I love Sallys but I think its hilarious you charged $0.50 for a bag to carry your stuff out that you buy. I dont have to shop there. Very disappointing

Before the quarantine Tatiana helped me pick out some blue and purple hair dye and showed me everything I would need to dye my virgin dark brown/almost black hair. It came out beautifully and the products we picked out worked great on my hair!! In addition to that, every time I go to Sallys someone there asks me if I need any help and they are a very caring staff so far that makes me go back to this location even when I move across town. Great selection as well!

So I go in there and I purchase various items, Im asked if I want a bag and of course I do to hold all the things that Im buying when I noticed that I was charged for the bag. I ask did you just charge me for that bag?! When the cashier explained, yes, I did since we have went green and eliminated plastic. So let me get this straight, Sallys beauty supply decides they want to jump on the wagon to go green and eliminate plastic bags at the expense of their customers having to pay for it Im sorry but if you choose to jump on that wagon then that should be at your expense, not your customers!! I can assure you I will never shop there again....

Location no longer there rode to another one in uber and is not open but they dont want to pay my uber whenni call and told them. Update google you justmlost a customer!!!!

I havent been to Sallys in ages. First and foremost The customer service here is TOP NOTCH!!! Karena that works here is such a joy. She is so kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and just a fantastic sales rep. Going into a situation knowing what you want but not how to obtain it can be frustrating yet exciting. Karena help with easing alot of stress when my friend wanted to dye her hair. She gave us step by step instructions and still recommended we read the box, which showed her professionalism. She helped us without ridicule of our constant confusion and lack of knowledge. We even called the store back and she was just as cheerful over the phone as she was in person...ready to answer any questions we had. Karena stood in the aisle with us, sat on the floor, researched on her phone, helped us pick out a product, and even managed to help another customer ALLLLL at the same type. Dedication!!!! She is clearly the superwoman of all sales reps. Outside of the amazing help we received. The store is clean, bright, fully stocked, and easy to navigate. We will definitely be back.

RUDE!!!!!!! The employees who work here need to be fired! Sally’s has completely lost all of my loyalty because of the two employees at this location who have been so incredibly rude multiple times. blonde little dude stood leaning on the door was just STARING at me for minutes and minutes. I actually had to tell him it made me uncomfortable, which I have NEVER had to do before in my life, to which he replied “aw I’m sorry” and KEPT STARING ME DOWN. Just leaning against the door staring. It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave.

The cashier was so rude!!!!I will never shop here again bc this woman was so incredibly hateful & madee me feel super uncomfortable while shopping. I checked my receipt later & she inaccurately told me the Beauty Club was free when it cost. I am upset and will not shop at this location again.Edit;***the black elderly woman with the buzz cut hair was my cashier too! She was extremely rude both times I was here two days in a row.

Gwen helped me find just the right flat iron for the job I was doing. She knows a lot about the products and there are so many to choose from. She handled other customers well - letting them know shed be right with them, suggesting other products that were on sale and so on. This store has a diverse stock of products - theres something for everybody.

Very great selection of beauty supply for women of color as well, which is not usual for Sallys, but this one has all kinds of products for natural hair

Lots of peoducts to choose from. Well stocked store. I received friendly service. Better to go in the late afternoon/evening when its not too crowded

Large store. You might need a license to cut hear to shop. They might have changed that though.Great deals on everything

I love this store, never too crowded and the employees are sweet and very helpful. They greet me each time I come in and ask if I need help or even give suggestions on products.

There is an African American lady that works there I say that because I cant remember her name or anything for that matter at my age lol but she is wonderful. Ultra helpful professional professional

Someone else mentioned the black women with buzzcut hair, she accused us of stealing (obviously we did not because we have the receipt) and is extremely unprofessional.

Staff was helpful when I asked about a product I was looking for. They didnt have it in stock but they let me know when their next shipment was coming in.

The staff is so rude, especially the Hispanic lady and black lady with very short buzz cut hair. Treated with disrespect and was laughed at for being a bigger girl (heard the cashiers talking about me when I went to pick something up that I dropped) I am working on losing weight and dont deserve to be treated that way, especially by people Im trying to give my business to. Wont be back to this location
