After becoming a regular pro copy, the staff has come to recognize me and have gone out of their way to make my experience enjoyable and convenient! I always go there for work purposes, and its perfect for me because it is close to my job, best quality prints Ive had, and the best deal I can find anywhere in the area! I wont be going anywhere else for my prints. The friendliness of the hard-working staff members made it my go to place for all my printing needs!

Francis is amazing. After documents created by third parties would not print, I called Pro Copy and Francis did not hesitate to help. She was able to identify and fix the printing issues. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thanks to her I was able to meet my deadline. She truly went above and beyond. I appreciated her professionalism, promptness, and her knowledge. I will definitely return to Pro Copy for my printing needs.

They are pricey, but convenient. Make sure you print only what you need, as I printed 1 copy; THEIR printer printed 3 copies of the same page. I then attempted to pay, the clerk tried to charge me for 9 pages, saying the printer doesnt make those mistakes! Luckily, the Manager overheard, and fixed it quickly!

So i goes to pro copy today so when i tell yall when i walk in i got great service and they were happy to help me and not just one it was three different people i wasnt standing there waiting they were working with others also... So i want to say to pro copy worker man i love yall everyone get a raise..lol now im not yall boss but boss man give my friends a raise please

I had my wedding programs ordered through Pro-copy and they did an amazing job! They gave me a proof since it was a large order (90 booklets) and once I approved the proof they started working on my order. They were quick and efficient and the nice thing is they are open everyday until 11pm. I highly recommend them over Office Depot or staples.

Went there to get some materials for my class and the clerk was not nice. She didnt even try to fake that customer service voice at anytime during my visit. Everyone else in the store was nice. Overall, I felt rushed and not welcomed.

Looking for a copy place.I needed to scan signed documents, and I found this place near my home. I explained my issues, and in 5 min. I was all set.Great service, nice, friendly people. Whatever you need is taken care of for you.So glad I went.I will be back.

Go on Tuesdays, its 1/2 price day. Otherwise, if youre printing a lot or plan on using the pc for a bit longer, it adds up fast. You need to make sure youre signed in and not still using the previous users info bc it costs 30cents a min to use the PC. If you print only print whats absolutely needed, double check the #of copies you need, thier printer will double print pages, the clerk tried to tell me that the printer doesnt make those errors! Good thing the Manager stepped in...

Prices are not bad for internet time and printing. The best deals are Tuesdays. Everything is half off

I would have loved it(5star) but the 1st employee - white female a little overweight. set off this unpleasant vibe as if she had a problem taking 2minutes away from her female employee friends to help me with the computer. Your there to work and assist anyone whos in need.. if your day as started off kinda bad or overall is going bad. Stopping by here is a gamble!

Ive been coming here for about 5 years now and used it in times when i needed it the most. From the time i used to print school documents to job documents now. I have many late night memories of coming here to print important documents coz its open 24/7. Never stood in check out lines for more than 2 minutes coz there are always enough employees. They also offer scan, fax, and other services.Color prints are 30 cents and black and white are 20 cents. Computers are 30 cents a minute. BUT on Tuesdays, black and white prints are 5 cents and on Fridays, black and white prints and computer times are half off. Theres also a 10 percent student discount.

One step back, two steps forward. When I went by the shop today product wasnt ready as they said it would be. Clerk couldnt find it using their vegetable/animal/mineral filing system, big cluster. Eventually they found it at another facility, and delivery driver just brought it to our house. So good recovery after a bad start.

Great place for printing! Computers are fast, monitors are large and there are plenty to use. Pricing is competitive too. Staff is friendly, and office is open and bright. Will come here for all printing needs from now on.

I came in to make only 9 copies. I asked for assistance they guided me to the computers. I felt like I was bothering the employees..I made a mistake not really understanding the printing..I was a little confused with printing. I ended up printing out over 120 unnecessary copies. Really?? Dahell?? Then had to pay for half the copies. Next time they should completely assist customers til were fricken done!!!!!!!??

Why would you have a upload center that doesn’t effectively communicate your process.You need to make some major changes.I just submitted an order to be proactive for paper work that I need and I was just informed there are more steps to complete my order. It’s asinine not to include that on your site•I’m sorry aggravated!!!

Have the most RUDE employees. And I recommend that if any USF student have to print anything go to the computer service and don’t think about going there. The lady with the bangs and glasses had a attitude then when I told her I had my USF ID to get my discount she tell me it’s only 10% off (said it in a rude manner). It doesn’t matter how much of a discount it is at least it some kind of discount. You never know maybe someone needs that discount so don’t try to belittle them.

Funny that you have a sign requiring a mask to enter, yet the old man with the walrus stache walking around behind the counter and in the office is somehow exempt. Lame.

I love this place! They are very nice . They listen to you and help you on what you want and how you would like it printed. If for some reason your ideas wont work like you think they will, they will gently guide you for the best results. Theyre prices are also very reasonable.

Ordered a 14x18, got a 12x18.

Got 705 copies of brochures printed and folded in one night. This place has THE best service and fastest workers. This place cannot disappoint. There is construction in the surrounding area so its kinda hard to find space to park.

I had a wonderful experience there. Especially working with David today. I had to make a few prints and business cards and it was my first time but David was there and helped me every step of the way and was very patient with me. He explained everything to me and I’m glad I was able to get everything done.

I love this location. You can use the computers, print, get stuff binded, laminated and more. The staff her is awesome. They are always nice and willing to help. Plus they pretty much dont close except for major holidays. 24/7. Their printers are really nice and crisp and the basic paper they use is like premium quality. No matter what time, if I need something done right away, this is the place!

Tho and Mary were super helpful and patient, even though I did not know exactly how to order what I needed and were busy. Great service and quality care for my printing needs. Go here! ... if you need printing, dont just bother them. Theyre hard working folks.

My first experience with Pro Copy was first rate, good service, excellent quality, and fair prices. This last time I went was a nightmare. The staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. They lost some of my prints, (fortunately the cheap non critical ones) then took ages trying to find them because the employee who helped me the day prior was off. They couldnt reprint them because the machine was down. Then took so long to figure out how to refund me the $3.00 that I finally said Forget it, its not worth it! and left. Odds are good I wont be returning.

Awesome experience! My 10 yr old daughter had her first Science Fair project that was good enough to compete at state so we went all out. I took her here to have images printed and set up an account for future visits. She was excited and the images came out beautifully. Didnt break any banks either. Very happy and a great first experience for my daughter. And she got 4th place so far at County level.

If youre a USF student this is a great place to get your posters and stuff printed. They have a quick turn around and I appreciate being able to proof my documents before sending them to print - especially when I know Ill be spending a lot of money to print different items. I have also worked with their USF sales team and they are great! The 2-day turn around is one of the best in the area in my opinion.

This is a print center. They have very knowledgeable help. At first appearance, it seems to be disorganized. However, this should not discourage. They are familiar with a variety of print software and happy to help. There is a range of competency. But I asked another person and got the answers I needed.

My ProCopy visit was very disappointing. Both managers on duty were extremely rude. Their employee misquoted a service/price. My colleague and I had to come back to the establishment to rectify the situation and both managers seemed disinterested about the entire situation. Their lack of care for a solution made matters worse when both managers proceeded to say, “We will not honor the price given to you, and you can either take it or leave it.” I give their professionalism a 0/10 and their customer service skills a 0/10. No regard for the mistake made by their employee and they proceeded to rush me and my colleague to pay an additional $24. I recommend never going to ProCopy in Temple Terrace, if you want exceptional customer service.

I do all of my printing here for personal and business. The staff is always very helpful and polite, and my projects always look great! I love that it is open 24 hrs, but if you are going to need assistance with a project go during the day. The night people are usually to busy to help, but the daytime staff with help you with anything! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This place is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I like to go in the wee hours of the morning or late night because its busy almost all other times and theres a line. It saves me from having to buy a fax machine myself. Its right next to Publix so you can run your errands grab some lunch and get your copies made all in one Fell Swoop. Great location great business.

Pro-Copy...more like pro-rip off. Avoid this place like the plague. Went in there today, 5/8/19, Overcharged for copies I didnt want, their machines messed up, and they still charged me. The equipment looks beat up as well. The staff was rude from the get go. The place is dirty, it smells, and I saw small roaches crawling across the floor. Nickel and dimed me. Asked for a manager, he wasnt even there. Never going back, you should never go.

Had to get a booklet for review for my accounting class. This was the only reason I got high marks in the class. Cool stuff you can get here.
