I called over the weekend to inquire about a jewelry repair performed while I wait, and they told me they were busy but that I could come by during the week. I showed up on a weekday and he told me they were too busy to repair while I wait, despite there being no customers in the store. I have had this necklace repaired before and it took ten minutes, so Im not sure why he needed 7 hours to do it.

They probably thought we are not going to spend a big amount there. But we actually went to buy a nackless set. They do have a nice selection of gold but my experience was bad today. Don’t go here if you’re not Arab.. they think you can’t afford it. He wouldn’t show me what I asked for and gave me cheaper alternatives.. he also wasn’t paying attention to me and overcharging market value even when I did the math in front of him. To the owner, please hire better sales associates, I would have purchased if it weren’t for his stinky attitude. Also, no one was wearing a mask except for me and my mom. Not Covid-friendly

Scam place..My mens white gold bracelet clasp was repaired and replaced with a cheap Sterling silver clasp...They kept the white gold clasp that was broke..now its turning color..not happy, will not recommend!!! BEWARE!!!

The worst customer service experience ever! The owner is cocky in some fantasy world where Arabs are superior over others and doesnt really want to do business if youre not Arabic speaking. They buy cheap gold which very well might be brought in the country illegally and sell it on a extremely high margin. Dont waste your time here, rather go elsewhere or to Orlando which got much better options and stores who are willing to appreciate customers. Yasini sucks!

They customer service is terrible...I wanted to buy something and make a little adjustment.I was in a bit of a hurry so they told me to go do my stuff and come back in 20 min.I did that and when i came back they told me he didn’t have time to do it.So i had to wait there again while they were taking care of someone who wanted to buy a necklace set.He told me that he can’t do it because he is busy with that person even if i was first.Told me to wait so he finishes with that person...he didn’t care because he had bigger fish to fry...In the end i just left because i couldn’t waste another hour just to buy a bracelet.Time wasted and ended up without any gift for my nephew....
