I enjoy going to Michaels but there is no diversity in the store. I have never seen diversity there. Makes me not want to shop there.

They didnt have as much yarn as they used to have. The yarn aisle seems to have gotten smaller, and not as many sales on yarn that they used to have. Their prices are going up as well. I left with some impeccable that was on sale, but I wasnt truly that impressed this time.

This was my 1st time going to Michaels. Brenda Kay was my cashier. She went out of her way to help me, she was amazing!!!! I plan on going back for all of my craft needs. Its really nice to experience such great customer service in a world where hate is celebrated.

A good store. Better priced than Hobby Lobby and nicer staff. The lines can be a little long if its busy but worth the wait. The selection of things they have is great and the isles are well organized and well stocked.

This is a last resort if Hobby Lobby doesnt have what I need and usually its the mustard yellow vinyl that I always have to come get some here but the prices are super high😳

Fun store to shop at.

It has a lot of stuff. I wish there candy making and cake decorating section was bigger. And as I walked around the store not one employee said a word to me.

Business is very clean, and follows all COVID-19 business recommendations. Great selection of various art supplies and even some none art supplies. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. The only downside was on the upper wall in one area was marked food art and it was full of ribbon, nothing food related at all. Other than that, its a great store for the artistic!

A woman who works there approached me when NOONE was around me. She told me to cover my nose with my mask. I do not cover my nose because the danger to others comes from our breath. I did pull up the handkerchief, even though there was noone anywhere near me (the store was nearly empty). As I began to shop, the woman kept coming to check that I was compliant. I felt completely harassed and will NOT be back to Michaels. I left the merchandise I was going to purchase in the cart and walked out. I spent my money at Hobby Lobby instead.

They have what seems to me EVERYTHING !!! GREAT STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Overall a very good experience. The cashier was very helpful when the item I wanted was discovered damaged prior to checkout. Some of the aisles could have used some tidying, but overall, I would be happy to shop here again.

This is my second time visiting this store. I had a pretty good experience. There were lots of arts, crafts and frames to choose from. A lot if items were on sale (40%) off. I also got a great deal on picture storage containers, exactly what I was looking for. In addition, I appreciate the military/teacher discount of 15%.

Its been awhile since Ive been in here. One thing I dislike about Michael is how close everything is to each other. 2 normal size adults cant be in the same aile. Its a pain trying to find someone to assist you and today to top it off every employee seemed to be having a bad day. I only went because I was crafting and ran out of something I really needed and it was Sunday, Hobby Lobby was closed.

Store has most everything at 60% off. If you are going to get anything for the 4th of July, then go here. Great prices 👍. Much smaller than Hobby Lobby but prices are great.

Love this store. Every time i go into Michaels i find some craft that is fun for me and the family.

Great store, its like a mini Hobby Lobby. This location has easy parking. Employees are nice had seen decent prices. Just not a lot of inventory. It was clean and maintained. Only one cashier avaible when I was there.

The selection of craft materials was decent. I was surprised by how high the prices were given the average quality. I would think you could do better with a little shopping, but if you are short on time, Michaels might be a good option.

Best craft store Ive been in. Better at religious neutrality than Hobby Lobby, so I dont feel like its in my face. Has a better selection of craft supplies as well. Definitely prefer here and reccomend it to others.

This is my favorite store!!! I have yet to come in and ask for something they dont have. The staff has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. I dont have a Michaels in my town and I drive almost an hour to get to this one.

I love having Michaels in my area. I love doing crafts. Michaels has such a large assortment and I have found there process to be a bit less than another local craft store in the area. Oh and the classes that they have. It is just awesome!

I absolutely HATE this place for being so close to me!!! THEY ALWAYS SEND me the BEST coupons any craft store has to offer. Their EVERYDAY deals are the BOMB!!! I cant go a day without looking at the site at least once a day... And it seems as if I only work to give my hard earned money to them!!! Then THEY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING freaking customer service, its ashame theyre still in business because who has customer service skills anymore... Oh thats right... MICHAELS IN TEMPLE does!!! They didnt have much of what I needed like they use to. What happened to all the planners? I miss the variety they once had. Shelves were bare. Not one employee asked me if I needed help. The cashier was helpful but I was beyond ready to leave by then.
