Best Place ever for great drinks. Love their boba. I want to appreciate the owner and the manager for having the best staff ever. This customer service is best ever. I mean like customer service literally matters alot. They have quality as well as great staff working. Mr.owner your staff deserves more salary 😄😁 sorry to say but they are the best in customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, theres a small bakery, and the drinks have a fair amount of customizability. I got the taro-ube milk tea with aloe pieces, and I loved it. Its made with real taro and ube, or so I was told. This flavors sweetness isnt adjustable for this flavor though.There are also some board games and things in the back of the store for customers to play, I think.

Naga Tea is the BEST in Tampa (Temple Terrace) aside from Ding Tea. All the best flavor options for milk and fruit based teas. I love that you can pick your sugar levels as well. I moved from Fort Lauderdale and had to find a new boba shop, so glad we tried them.

Sweet staff. baristas are fine. i literally left two minutes ago and was without a drink???? manager won’t allow staff to make a drink with plant milk (something as simple as milk? and sugar?) then tries to make me pay for a drink that’s LESS than what I originally ordered, and their manager will supposedly give me a refund in 2-3 days?? can’t give me a cash refund on a debit card? absolute waste of time as i waited a literal fifteen minutes and am out money for this worthless place

One of the many boba/tea based joints that seem to be popping around the USF area. Like all the others it has good tea. I got the chocolate milk tea which was refreshing. They have one size cups only. Board games to pass the time. They ask you about the amount of sugar they put in your tea. That to me is awesome.

Keep lunar lavender!! It’s one of the best new drinks I’ve had. Staff is always wonderful and friendly. In the picture is Jessica and Sadie they just made a fresh lunar lavender for me. Naga is the best tea shop in temple terrace! On top of great tea they even have vegan options and are super flexible!!

Nice place for Boba tea

Its has a cozy, sweet ambiance. The decor looks like a flower/coffee shop from overseas. More impressive, were the array of options. I like unusual food and drinks. Theres enough variety to intrigue the Adventurous Eater and satify the tride-and-true Comfort Foodie.I pickily wish that they sturred my drink, but I appreciate that many people might like the photogenic separated look.The girls were helpful and kind! :)

The tea house was opened and owned by a group of USF alumni. They were from Taiwan, so I reasonably believe that the flavor of the milk tea here is authentic Taiwanese bubble milk tea.The best drink here to me is Iced black or green milk tea with warm foam of sea salt crema on top. Very creamy, dulcet with a hint of sea salt that even made the whole drink tastier and more flavorful. There were four options for sweetness: full sweet, there fourth, half, and a fourth. The runner-up was probably ice cream tea. A scoop of vanilla ice cream dipped in the tea. I have tried some drinks else, but there was nothing that could really beat crema drinks.The tapioca pearl quality was not consistency as sometimes if I came very early in the morning, the boba would be such a soft texture, smooth but sometimes if I went during the day, the boba would be harder to chew. Both the big and small boba are dark and tasteless. It would have been so much better if they had soaked the pearls in the syrup like some places else. The herbal jelly was good, though. A little bitter taste that well-balanced the sugary taste of the milk tea as a whole.

I buy my boba every Saturday and the service was great last year, but last 3 week the service start really bad make order wrong when I ask them to change the girls not happy and talk with her coworker about the me she think I’m not hear anything. When I call the girl don’t listen I repeat my order 2 times but when I pickup she make my order wrong when I ask change they’re not happy what the service is that????

The employees are always kind and welcoming and very thorough in explaining the menu and new drink concoctions. If at a loss just to try something new they are always ready to share their favorites and recommendations based on your general preferences and they have never steered me wrong. Prior to the pandemic, my kiddo loved to chill here and play jenga and board games that they have stashed on the shelves. Cant wait for this pandemic to end so we can get back to those simple carefree days.. Currently enjoying the simple ordering online so I can dash in and out to get my drinks. I ordered two drinks and a cheese danish and over ten minutes went by, the baristas made 5 other guests drink orders who had ordered after myself and my guest and also made their egg tarts before even putting our order in. Will not be coming back. The barista who took my order was also not knowledgeable about the menu and had to ask her teammate if they had a drink which was clearly labeled on the menu.

Love this tea shop. Service is fast and professional and Ive never gotten a wrong order. The staff all have great recommendations if you cant decide what you want.Im not sure when the peak business hours are. Its been 50/50 when I go in that the place is either empty or 75% full of students on laptops.They have a loyalty program where every 10th drink is free, you just have to keep track of the little stamp card.

I love this place! The menus look great, the drinks are always tasty and tailored to the customer, and the flavors are fresh. I always try to bring my friends to hang out and play board games or talk about school or work. The staff are friendly and fun, and always try to remember your name. I like the boba-tea a lot and specially there, they have lots of options and they mix almost everything and you can choose the sweetness you want from 0%- 100% !and people are very nice and they have games to play with !

The employee working on 9/3 at 1pm was rude and unhelpful (I believe her name is Nina). I came in and asked for a cup of water and ice- noting that I would pay for the cup if need be. As I look at sink behind her, she tells me that Im only able to purchase a water bottle. I told her that tap would do, she continued to deny. Im not sure if this was a race thing, as there were NO other people of color in the facility. Its 90+ degrees here in Tampa and I walked in with a baby. If I had planned to order an overpriced cup tea (mostly composed of ice), I definitely wont be returning now.

Min if you are reading this your drinks are good, but nothing to brag about. Except for your Kuromame milk tea so do NOT get rid of it.

Very disappointed. I waited over 5min. Finally asked a customer if there was someone working there, had to go to back and call out if someone was working but didn’t receive a response even tough a could hear people talking. This was my first time and my impression was not good, I did not even get to try their product. Cant run a business without the proper customer service.

Very good, super professional and clean. Very knowledgeable and tons of options. We got boba milk tea and some others got other flavors, no one was disappointed. I shouldve gotten 100% sweetness instead of 75%, it wouldve made it perfect for my sweet tooth. Highly recommended!

Naga Tea was a pleasant surprise. I’m not a big fan of but, but I decided to stop in and give it try, and I was so glad I did! The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The staff was friendly and very helpful with explaining their menu. The menu is larg but not overwhelming. But the proof of the product was in the tasting of the Tea. The tea was smooth and well balanced. My family and I will definitely be back again.

Im only a traveler here passing through the Tampa area. I found this shop by asking some locals. have only had one item now but I enjoyed it enough that I came back and had it twice. Definitely worth a try. They have a pretty wide selection, big enough that my inability to decide, for lack of knowledge on menu items, made me choose the coffee crema which is quite delicious.

Very laid back place. Limited seating and its easy to stay here for hours doing homework/reading. They have a small selection of books and games. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about all the teas and good flavor combinations.

Clean, knowledgeable and friendly staff, cozy and quiet, with punch cards to boot. Less one star because I wish they had more seating--it can be tough to find a spot and its difficult to predict when theyll be busy. Great bubble tea for a stop-and-go. Be sure to tell them how sweet you like your because they dont always ask. Overall a good place for a quick drink in a convenient location.

I’m a regular at this place, to the point that most long-term staff know exactly what I order and sometimes ring it up the moment I walk in. Naga Tea isn’t just my favorite boba place, but my favorite place to be in Tampa. The service is friendly, the environment is so cozy, and their ice cream black tea with boba is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good drinks and a good time.

I used to visit Naga Tea often before I moved. I happened to be in the area, so I ordered one of my favorite teas that I used to binge on quite regularly - Mango GT Crema. I was disappointed my drink didnt taste like it used to. It was an immensely watered down version of the tea I used to love. They have changed their menu a lot since and they also offer only three toppings, one of which was the cream in my drink. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

The atmosphere is nice. However, they don’t know how to make drinks. If you ask for some milk on the side, they wouldn’t give it to you because they have their own “ratio”!

I have been here multiple times but it seems to have gone downhill They dont put much toppings, and the bathroom did not have paper towels. Three people were working, but it was still unclean. I would recommend other places in the area.Also, I was selected to win a contest on Instagram, but when I went in to see what I won, the staff seemed clueless, told me that it was too late, and that I didn’t win anything.That is incredibly unfair and deceptive, and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone based on these facts.

I thought the boba tea was stronger than Kungfu tea, I drank my tea around 8pm and couldnt sleep.

The teas we got -lavander latte and lemon with black tea - were both delicious! Plenty of boba, the flavor was very good, and I like that I can choose my level of sweetness. Very chill atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

I’ve had my share of boba tea and this is definitely at the top of my list! They don’t soak their tapioca pearls in syrup as other places do, so huge plus there!! I’ve been a regular since they first opened and the atmosphere has always been fantastic.

I used to visit this place a lot when I first got into boba, and dont get me wrong, this place has a very nice feel about it but the way to order drinks and what can go in them has become a little too uptight. Only being able to have two toppings as well as being denied the ability to leave ice out of the drink, not to mention that their selection in drinks seems to have been cut since their earlier years? Oh, and the inability to use two punch cards together to get a free drink. Like, if you have 6 punches on one card and 4 punches on the other, you cant get your free drink. Youll still have to buy and fill out one of the cards; it just seems redundant. Its a nice place to chill and hang out with friends, but not some place Id visit often.

Unfortunately this is not at all what I was expecting.Was expecting milk tea like Kung fu milk tea, but this was mostly just tea and no milk, with a slight Taste of it all being watered down.They had good choices, and also decent addin options, however the milk tea was just not flavorful at all. I’m sure it’s great to some, but it’s has no similarity to real Taiwanese milk tea.

Cozy and chill environment with great drinks. Grab and go or stay and study or play games with friends. They make their own strawberry sauce for the teas and its my favorite!

Really nice atmosphere and very aesthetic place. But was very disappointed in the drinks themselves. Not sure if it’s the staffs fault for mixing it or just the quality itself. But some of the drinks taste like they’ve been watered down heavily and the flavor is not there.

These people are so cool. They are so cool, that I will stay far away from them because fat, ugly, old men and the dirty dirty have caused me to have anxiety, though I would love to be among my own kind. Ill just be like my Uncle Nick and live in the woods by myself and hope the Man Coons dont think that I listen to Gucci Maine.

This is my second or third time having their boba tea! Its so tasty and the staff is always super nice and helpful in helping decide what to get lol. It also has a really nice decor and atmosphere. Great place to study (although I havent done so myself; Ive seen others do that).

Great place for boba/milk/bubble tea. I get Rose Garden & Peach every time. Its hard to find a good rose tea at all let alone in a bubble tea shop so if you like floral and herbal teas definitely give this a shot when youre in the area.

Pretty good place. They have a really good selection of tea to pick from, and the boba is very delicious; not too soggy or soft. The atmosphere is also very chill and relaxing, with plenty to ready on the side wall next to the counter.

Everything is great except for black lady taking the order. So rude and impersonal. No smiles. Asked for money when order was not finished. Shorts you on stamps and says they dont give for milk teas. Uhh why not. Will avoud due to her. Would rather drive to quicklies where they are always nice.

Healthy drink choices and many drink options. They asked us how sweet we wanted the drink to be. The drink didn’t tasted too good. The Oreo milk shake tasted nasty and their milk tea boba didn’t taste good. It’s just weird, but it’s a good hangout spot. There’s a lot of games to play and manga to read. It’s more for college students, but their boba tasted good. They only accept CARDS so don’t bring any cash. Overall, the drink need more flavor other than adding more sugar.

The boba tea is above average; depending upon the specific staff member, the service is not. With the dense concentration of boba tea joints in the area, its worthwhile to patronize another establishment where the tea is just as good, but youre viewed as slightly more than just a conduit for money.

Probably the best tea place Ive ever been to. The serving size is pretty big and the best part is that you can choose your level of sweetness (I love sweet things and 75% is just enough not to be overbearing). Its a fun place to chill and play games with friends! You can make a bunch of combinations here including passionfruit tea with cookie and cream ice cream or boba etc. I love going here!

We always come here on sundays to get a strawberry black with ice cream. It is soooooooo good. They even have a rewards program for their teas. If you have the chance please stop by there and try it.

I had a very strange experience here. I communicated that I would like Boba with my initial order. The employee recommended a different flavor and I accepted assuming I would still have Boba. I did not. However I asked for some and was willing to pay. The employee, a young girl, told me that she cannot charge me for anything under a dollar so she would have to just add it to my cup. But first she scolded me and gave a short reprimand on how this was not acceptable and in the future I will need to make sure I am clear about my order the first time. Totally awkward and inappropriate. I then just tried to be friendly but she literally rolled her eyes the rest of the time and did not even reply when I said thank you. At the end of the day, I am the customer and a customer willing to pay. But I do not have to deal with poor customer service. So I will be spending my money at many of the other tea spots in the area.
