UPDATE: Ive had the Bike home a couple of weeks, the deal is done and I am satisfied....Kord Davis went out of his way at HorneyToad to make sure the Bike and I, where well took care of. Im a female and I received the same treatment as any one else who walks in to buy a motorcycle.I would like to give a thumbs up to Kord Davis (business manager) who took care of processing my loan and also, is still going beyond on getting me and my new bike took care of and home. Dont be shy about asking him questions he is very Pro.My sales man was Kevin Niederriter and he was a lot of fun to shop with. I recommend looking for him when you arrive. I believe he loves the job more than the pay if you know what I mean.

Always good service and helpful staff. I got some good tips on how to make shirts my own. Came to replace our shirts because we had given all our Temple and Fort Hood shirts away, now that our duty station is changing we have to show where the Great Place is.

Someone seems to hate me it seems like. Not saying any names they know who they are. Be careful not to break a 30 cent bolt on you bike it could end up being 32 million dollars to replace and they may give you the bike back with more problems and cause you to almost crash on the highway.

I took my 1996 Road King here after I inherited it. The service was easily scheduled and they were able to pick-up the bike. The service department really rolled up their sleeves and went over every inch of the bike, clearly explained what was needed, and assisted in overcoming obstacles in getting parts. When I went to pick it up, the whole staff (service, clothing, sales) was all friendly and warm. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to purchasing the next bike here!

Kord, John, and Mack made purchasing my first Harley Davidson a great experience overall. The bike is awesome, service was great even after the sale Ive spoke to Kord several times. Mack came and picked up my second trade after the deal was done so I didnt have to run around with friends to drop the bike off and then get a ride home. Make sure you work your trade values and get other offers before you accept trades, there was no room to move on the purchase pricing I was offered, and while Kord did make some calls for me to get a bit more on my trade, the number on my Goldwing was a bit lower than expected. The customer service after the deal was done speaks volumes about the dealership. Overall happy with my deal. Go see John, Kord, and Mack.

Traded in my GSXR for 2021 fat boy. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and fair pricing on my fatboy. Cord from sales made the entire process smooth and painless. This Harley Davidson dealership was on our list of stops for our road trip. Ran in to traffic so we got there right at 3:55, they were closing at 4 but the doors were already locked. We sat at the tables outside to get a breather. The young curly haired guy came outside with another young woman with dark hair that worked there. He was letting customers out. We asked if they had a bottled water available. He said no, they had no water. I’ve never been to Harley where there was no water or even a vending machine for water? We sat there for another 10 min resting as he continues to let other customers out. I get that they had just closed, but in 95 degree weather he could have given the water. Some common courtesy would have been nice. Way to support riders Horney Toad!Update:In addition to the above. My friend also posted on Facebook and this man John Robert Williams basically called her a liar, said he or his wife works there and we checked out. He Started bashing her on your Facebook page. We were never in Harley, and if that person or their wife works for your store you may want to rethink who you have representing you.

These guys were so accommodating and fun to be around I wish I lived closer because I would be going frequently but we drove from Tuscola to pick up a Trike for me since I am unable to physically ride a two wheeled motorcycle.I absolutely LOVE my beautiful Triglide Ultra Classic and everywhere we take it people stop and ogle it!I call her my Purple People Eater and nicknamed her after my aunt that passed in 2011 who I used to ride with. My cousin (her daughter) suggested I name her Sis or Sissy since that was my aunts nickname.I had trouble at first learning to steer her but watched some YouTube and read about differences between the handling and learned the push/pull difference and since then it just keeps getting better and better!Ive missed riding so much and had cried and cried when I couldnt successfully complete the two wheel endorsement class because my leg gave out on me. This trike has liberated me and honestly has ALOT more horsepower than anything I could have handled on two wheels!Now if John would send me the picture he took of me on it I would be ecstatic and I think I may be taking her in to the local HD shop to have some suspension work done so she handles even better.They told me I got a year free membership to HOG but didnt tell me how to activate that so I was a little disappointed by that but so anxious to get to learning about my trike that I went ahead and just paid for the year of full membership.I have been practicing on our local slow country roads learning the feel of her and getting more comfortable and confident so that I will be safe on the road.

We ended up talking a lot with beard guy Joe, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, and took my wife around helping us figure out what kind of ride shed be most comfortable on. Also told us the ins and outs of their learners course, and will more than likely be signing her up for it in the future once shes able to join it.

Knowledgeable staff and a ton of options to choose from. When I didnt see a bike on the floor that I was crazy about they took me to the back and showed me one that had just been delivered. Everybody there was friendly and they gave me what I felt was a fair deal without playing the usual back and forth games.

Always love going here. Though my wallet would probably disagree. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and eager to take care of their customers and anyone that just stops by.

Loved this place. We are fairly new to the area. My husband has a lot of t-shirts from Chandler, AZ Harley shop. Thought it was time to get him a Horney Toad shirt and new hat. Sales gal was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great staff in all the departments. They made sure I understood the controls even though I have been riding since about 6yo (Now 53yo). Service department adjusted the bars and controls to my liking and comfort. before riding the bike home. Parts guys were awesome and the clothing Ladies were great letting my know he different features of specialized riding gear offered by the dealership.

I bought a 2019 Harley Davidson Iron 883 Motorcycle and the same day it broke down on me. The dealership knew it was a liability when they had charged the battery before selling it. I saw them hook up jumping cables to start the bike and was suspicious of the action taken. I drove to Salado, Texas later that day and filled up the motorcycle with gas and it would not start so I had to push start it. After push starting it, I drove to Austin thinking that I should be okay. On the way back, when I was at the gas station again it would not start. I tried to push start it several times and was unsuccessful. A few witnesses with motorcycle knowledge stated that the bike obviously had electrical problems. The lights on the bike kept flickering on and off as if it was glitching. Even the wrecker driver said something was wrong and jump started it for me. I drove it back to the dealership and dropped it off there that Sunday morning around 2:00am. The following Monday, I notified them that I wanted a new bike and they were not very helpful. I suppose they did something to it because it started right up and I drove back to Houston. Once I returned home the bike turned off a few times on its own and did so again a couple times afterwards on other riding sessions. The headlights have burned out twice and the bike completely broke down a few weeks ago to the point that I suspect it is engine failure. It is now in my garage and I have no plans on making any payments on it going forward. I cant get any assistance on this bike and have received no responses to my emails to address my issues or help me with this matter. If I could leave them 0 stars I would.

Me and my boyfriend took the class to receive our credentials for the motorcycle license back in the summer time of 2019Not only was our experience with the instructors amazing they taught us the most important roles of safety and the skills we needed to hop on a motorcycle and ride safely!After we took the class Josh followed up with us to see if we had gone to the DMV to get our class m on our licenseSince doing so he has reached out a few times all the way up to today to see how we’re doing and has asked us to come by and see them I can’t thank Harley Davidson enough for the support and Journey they’ve continued to follow, We will forever recommend them for our highly satisfied experience!

Took my riding course at Horny Toad Harley Davidson this weekend. It was my second attempt and I must say I was very pleased with the instructors Bill and Eddie, as well as the staff we interacted with. Josh was amazing and patient while I tried the jumpstart before my classes began. I would recommend this location for your beginners course if you are interested in learning to ride.

Its a harley shop nothing special about this place just another Haley shop overpriced bikes an overpriced parts an just another store lol used to be Harley shops had their own little niche or personality in the world but now pretty much all commercialized so sad I pass them up pretty regularly because they are pretty much all the same
