Very poor customer service in the Service Department. Made an appointment to have infotainment system CMU replaced. They made sure I was keeping the appointment (twice) and when I arrived, the part was not there, and was not even ordered. So I kept my appointment so they could order the part! I was upset. They said they would call the following week when the part came in. I waited til Wednesday then called to check on the status. When I got through to the Service Department, Cassandra tried to check on the status of the part. When no one answered in the Parts Department, she told me to call the Parts Dept and leave a message!
The customer serice and our mechanic for our Mazdas are the best in the area. We cross 4 or 5 cities to get to this facility because of both of those qualities listed above! Great job, Garlyn Shelton and its employees!
