This store has just about everything you could possibly want for a party or any other fun event. They have themes and then a bunch of stuff organized by color.They also offer a 10% discount to teachers. Super cool!

Great selection of party supplies. They have themes for many popular parties. Store was clean and employees were available for questions. Price was a little higher than I liked but they surely had all the items instock.

No stars if I could! I drove from Waco to Temple store to purchase an item they said they had 5 of online. When I got there, the item was not on the shelf and the person working did not have any idea of how to check inventory to find my item! Item online says it is available for “curbside pickup”. NOT TRUE!

Order was not ready when we arrived. Once they finally found they told us that they were out of one of the balloons. I asked them to double check and they found it. Turns out they found a reject balloon as it has already started deflating and all the other ones look perfect. Not happy.

Great selection and customer service

I went to pick up balloons for a baby shower. I had gone up to the online order pickup line. The wait was awful but once I got to the counter I was met by a woman who seemed to have no idea where my balloon order was. I feared they lost my order. Luckily the balloons were found and I was on my way out 35 minutes later...

The staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. The place is clean, well kept up, and organized.

Hire more help! I shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour to get 6 balloons.

Newly opened, well stocked but finding employees to assist was very difficult. Hopefully, theyll improve their staffing. Although well-marked, due to large size, finding products difficult.
