These guys are great! They were very friendly and helpful. They even stayed opened a few minutes late for me to run back and grab a part I was missing. You dont see that type of customer service anymore. That goes a long way in my book. It brings back that small town feel. Where people dont mind helping each other. I will definitely be going to ACE more often. Instead of the bigger box stores. Thanks for the help!

One of the smaller locations, but Ive never had problems finding what I need- especially with the extremely helpful ( like bend over backwards), knowledgeable, and friendly staff.Parking is a little tight, but I have always found a spot both matter the day or time.

My experience here was awful I had an employee refuse to help me and then after the manager stepped in to help me set employee followed me to my car confronting and arguing with me after I said multiple times please back away from my vehicle I had some cool corporate only to find out this is a private franchise and I spoke with someone in a higher position I dont know if it was the owner but I would never return to this location again

I walked into the store there were a few guys standing there having conversation, I looked around confused because all stores are different. Henry dismissed himself from the conversation and greeted me with a smile and said may I help you. I said yes I’m looking for log firewood. Henry located it for me and brought it back to front of the store I said I’m sorry I need 5 he said no problem I just need the buggy tho (laughing out loud) he loaded my buggy up and even took it to my car and loaded it in the trunk. Now if that’s not quality customer service I don’t know what is. We need more Henry’s!!!! You rock Henry!!!!

The people here are always extremely helpful and polite. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk (checkout) to all the associates (men and women) on the floor. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful. You just have a question or two about your project, they know or will find the answer for. You need something, tell them what toy are trying to do and they will show you several solutions. Then you select the solution that works best for you. I am in this ACE about twice a week now. Sometimes buying, sometimes just with questions on a project, they always help me out. Five stars are not enough for ACE. Should be at least 10. 👍👍

The people are very friendly. However your key cutting experience will vary depending on who is in the key area. I took two Audi keys to be cut, the young man ruined both keys because he apparently didnt understand how to align the machine. I have cut keys in the past and their was clearly an ailment issue.Needless to say there should be training before allowing ANYONE to cut keys at $35 a piece - no refunds. you are required to pay first so ....People where nice though.....

They pack alot in a small space. The folks that work there are awesome. They will for sure have that thing your looking for, or point you in the right direction.

This might look like a small store from the street. It always has a much larger variety than the big box hardware. This ACE always has what I need. What I really like is, if you only need say a 1 or 2 nuts and bolts, you only have to buy what you need. Not a bag (prepackage) of 8 or 12, nuts and bolts. I only need two, to repair an item. I will NEVER, use all the others that the big box H/W forces you to buy. When I was doing some remodeling, I needed a particular size hole saw to install recessed lights, big box h/w sales the lights but not the hole saw to install them. Nor could the correct size be ordered. ACE had the hole saw in stock. As soon as I said the size I needed, the associate said, you must be installing x type recessed lights. I have never gone into this ACE and not found what I needed (unlike big box h/w stores).

I go to Ace often to grab things for small around the house projects. They are closer than the big stores, and they pack so many things into their little space its amazing. The people there are very helpful and available. Not like going to the bigger stores where you have to hunt down an employee to get help. Ace is the place.

This is a smaller store that still has a decent selection of hardware while being way less crowded than home depot. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, though their expertise levels vary. Definitely enough associates to help every customer for a regularly busy store.Checkout is quick so you wont be standing in line for long if at all.

Little store but they seem to have everything, including the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Need to find something, just ask for help. Great service, great neighborhood hardware store that has saved me countless trips to the big box stores that I loathe.

Ive been to many tool shops but this specific store has by far the most stacked up tools available and SUPERB customer service! Walked in and felt like a celebrity from how much each associate was helping and even the cashier was great and cracking jokes lol

I really enjoyed my visit to this Ace store. I needed some screws for a desk that I am putting together. They were very attentive, helpful and friendly from the minute I walked in the door.

I’ve been a customer at this location for 20+ years. Unfortunately they won’t honor the warranty on the Craftsman tools they sell. I trusted that they were better than the big box stores and deserved the markup on their products, but if this is how they treat customers with the products they sell. I’m better off going to the big box and getting a better price.

Had just want I was looking for. Very helpful people that go out of their way to help find what you need. Cant say that about the big home improvement stores.

I prefer Ace to Home Depot because you can be attended to, get your needs and leave happy 😁!

Shockingly large inventory, friendly and helpful staff - definitely a step up from the bigger competitors.

ACE is amazing in a world where customer service does not exist anymore specially in the BIG stores. I went there on the advice of my bicycle tech, to get a particular bolt we needed to fix my bike. At ACE, there are plenty of red shirts to get help from.. REAL HELP!... people who actually know about bolts or screws or whatever you need. Try that at Home Depot or Lowes... if you can find anybody to help you, and if you do, the guy probably knows very little. Thanks God we still have a place like this, the old fashion way.

One of the things I will say about this hardware store, I never have to ask for help. I give it about maybe 10 to 30 seconds tops and an associate always walks up to me and inquires to me if I need help.

Very good customer service. Something sadly missing from the big box stores. They even provided me with a mask because I had forgot mine. I was searching for an epoxy waterproof adhesive. I was pleasantly pleased with the large selection of adhesives to choose from, and again someone taking the time to help me research and choose the perfect product for the job. Thanks again to Ace for helping me out of a sticky situation.

My girlfriend came here to get the battery in our key fob for our Prius changed. I dont recommend anyone else do this, if they arent sure how to open the fob they wont admit it, and tell you to take it elsewhere.Instead the guy who worked on it didnt know what he was doing and he broke key fob into two pieces, and messed up the threading on the internal screws. The guy gave it back to my girlfriend and said he was sorry it broke. He also took a personal phone call while he was working on the key fob.My girlfriend isnt confrontational so she just left and came home to show me the key fob. I went back down to the store and and asked for the manager on duty and spoke with Dave, an older guy.Dave looked at the fob, confirmed his coworker broke it, and then gave it back to me. He asked if I still wanted the battery replaced on the broken key fob. I didnt see any reason to put a new battery in a broken key fob.I asked what they were willing to do since they broke the key fob and now I have to go buy a new one and get it programmed.Dave said they werent going to do anything about it and that is just the nature of the thing. As I walked out he said this kind of thing happens.Well I have never been to any other store where they will agree to try and replace a part, break your possession and then shrug and tell you thats the nature of the thing.Ive always preferred Ace to the big hardware stores, but this was a terrible experience. I will keep using Ace but I will probably never come back to this store, and I will never trust Ace to touch my keys again.

Great store and friendly staff.Unfortunately a bad paint department.I came back twice and paid a lot of money into not refundable paint for two different guys to try and figure out if they can mix paint.The first bucket I said that it did not match and the kids stared at me like I asked him a math question so I just tried the paint. Didnt work like I expected.Second person really tried and we got closer but paint mixing is something that requires a professional touch that obviously this store doesnt have and now Im stuck with two gallons of paint I cant use.I grew up going to Ace back on Illinois and never imagined Id be delivering them a bad review.

Our Ace in Temple Terrace.My keys work when I get them.Variety of sodas to select.You can drop of your screen here but they cant fix them here. They send them to Bloomingdale.Chip keys are pricey but if you need it they are their. Clean store.Always helpful staff.Only place I go and let them round up to take money to donate.Love the chocolate bars at the counter.We need a bigger store.
