I am very happy a friend of mine recommended this place... The protein and energy drinks are just awesome.. Im hooked..Will have to make my go to before work... The energy drink will keep you going.. I hope they will add more locations (i.e Bloomingdale, Riverview area hint hint ) in the future.. The atmosphere is wonderful and meeting one of the owners was refreshing.

This place has the kindest, most welcoming staff members and is so SO pleasant overall. i came here for the first time last week and did not for a second regret coming here. everyone was so helpful and quick to show me each of the drinks on the menu, and it felt so good to speak with people who are actually passionate about the product they are promoting. i love coming here and i make sure that with each cheat day i have, it’s spent here at essence nutrition. i will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as i am in tampa. thank you to the store owners and staff for giving me something new to look forward to each week! ❤️❤️❤️

The coffee with fat burning is my fav, but I also love their delicious teas and shakes! I am always excited about their flavors of the week. Sandra and Jermaine are super nice and full of energy.

This is place is such an amazing addition to the University/Tampa area! The drinks are just out of this world and the waffles on Waffle Saturdays are to die for. The owners Jermaine and Sandra are great people and create a such a welcoming environment. A great place to just chill, relax, and have great tasting protein shakes and teas. AWESOME SPOT!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The owners are so amazing. One thing I love about this place is that I never feel overly full. I always leave feeling amazing and ready to take on the day. Plus, it is always so clean in here! My favorite is the waffles they have on Saturday morning.

The staff is great, very friendly. They make good shakes and waffles, but they make everything with Herbalife. If they ever went independent without using Herbalife products I’d love to support them again.
