Brought my car in to add a subwoofer and let me just say they are not the ones to go to. The first time I went in the “main audio” guy said one thing and then the second time the owner said it’s not possible. They are also incredibly overpriced and charge $80 per hour for a job not including the parts. I also went to get my lettering badges on the side of my car painted and they wanted $300. If your looking for audio visit Dave at HP Audio 2 minutes down the road.

These guys did an amazing job on my custom Jeep work! Brought them a stock Jeep Wrangler with an extensive list of changes I wanted made to the Jeep. Custom pain work, custom stereo work, custom lift, etc etc. Jon worked very closely with me and went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Any questions or concerns I had after the fact were handled promptly. Thanks for an amazing job.

Slowest paint job on hood and one front wheel well of mini van i have ever been witness to. Had vehicle for over a month after taking a month to get it in the shop. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY EMENIES. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS. :(

Did bad tint job with a lifetime warranty.I went back and paid for a re-tint on one side.It came off again so I took door panel off so he couldextend the tint a little below the rubber sweep. Not a big deal!At this point he accused me of being a hostile customer and refusedservice!A hostile customer wouldnt pay for a job they didnt get!I suggest going next door. That guy did it right .cheaper with better tint!

I do not recommend coming to this place I made an appointment with the lady in the front in advance. The day of I dropped off my car and she told me it wouldn’t take long and they will have it by the end of day max. I called multiple times nobody would pick up. When they finally did they said they need one more day. So I went up there to find out they haven’t even touched my car it was in the exact same place I left it. So from 8 in the morning to almost 5:30 they didn’t touch my car. And when I asked for my keys back they looked at me as if I was in the wrong. Definitely do not recommend working with these people at all.

J&M Customs knocked it out of the park with my new bumper. Their excellent customer service made easy to find what I wanted for the best price in town. John and crew took care of the insurance and rental hassles as well. J&M will definitely have my return business for all my truck and car accessory needs.

I rarely rate anything five stars, However this company is deserving of five stars. Unequivocally the best experience I have ever had with a shop. These guys operated with integrity and transparency. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Jonathan at J&M collision,very nice and friendly ppl, took my car in for damage on passenger side from a deer,door wouldnt open bc serious damage to fender, also had damage to bumper,and back door,in about a week,I had my car back,they did an excellent job,and matched the original paint perfectly, back door also was very dull looking, I asked if he could buff it too,door looks brand new, with a beautiful shine,thanks Jonathan, i was beyond happy for the work they did,i highly recommend J&M collision

Got my Windows Tinted there. Everyone there was super friendly and in and out in 2h..it seems like they did a good job....if anything changes I will update this.

I took my Tacoma truck in for work on the stereo system. The staff were all very friendly and kept me updated during the entire process. The work done was great and at a fair price. Very happy with their service and the experience.

Went to go get a radio installed in my car, I had payed for parts a few days before taking it in. they said they would have everything in and ready to go when i dropped it off. I took it in and payed them the rest of the money, they called me and said they were gonna need another day I said ok and gave them another day then they called the next day saying they need another day and at this point i was frustrated cause it’s just a radio install and not nothing complex. I leave it there another day and on the third day they told me it still wasn’t done and they were wanting another day, I said the hell with it and went to pick up my car and get my money back. I talked to the installer and he said he was out sick which is understandable i’m not mad about that but when I repeated to him what I was told by the front desk guy he gave a weird look that seemed like the excuse I was given was incorrect which ticked me off more. if i were you i would take your audio business to David at HP audio, He’s completely upfront with you and doesn’t bs you like these guys and does a hell of a job. I will also be copying this review just incase they want to save face and delete it.

After taking my car up there three different times to get a back up camera and Bluetooth Apple radio added paying over 1,000 I get a radio under my dash they disconnected all of my features included my volume on the dash and steering wheel. Oh and the “Bluetooth” radio is a cord out of my glove box. I just spent the last 20 minutes crying because this isn’t what I paid for and feel totally swindled out of my money. They were not very upfront with what I was getting and pure laziness for not wanting to change the dash with the controls. Hopefully I can take it somewhere else and get it fixed the way it was supposed to be (oh and spend more money) :( Pics what I thought I was getting vs what I got. Called the next morning after I had cooled off and the owner basically said it was my fault that I got exactly what I wanted. False if you had told me you were going to disconnect all of my steering wheel features I would have said no. His employee only showed meThe radio on the computer not the dash kit. Very money hungry and they take advantage ofPeople. Sleezeballs come in all forms.

Phenomenal service that goes above and beyond the call of duty, all of the employees are very knowledgeable, and after talking with Jared he managed to solve two weeks worth of struggling to fix up my car stereo and get it up and running properly in less than 30 minutes

I paid them up front hoping that i could trust these guys. They held off doing my work for 3 weeks! Everytime i came to check it was another excuse. When i got tired of waiting, i went for my money back and they tried to only give me half back. Claimed that i only paid half on a video camera.smh... When i asked him to show it he refused. They are liars and very dishonest people. They take advantage of the working man and united states military alike. They only care about the money. Do not take your vehicle to these guys are you will regret it.

Initially thought highly of this business. I am assuming they are to busy to give quotes. Called almost 2 weeks ago and never received a return call. Finally called back and then put on hold for over 6 min and then got cut off. They are too busy for me to take my business back. Not sure how long they would hold on to your property if they work on it.

Came by with a dented passenger door (wind caught hold of it when we opened the door) and they dropped everything just to fix it within 10 min free of charge. Caring and trustworthy workers!
