I have never in all of my years working in business dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. I would recommend staying away from this business at all costs. Mike communicates worse than a child. We were screamed at, hung up on, and lied to. We were quoted, and then prices were raised. We were good to pay the higher price but just needed it done as soon as possible as we can’t turn on our AC, and we live in Florida. We have a door shattered that needed to be fixed as soon as possible which we clearly communicated In our initial call where we were quoted. We were told day after day that mike was going to check his “shop” to see if he had the glass and that he would give us a call back. He never gave us a call back at the times he said he would. After the company took us on as business we stopped looking for other companies to fix our door, but now are days behind living without AC. Finally after us having to call numerous times we were told that they would be picking up the glass that was needed to fix the door and that they would be here today between 9am-1pm. We waited patiently again, all day for a phone call as we were told we would be called an hour before heading to our house. We received no calls, so we called and left a message around 11am to see if mike would still be coming. We received no calls back. More time passes and it is 12:45pm (15 minutes before the latest end of the time block mike gave us) without a call. We call again and finally mike answers the phone. We ask what is going on and if they will still be coming to our house today as promised. He then screams at my father on the phone saying that we were putting to much “pressure” on him and saying we were trying to “haggle” him 😅, we agreed to his higher price (even though he quoted us lower the day before) so we are super confused. After he stated screaming at my father my dad slightly raised his voice to say “I am very confused, we’re not trying to haggle you. We just have been waiting around the house all day for you without any calls that you aren’t coming”. He then screamed at said something along the lines of “im not dealing with anyone raising their voice at me” and hung up on us. As a business owner myself I understand that things can become stressful but that is not the customers fault and it is not that difficult to communicate to your customers if you can’t make it to a job on time or don’t believe you can complete the job at all. If this was a job that this company could not or didn’t want to complete they could have easily turned down the job. But instead they wasted our time, screamed at us, hung up on us, and didn’t complete the job. I am mind blown that this company is still in business. If it is to much “pressure” on you to fix glass then why own a glass repair company 😂 0/10 do not recommend. And to Mike: please go take some basic business and communication classes, you really need the help.
Called to replace a broken window pane. They were there within the hour. Mike did a great job. Reasonable price.

Great family owned business these guys are the real deal. I called north america glass and doors for a broken window around 3 am and both Mo and Sam did a wonderful job to answer me and reach out the same day. Honestly, I will Recommend this company to anyone that needs fast and reliable service.
