I used Fresh Prints to customize individual makeup towels for my bridesmaids and they were SO CUTE! Theyve held up really well, too! No fraying. The owners were responsive and friendly, with a quick turnaround time for my custom order. Not going anywhere else!

I was beyond pleased with my experience at Fresh Prints. They helped me create exactly the design for which I was looking, promptly embroidered my towels, and thoroughly communicated each step of the process until it was done (very quickly I must add). The price was also very fair considering it’s such high quality work.

I’m not one to normally leave a review, but this was a awful experience. From not being able to get through at the store or even able to leave a message due to the mailbox being full for weeks and several emails never responded too. We finally got out shirts back after trying to place the order with Fresh Prints since the middle of December (now March); And the name of our business isn’t even spelled correctly. There should have been no issue at all considering the name of our business is in the logo on the back of the shirt and I’ve sent several messages with exactly what we wanted. I tried my best to make this as easy as possible with no luck. The first quote I was given by the owner (Ben) over the phone was much lower than the price we ended up paying in the end with no changes made at all but at this point I just wanted them to be done and paid for the shirts. A refund was issued, but that doesn’t make up for the time lost after months of back and forth with this company. The hardest part about opening a business shouldn’t be getting shirts ordered and that has definitely been the case here. Printing companies are abundant in this area and I would highly recommend you save yourself the headache and use a different company.

Weve come here for years. Never had a bad experience until today. Went to show my husband where the bathroom was and had this cashier leave her register, customers in line, calling out to my husband and Iike we were committing a crime. She was frantic and loud enough where we actually started to believe the place was being robbed. We turned around looking for a man in a skii mask just to find out she was yelling at us.. for going to the restroom. Literally just went to the restroom. Made us SUPER uncomfortable. No signs anywhere say that bathrooms are off limits, never had that issue before using the restrooms here. Didnt really think we needed to be treated like that in front of a bunch of customers. Needless to say we will NEVER be using this print shop again for game day gear.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a print from this company in October of 2016. It is now February of 2017 - no such order has been received, no response to emails, and no refund. STAY AWAY.
