Awesome experience. They where the first ones I called for a quote and I liked the number but decided to shop around (just to make sure). Every other quote was way over their price. I decided to go with West Coast for my Hurricane windows and I am very happy with the results.From the order process to the installation to a follow up call (I damaged a screen) the service has been the BEST!!

The installers were prompt as scheduled. I spoke to Mark in the office and he handled all of the scheduling and did a great job!

The owner, Dave, came to our home and gave us a very fair and reasonable quote to replace eleven original windows with new hurricane windows. We expected good service because we used West Coast Windows before in our previous home. In fact, he replaced my parents’ windows and my brother’s windows. We all had great experiences with Dave’s crew. Dave’s crew came out and installed all our windows in one day. They left their areas cleaner than when they started. Their installation was perfect. My father-in-law wanted to see how well the interior finishing work was, and he was so impressed, he’s going to replace his old windows with West Coast Windows. I would happily recommend West Coast Windows to all. Well done.

From start to finish everything went great with West Coast Windows. Scott was our sales person and he was very low pressure but knowledgeable. We got 3 quotes and West Coast Windows has the best pricing and they offered to take down old hurricane shutters for us as part of the process. They installed 17 windows and a French door for us. The price was fantastic and the customer service and install went great! Very easy to work with and they helped me to get my TECO rebate as well by providing all the needed documentation.

I cant say enough good things about West Coast Windows in Temple Terrace. Twelve years ago they installed hurricane shutters in my house. Two of the locks broke this year, and they came and replaced them at no chatge to me. David, the owner, looked up my record from 12 years ago and found the right locks for me. Absolutely amazing. We did the right thing, and got three estimates. Two of them were double what West Coast Windows bid. They listened to my preferences and needs, and ordered up my windows. The turn around time was reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the process. The installation crew was respectful of me and my neighbors, and they were meticulous cleaning up after themselves. If you look at my reviews, I can be hard on those that I think could do better, but I cannot think of a single thing that West Coast Windows could have done to make this process any better. The windows look great, they open and close easily, they filter out the sounds of the neighborhood, and they will stand up to a hurricane. The two best parts, though, were the customer service, and the competitive pricing.

We had our windows installed almost 10 years ago and love them. I was cleaning them yesterday and found that two had a broken piece that prevented me from tilting them in for cleaning. I called this morning and Dave sent out a technician almost immediately. I had my windows repaired before noon. Both Dave and the technician were professional and courteous. I couldnt be more pleased with the service.

We had a full house window replacement done by West Coast Windows. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently removing the old windows and installing the new. The new windows are much more energy efficient and qualify for a TECO rebate. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well after their work. Highly recommend.

I should have written this review back in 2016 when I met Dave and his crew. I had windows, a garage door and a couple of exterior doors installed back then for 2 houses. The crew did a great job removing and installing everything and cleaning up the area.I am writing this review now because I called Dave to see if I could get some of the installation strip to replace the back doors strip. My 19 year old cat decided to shred the strip trying to get out.Today, Dave came with a new installation strip and INSTALLED it for me FREE! Now that is what I call service. I called West Coast Windows from an ad that I saw in a local magazine. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the windows that they installed. The technicians that installed my windows and doors where very skilled and acted very professional while on-site during the installation. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality product and quality installation. I will most certainly be calling them in the future when I need them again.

West Coast exceeded my expectations! There prices are competitive, the owner took the time to explain the process and the installation went smoothly. They even provide detailed instructions on how to apply for the rebate from TECO.

Kudos for west coast windows they are great and stand by their warranty our when door in sliding door were replaced in 2011 the door lock on the sliding glass door broke they fixed it and stood by their warranty like I said he was quick efficient professional and they are sympathetic To my problem can’t say enough good about them

In this one and done world we live in, I was surprised when I went back to West Coast Windows (WCW) after 15 year to get some hurricane shutter fittings. Not only did they have the fittings but also discontinued keys for the shutter locks, I didnt think possible.I met the owner Dave Dollbaum and he was most helpful. I have been very happy with the shutters and lexan panels, it took only and hour to button up my house just before Irma.The shutters WCW installed in 2004 work perfectly and I am looking at having WCW do work on another home I am planning on purchasing, very good work and a very fair price!!

They were great to work with, tackling a custom replacement project others were unable or unwilling to do. We have worked with them a few times and they are professional and competent.

If you want great service, hire WCW now ! WCW went above and beyond expectations. The installers communicated wonderfully, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Our electricity bill has gone down a bunch since the window install. No complaints almost a year after install. If I ever had any questions they didnt hesitate to spend time answering them. Dave helped us through the entire process of selecting the best, most affordable, windows for our house. Then, Daves team replaced all eleven of the old metal-frame windows, and one door, in our house and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the choice of windows and we have not had any problems in operation or workmanship of WCW. About one year after WCW installed our windows, a tree service company accidentally damaged a corner-cap that covers/joins two windows. We called Dave to see what it would take to have it repaired. Dave said, no problem, well have someone out to fix it when we have a job in your area. Within two days, it was fixed! There was no mention of cost or compensation. Thank you again WCW! We highly recommend WCW.
