26-20. I came back to the store to replace The part. Which one it was on the defect defect for manufactory. Again I get in contact now with the same associate just sold it to my son Mr. James. . You can tell he didn’t want to work. because it was so easy for him to find the purchase. Thank God for the information did the store next to my shop gave me I was able do you know how to find the purchase of the day even without a phone number I’ll because of James they wanted to do his job. Today 9-27-20. I was coming ready to take care of the situation even the main office sent me to another place to pick up the parts. But I’ll stop on the same store this time In associate Mr. Kevin ask me how can you help me I told him what happened to my son on his car he looked at the spark plugs got the part number right away found the purchase of the day exchange the part with no top of headaches. I didn’t even have to ever explain to don’t mistake Mr. James create. Thanks to Kevin I will come back to the store next time d I’m on Tampa. I need James need a little bit more of training . And help his attitude. before we put him. On the front counter

They seem to think that I should automatically know where their products are. They just dont like telling you specifically what you need. Not everyone knows about what a car needs and how it works. They are supposed to be knowledgeable on whatever your vehicle needs.

Theyre nice people, and its relatively cheap. Nothing that shouts out five star service.

They will not let you dispose used oil after buying oil from them. Went down the street to OReillys and they let me dispose of used oil without even purchasing from them. thanks OReillys.

Went with battery issues and was treated horribly. I was yelled at by an employee because he was having a bad day. He said he’d been having a bad day (but didn’t apologize) so he just was frustrated. But it’s no excuse to yell at someone, especially a customer.

They were very helpful. They even showed me a short video on how to fix the problem I was having. They had the part I needed. Overall excellent experience!!! Thats why I keep coming back for my automotive needs.

My second favorite store

Pulled up at 8:59pm to pick up a battery I dropped off and they locked the doors. I knocked until someone came to the door and they were like sorry we close at 9pm. I said I’m just picking up my battery can you hand it to me I do not need to buy anything. They said “no can do.” Ask to speak to the person in charge and the kid said the cameras are in charge no manager here. I get they want to get home but they are really that lazy to hand a battery to someone. It’s always a bad experience at this advance. When i pick up my battery it’ll be the last time I go to this store.

Just had to call the store for information. The gentleman answered the phone with a, “how may I help you attitude?”,He listened to my question and cane back with a great response.Thank you for having such a great employee.

My 2secod home

Was sold a battery because “mine was going bad” and was told could return to any store if not the issue. Turned out the alternator was bad and not the battery. Came back within a few days and was refused a return because “they cant take a loss on it” terrible customer service.

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service associates, as always! Definitely the go to when Im feeling brave enough for an auto DIY.

This place I called and they hang up on me would like to see the manager to talk to while they take in 20 to 30 minutes answer the phone call while call they hang up on me and they have me on hold for almost 20 minutes call back to hang up on me would like to speak to the managers not good comprehension for a business

Usually always have what I need for decent pricing.Something that annoys me tho, why is it when I place an online order they never prepare it before my arrival. You get an email stating your order is ready but yet its still not ready when you get there. Crazy!!

If you need reasonable car parts, this a good place to start. This does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. Service is not bad at all.

They had the brake rubber I needed to stop my brake lights from staying on. This was a life saver because last week Thursday night, my brake lights stayed on and my car wouldnt turn on. Once I got it jumped by a friend, I came to this store, and the item i purchased fit perfectly. Now, my car brake lights work as normal and dont stay on overnight. Thank you.

I have been a customer here for many years. Service is great and they usually have what I need in stock. If its not in stock I can usually get it within a day. They offer some specialty tools here for rent. The Car Wash and detailing section has a lot of products, many of which are professional grade.

The associate went above and beyond to ensure that my car issue was fixed. The customer service here is honest and they will go the extra mile to take care of your issue so you can feel secure about your purchase! Ill be making this my go to auto parts store.

My husband need something from here and the cashier were absolutely nice when we walk in the store.

The service was awsome. I got wiper blades for my car anf the staff was really helpful. My husband usually would handle that stuff so i wasnt a 100% sure what u was looking for. I did get some great blades and they were on sale so it was 40% on both blades. I saved like $20.

There motor oil is so good. You can drink it straight or it mixes well with some pop. Unsure what to do with this oil filter but it makes for a good drinking glass. 5 stars.

Excellent customer service! Had 2 coils go out simultaneously after driving 2hrs to pick up trailer. They immediately did diagnostic, printed out info, and made suggestions for DIY all within 30mins.

I went here to buy spray paint to do some rust spot touch up. I saw paint for GM and Ford vehicles but not Chrysler. The girl behind the counter tried to tell me that Chrysler is owned by GM. I told her that she was mistaken and that Chrysler is owned by Fiat but she was adamant in insisting that it was owned by GM and said I dont want to argue with you sir. What a joke.

Went for a battery checkup today around 6pm today.Very bad customer service, the lady that spoke with me was very very rude. Cannot visit this store again...

Battery near dead as I pulled up. They tested my battery, put a new one in and I was out if there in no time. Staff helped me research battery warranty, which was helpful.

Gave them the info on my car and received the wrong part twice, so had to make three trips back. They were apologetic and polite, but still, three trips for a 5 dollar part... that was a bit painful. However, I would give them another try. Maybe just a bad day.
