These ladies are amazingly wonderful at their jobs! The front desk is helpful and accomdating with scheduling and the waxers are so gentle and do a really good job of walking you through everything! I would 100% recommend the European wax center to anyone/everyone!!!

I went to EWC for my first time yesterday for a Brazilian, Amber was my waxer and her customer service was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and explained the process as she did it. 11/10 recommend going here!

My first and second visit were awesome. I got the wax passes. Since then the service has been horrible! I have a scheduling issue just about every time from their end and they do nothing to compensate you or fix it.. Instead they push you out an additional 2 weeks and has the oh well attitude. The staff is rude and seem unhappy. After my 2 last passes are done I will not go back. I dont recommend anyone to go here. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I know things happen. But when it happens over and over and over there is no excuse except for poor service.

It was my first wax experience at this location and Amber did amazing with my Brazilian!! She is very knowledgeable in her profession, detail oriented, and the best part is that she made the experience QUICK & almost completely painless! My tolerance for pain in very low but Amber made the overall experience better. I found a new wax home & will definitely be back. AMBER IS AAAAAMMMMAAAZING! She did my first Brazilian (and thighs) for the first time since a sugaring I had done 5years ago & KILLED IT! I, obviously, was nervous and a bit scared but, she talked me through it the whole way and was a huge support during the process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time with ZERO feeling of judgement or feeling of being uncomfortable....... which, let’s be honest....... can be 100% “a thing” when we are butterflyed with nothing on. She gave me great recommendations for home care and explained the benefits of all the products and what to use..... she didn’t try and sell me anything that wouldn’t TRULY benefit me because I was ready to buy EVERYTHING😂 Book with Amber and I PROMISE you and your kitty, or any other body part, will not be disappointed. I was still nakie from the waist down talking about “when can I come in again in 4weeks” 😂Bless her heart because she even went in and tweezed some of the stranglers and explained why some might still be left (hair growth cycle) and how we will figure out what it is and make adjustments need be so the kitty can be nakie and gets all the bang.... and money well spent.She’s GREAT & has a FOREVER client just from a first appointment schedule on a whim! Gabby was extremely professional and friendly. She exceeded my expectations. She did a great job on my first Brazilian wax and underarms. She did a great job on my eyebrows too. I will definitely come back just for her. She was knowledgeable about everything. She answered all my questions and concerns. Her vibe is friendly and warm. Amber is fantastic!I’m 34 weeks pregnant and from month 4 till now she has been seeing me every 4 weeks. If you’re worried about laying on your back too far along or if she can do it around the giant baby bump have no fear. She will work with you to make you most comfortable. That means for the legs and the Brazilians she’s got you! She has a special breathing technique that also helps because we all know how sensitive we are during pregnancy. So if you’re expecting and are intimidated by still waxing don’t worry and just ask for Amber!

Horrible customer service 😑 😒 🙄After being a loyal client for upwards of a year I was called by Edna one of the front desk workers telling me that I had NOT infact paid for my wax pass. This was 5 waxes in, on a year long wax pass. How would she not have known that it wasnt paid? So instead of being professional she instead decided to tell me that I needed to pay for ANOTHER wax pass in order to continue being serviced there. I folded. My mistake. So she basically fleeced me for upwards of $300. If thats how you want to do business that is fine and I will gladly take my dollars elsewhere. Please be careful and keep all of your receipts!

Today was my first time getting a wax at EWC! Overall Great experience.....Lexie was great. The establishment is kid friendly.

I never had an issue going here. Everyone was always friendly and did a great job. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I requested a refund due to COVID, which wasn’t a problem on their end to refund me, but the process of having to call and constantly be on hold was a little ridiculous. I had to call numerous times and repeat the process of sending in a form and giving my number and name, I don’t know how many times, got really old. I was told a couple of times the manager would call and she never reached out until I expressed how frustrated I was getting and asked if this person even existed. I feel they need more people to help at the front or manage this place and that may have made this a smoother process. Thanks for the good service I did received when going there.

This was my second wax, first time at this location and I was still nervous so I searched through Google reviews to find a trusted waxer and kept seeing Ambers name mentioned! I scheduled with her and do not regret it! She was so kind and calm, walked me through everything as I was still nervous. She gave me helpful tips and recommended products without being a pushy salesperson. I definitely recommend Amber at this location!

I would like to say this is my third time coming to this facility Clarissa was very professional very nice very compassionate since some of the services that I got I were a little scared. I recommend her as your wax specialist the atmosphere is very relaxing almost like youre at a facial facility.

Due to Covid-19, it is required that we call before coming in for our appointment. I had an appointment at 415, and was sitting at the light right outside of the parking lot to enter, stuck behind an accident I could do nothing about. I called to let them know I was pulling into the parking lot but still at the light and they did not answer the phone at 4:17, or 4:19. Finally somebody answered the phone at 4:21 and she told me to go ahead and come in.When I walked on the receptionist was on the phone, and so I sat down to wait and be seen. When she got off the phone she told me that I walked in at 4:25 and so they could not see me and that my services would be rejected. She told me this after I sat in the lobby approximately 5 min waiting for her to get off the phone.This is highly unprofessional and your receptionist was unbelievably rude to me. I’ve been a client here for years and this is the only time I’ve ever been late and called to let you know ahead of time that there were matters outside of my control. Get a better receptionist that has some control over her attitude because you just lost a customer.

This was probably the best Brazilian wax experience Ive ever had. The wax they use is high quality and Sierra was amazing!

Easy to call and schedule an appointment. Front desk and technicians are all personable and helpful. Yeah it hurts a bit, but they do a good job of making it hurt as little as possible and educating you on how to get the most out of your wax.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing from when I called to make my appointment to when I showed up. I wasnt waiting long before I was called back. Priscilla was wonderful. I’ve been going here for a while now & ive never had any problems until yesterday.i booked a Brazilian & I seen a new waxer named Tiffany (My old waxer doesn’t work there anymore) DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I got home only to see hairs .. like actual hairs still on me & my back side .. this is unacceptable!! I was wondering why the service was faster than usual. Also i had to make conversation so it didn’t feel awkward .. she wasn’t really interested in talking .. overall bad service and won’t be going back to her ever !!

This place is so great! They’re always friendly and kind. I’ve been going for a while now and Alissa has been my specialist. She’s always super friendly, and somehow remembers details about my life even though she sees so many people. I had a Brazilian done for the first time today and she made it much less stressful. She was also honest about how it would feel, and she kept talking me through it which was very reassuring. I will definitely keep going, and I recommend it to all my friends!

I went to EWC for an 11:15 am appointment with Amber. It was my first consultation and wax in a few years. The front desk attendant was very nice and made feel comfortable. Amber came out and greeted me. She is so sweet with her Southern accent. She made me feel very welcome. She explained exactly what she was doing and why. She knew her stuff to the T. She asked continuously if the wax was too hot, if she was pressing too hard, if I was overall okay. She made sure I took my deep breathes. Her talking to me the whole time made the experience very fast, pleasant, and most of all painless. That was one of the first waxes I received that I did not really dread after. One thing I regret was not taking the advantage of getting the full Brazilian for $27. First time guest get half off the price. I will be back. I did buy a product that Amber had me convince to get. I am excited to use that. Overall thank you for an awesome experience EWC!

Amazing first time experience!! I received a completely free eyebrow wax for being a first time customer today. It was an awesome experience. Gabby was my wax specialist. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. I added on a lip wax, due to loving the patented hard wax they use. Learned so much today and will definitely be going back❤ I left feeling beautiful.

When I first got there the front desk associates were amazing BUT when I got to the back I had the WORST experience ever. Being that it was my first time I figured amber (my wax specialist) would’ve been nicer and would’ve had more patience but she was rushing the whole process. She even left me in the room with wax all over just to go tell the front that she would be done in 5 mins. Fast forward, I got home to see that I still had hair and that she burned me twice. I’m so disappointed I paid $72 for my first Brazilian wax, full butt, lip and chin.

Gabriela also informed me of products that could help me, which I bought! You will not be disappointed if you go to one of their locations!
