I enjoy paying a dollar for items even if there is a longer-term wait in line

Been going there since they open in temple terrace. Our favorite place to go with kids . Never had an issue until today that I took my granddaughter to shop for toys, while I was looking for a book for my grand son, she put a toy down in another place by the books,Before I knew it, this lady employee started intimidating my granddaughter for. Repeatedly asking her did u throw that there. Imaging a 5 year old being yelled at by a 6 foot, big lady looking down at her. She was about to cry. I pull her toward me, in the event that this lady got physical with her and I asked her that if she had an issue with her to speak to me, an adult not to speak to my granddaughter like that. She got her manager cause I asked for her name, when Roy the manage came he only asked me to leave the store. Did not let me tell my side of the story at all.Staff changed there and not friendly at all anymore. I would avoid this store. The manager apparently did not get trained on issue resolutions

Just visited the store at 6:20 PM today 11/2/21 and the doors were locked… Several people outside trying to get in but was told by employees that the store is closed. No signage stating change in hours.Don’t rely on this store being open as listed.

If I can give 0 I would. The employees are extremely disrespectful. One lady went to my daughter standing above her yelling in her face for setting a toy down while my mother was standing right there with her. When asked to speak to the adult not the child, the employee ignored my mother and repeated her self loudly to my daughter to “put that back where you found it!” Very aggressively. The manager kicked them out without any hesitation. The store is a mess as it is. They need a training on how to speak respectful and not start YELLING at a 5 y/o child for setting down a toy for a moment

Has more variety than other Dollar tree stores. Great for if your on a budget. Friendly service, was clean. It was easy to find things as well. Was a little crowded.Great snack isle and a decent frozen food section in the back. Also great for if you have recently moved and need new basic house/apartment items such as plates, silver wear, mops, brooms and the likes.

Always visit this store for my cards, envelopes, and cleaning products I love going there...

Truly has a nice selection of items at a low price of you guessed it $1.00 !!!! Its always neatly stocked and the small carts are so convenient to shop with every time. Recommended!!!

Had to come change my review . I came here last night had bags from another store which is something I do often . Noone has ever said anything . I purchased my items and decided to grab my son a snack . An employee rudly let me know I couldnt have the bag I responded that Ive had the bag the entire time and the manager saw me and didnt say anything . Instead of asking me to place the bag at register she told me to get out and called up the manager proceeded to tell her I was being profane which is not true she had used the f word in front of my two year old which really was very unprofessional I am flabbergasted

I just wanted to tell the Management of Dollar Tree that they have a treasure in their employee - Yuri. For all the years I have been going to this location, this was the first time an employee was outstanding enough to warrant me taking the time to say, Yuri has the presence and personality to be the front of a Fortune 500 company. If not for COVID, I would have hired her away myself.

This dollar tree is always a mess. Everything is put out in boxes in the aisles. It is horrible! I guess you might need a new manager. I think if it were better organized more people would go in to shop.

Its your average low income store with a floor board or two missing. They keep a pretty good stock of things.

The store is filthy. Floors are disgusting, shelves and product is dusty. Half of the shelves are empty of product which sits in boxes in the aisle or on the floor. It is very hard to maneuver.

Dollar Tree is as expected, full of essentials and odds and ends not affordably found anywhere else. Although I was disappointed I could not find any Flarp to add to my grab bag offering of H.S. Graduation gifts.

Need snacks? Drinks? Planning a party of some sort? Or do you just need to get some containers for leftover food? This place has it for a good price. Friendly people an you dont have to wait that long to get checked out at the register. Of of the better Dollar stores Ive been to an I will keep coming back here.

Everybody knows this place has some cool stuff @great deals. Plenty of parking. This is one of the larger stores.And in a good part of town. Other than that the place gets a little messy, but then again the place gets very busy. Their you go, whats not to like!

Just went here the stores a mess..boxes everywhere.. cashier Ron spent the entire time we were checking out on the phone with no mask on and didn’t say anything to us besides the total price..not a good place..

I really like what the store offers but I dont like how its kept at all. Its messy and very unorganized, the workers are miserably working there and I can feel their I dont want to be here vibe. They also hide a lot in the back so one poor soul has to brave a huge line of customers until they care enough to help. The products themselves are great, cant go wrong with dollar deals, I wouldnt buy food here of youre big on cleanliness. Overall I go here just because its very close to my residence.

It was packed with people on Christmas eve, but the sales associates was keeping it together.

The place is clean and organized. But the best thing is the prices. Everything is a buck. For example, for $1 you get 4 rolls of toilet paper that is surprisingly really good quality. They have kitchen wear, party supplies, cleaning supplies, beauty and care products, and some food. In my opinion the quality is better than Family Dollar and Dollar General. You can buy a lot of things here for half the price of Walmart.

Woefully understaffed. Today, it took me less than 5 minutes to shop, but waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Also, the buyer must be aware. Its easy to fall into the trap of thinking a particular item here is a good deal because its only a dollar. But many of these great deals are sold elsewhere for less than a dollar.

Customer service was good, but only 2 registers open made it where the lines were literally down the aisles. It must have been truck day because boxes were everywhere! But I know how Dollar Trees operate.

Great selection and nice employees (well except for this man who just transferred there and talked down to me like I was a simpleton). There is a huge selection of products and a sweet employee who helped recover my daughters lost stuffed animal.

Well the parking was easy and everyone seemed nice in this busy little Dollar Tree. However, the store was a mess. Dirty, unorganized shelves that were partially empty with boxes and boxes of product stacked all over the floor and on carts. New to the area so not sure of the competition.

Today I had the WORST experience at dollar tree ever. The WORST. I went in today to grab a few things and the whole entire store was filled with boxes and barley any product out. When I go to pay there was only one cashier so the cashier called for help. The other line opened so I moved because the customer in front of me was going to take a while. Worst mistake ever. I could see by the another customer who went before me that this cashier #2, JUNO at the other line was treating the customer ahead of me rudely. So when it came to me JUNO was just scanning and throwing the things I was buying. I placed my basket which contained smaller items I was buying on top of the counter and JUNO asked if this was mine. When I answered yes JUNO rudely grabbed the basket and flipped it over hold it up in the air and started to roughly shake the basket so everything could fall out of it. Ignoring the fact that I was going to buy these products she was treating like rocks. JUNO then grab those item and threw them across the scanner into a bag then flig the bag across the bagging area. JUNO did this with every single item. A purchase of 20 items. I kept my cool and didnt addresses it but the couple behind me who also put their basket on the counter started to quickly take their items out because of the behavior of JUNO. When it came to pay JUNO didnt even Tell me my total. After I paid I had a couple of bags and JUNO was already starting to proceed with the next customer. Since there wasnt any space in the bagging area JUNO rudly pushed my bags towards me instead of waiting a couple a seconds for me to grab the larger items I bought and the bags. On my way out I told JUNO to have a better day. And JUNO mumbled something under her breathe so I couldnt hear. Since Ive called cooperate and the store multiple times and no one has answered I hope theirs some kind of disciple for JUNO behavior. I myself am a Manger of a store and I refuse to let my employee treat ANYONE like so. If I was rude I could understand receiving it back. But the only thing I did wrong with this trip to Dollar tree was even going there in the first place.

Do not come here. Lady gave me the wrong change at the register and caused a whole scene to give me the correct change. She slammed her hand on the counter multiple times and was being passive aggressive with her word choices. Corporate will be hearing of this.

The store was spacious and clean; however, the dry food section needed to be restocked. The visit was on a Sunday. Maybe that was the issue with the stock.

Pretty much the same selection as you get any other Dollar Tree. The lines at this location tend to be a little longer and the staff really doesnt seem to care.

As far as DTs go, its pretty shabby.The store is either always dirty, always unstocked, or the aisles are filled with so many boxes you cant walk around. I come here frequently and this has always been my experience. They dont have a very wide range of goods. I usually go to Dollar Tree for cheap holiday decorations to make the kiddos happy but they just dont have any of the fun decorations other DTs have. Theyre almost always out of key items.But even still, everything they do have is only a dollar and you cant beat that.
