We hired this company to repair 4 screens and replace a kitchen window in a house we were moving from on 7/09/21. They assured us even though we were moving, they would still be able to do the repair, we just had to get someone to let them in.The job was prepaid as we are military and had PCS orders. I should have went with my gut and NEVER prepaid anything.They told us the glass would take 2 weeks to come in, but they never called to say it arrived; we had to call them. Of course when I called to find out what the hold up was, they said they received the glass.Since we have moved, the company said they would be out on 7/29 or 7/30 between 1 & 5pm to do repair and would call us so I could have my friends meet them & let them in.... they never called.We called the following Monday to find out why they didnt do the work. My husband was told they replaced a bedroom window and had been let in by a painter?? He was also told they never fixed the kitchen window. They changed a bedroom window????? Thats funny cause we didnt even have a bedroom window broken!! They said they would replace the right window, but had to order the glass again!!!During the time they were waiting to fix their mistake by reordering the glass, the Rental company had the kitchen window fixed. By now its been over a month theyve been waiting on this kitchen window to be fixed.I contacted the company to get my money back for the glass since they didnt do the repair to the kitchen window, but the owner refused to give any of it back. He said they repaired a widow and even though it was not the one we paid for.. they repaired one. I explained in great detail#1 they were paid for a kitchen window not a bedroom#2 they never called to arrange a time for my people to supervise the repair, they let themselves in for all I know#3 I have no proof the changed anything at all.#4 it was supposed to be 2 weeks and a month later they still hadnt fixed the window.#5 its not our fault they chose not to call and meet our people to be let in and have the job supervised, so its not my fault they supposedly fixed the wrong window.Shady as heck.. they made a mistake and pass their cost to the customer!! I guess well be going to court!

I didn’t realize that I had a rain sensor windshield. They didn’t charge me extra for my mistake. That’s just good old fashioned neighborly business.

Called and got a same day appointment. My windshield got popped while on 35 and they did a wonderful job.

I needed a new windshield. It was ordered and within a week it was delivered and installed. When I originally made the appointment, I discovered I had double booked. I called and asked if I could move my appointment a half hour to the right, and they were more than accommodating. When I arrived, the new windshield was installed immediately, and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I had a perfect experience with Glass Doctor. I will certainly be recommending them to others and will be back if I ever need any glasswork done in the future.

I took my 15 year old Honda in for a windshield replacement. The first go round had wind noise bad. They replaced with another gasket (molding). Then it leaked. They repaired that. Normally this would seem not to be a good thing, but they always were open on the issues, accommodating and respectful of my needs. Im setting up my Tacoma to have the windshield replaced in it. Im taking it to Glass Doscort of Bell County. i know I can count on them taking care of any issue.

We used the Glass Doctor, everything having to do with the WINDOWS and there was 5-Double panel Windows in total in 3-different rooms in my home all different sizes and the work was awesome, we were very satisfied with the work.I have 4-Stars because I did not realize till the next evening when I went to get the mail that the guys had apparently dropped the old windows some how some way they left broken glass several of the ones they replaced because the glass was different size and thickness, they were sloppy workers and left broken glads all over the street in front of my residence, they had to know they dropped that much glass and we had to clean it up, I was so upset that they would leave it and not try to get it up .Check behind them till they leave or be prepared to clean up a mess.

My house is under contract and I needed two windows repaired. I called them this morning and they had a tech to me by afternoon for an estimate. Chris was AWESOME! He was able to repair both windows on the spot by using good parts from one for the other, and with a stroke of luck he had the parts in his truck to fix the one he borrowed from (he didnt think he had it). Affordable and quick repair made me and my Broker extremely happy.

At 10am a technician arrived and removed remaining broken glass.He immediately cut a new piece of glass and repaired our window. No matter how hard a business works at customer service, this happen, and some people can never be pleased. I am happy to report a superior level of service, and found the repair to the vehicles I had in the shop today, to be superior. Replaced the windscreen on my Mustang... Perfect! Had a repair done for rock chips on the wife and daughters vehicles, and the repair was so good, that I had a hard time finding it. I looked through the windscreen at various angles and there was no distortion of light. I suspect that I can more readily find the repair with the sunlight from a setting sun hitting the windscreen, but in the morning and afternoon sun it was invisible.Customer service was quite good. Every staff member and the technician on duty was pleasant. This is a USAA endorsed repair facility and it shows in the level of service. There are bigger repair & replacement services that will come to your home, work, etc; but for me it was important to keep the money spent as much in the local economy as possible. A bigger company would have sent someone from Austin, but I prefer to vote with my dollars, and choose those who live in my own community. I have used other glass services on Fort Hood and the surrounding area, and the level of repair quality pales in comparison to what I received from my local Glass Doctor.

I had a windshield replaced today and was totally pleased with the whole process. I arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment due to heavy traffic. I was immediately greeted with smiles and vehicle was taken in for repair. The front desk Ladies likewise very cordial and handled the paperwork with ease. I will definitely be back the next time I need windshield repairs or replacement. Since my windshields seem to be rock magnets, I am sure there will be a next time. 👍

I called about lunch time, and they got me in the following morning at 8am for a windshield replacement... quick, polite and easy to deal with.

Called them on a Friday morning, not expecting to be able to get service that day. They said it would need to be following week. Received a call from a technician a couple of hours later saying he was on his way to the house. I was out shopping, by the time I got home he was cutting the replacement glass.He was done in about 20 minutes. Did a good job at a reasonable price.

Coming through Temple on an RV trip, we discovered we had a broken window on our 5th wheel trailer. Since bad storms were forecast for the next day, we knew we had to get it replaced pronto.
